Villainess Breaker: Raising Broken Beauties Against Destiny
Chapter 336: Free Everyone Except Them
Serina and Miona continued staring at the prisoners, and honestly, the sight was a little difficult to process.
Among the kneeling women were disciples from both the Nether Blood Moon Sect and Blue Mist Sect, including several people the sisters actually recognized.
There were some that even a few cultivators Serina and Miona had previously considered far beyond their reach.
Yet now, all of them were kneeling quietly in front of Damian, and not a single one argued or even complained.
Miona stared at the scene before glancing toward her sister.
Serina remained silent, but the complicated look in her eyes made it obvious she was thinking the exact same thing.
Damian, meanwhile, didn’t seem particularly bothered by any of this.
He slowly walked in front of the kneeling women while secretly checking each of them through the System.
His gaze moved from one prisoner to the next before he finally raised one hand. "Alright, anyone I point at, move over to this side."
The prisoners exchanged nervous looks.
Nobody knew exactly what he was selecting them for, which only made the atmosphere more uncomfortable.
Damian stopped in front of one woman from the original group Cynthia and Helena had captured earlier. "You."
The woman stiffened before quickly standing and hurrying over to the side Damian had indicated.
Damian continued walking among the newly captured prisoners, quickly picking out the other women.
By the time Damian finally stopped, five women were standing separately from the rest.
One came from the original group of prisoners, while the other four had been captured from the battlefield.
Among those four, one was a disciple of the Nether Blood Moon Sect, while the remaining three were from the Blue Mist Sect.
Damian slowly looked over the five selected women before turning back toward the much larger group of prisoners still kneeling on the ground.
His expression gradually became strange as he checked the system again, just to make sure he wasn’t seeing things wrong.
"Holy shit... The Blue Mist Sect seriously doesn’t have many virgins left at all."
His gaze drifted toward the three selected Blue Mist Sect women before returning to the others.
"Hell, I thought the demonic sect would be the crazy one. How the fuck is the righteous sect somehow more casual about this shit?"
Linsey stared at the five separated women for several seconds before finally turning toward Damian. "Master, why exactly did you pick those five?"
Cynthia gave a small nod. "I was wondering the same thing."
Helena glanced toward the selected prisoners as well, clearly curious despite not asking.
Damian opened his mouth, already preparing some bullshit explanation for why he had suddenly separated those five women, when Cassandra casually walked closer.
A knowing look appeared on her face.
She leaned slightly toward Damian and lowered her voice until only he could hear her. "Hehehe... you’re actually quite impressive."
Damian raised an eyebrow beneath his mask. He genuinely had no idea what she was talking about.
Cassandra leaned a little closer and whispered, "To think every single woman you picked is a virgin."
Damian nearly coughed and immediately turned his head toward her.
"What the fuck? How the hell can she tell?!"
Cassandra noticed his surprise and quietly laughed. "Don’t look so shocked."
She tapped one finger against the side of her nose. "Did you forget what kind of cultivator I am?"
Damian stared at her.
Cassandra’s Blood Demon Qi stirred faintly around her body. "I’m a blood cultivator, bastard. A very fucking strong one."
She casually gestured toward the kneeling prisoners. "I can distinguish different kinds of blood ridiculously easily. Injuries, bloodlines, physical conditions... even virgin blood."
Damian remained completely silent for several seconds.
Cassandra’s lips curled with amusement. "You really thought that little secret of yours would fool me?"
Damian slowly rubbed his chin. "Damn."
Cassandra chuckled before adding, "Although..."
Damian looked toward her again.
Cassandra’s eyes shifted across several of the women. "There are actually more virgins among the prisoners than just those five."
That sentence immediately made Damian pause, and in an instant, everything clicked in his mind.
He had gotten so used to searching for multipliers through the System that he had nearly forgotten one important detail.
The System wasn’t simply identifying virgins. It was specifically searching for virgins who possessed villainess tendencies or were tied to some kind of villainous fate.
Damian then leaned slightly closer to Cassandra and whispered back, "No need to worry about the others."
Cassandra tilted her head. "Hmm?"
Damian’s expression became noticeably more pleased. "The five I picked are the best ones."
He casually gestured toward her, then toward Linsey, Evelyn, Cynthia, and Helena. "Let’s just say they’re more like you and the women already around me."
Cassandra’s crimson-black eyes immediately brightened with understanding. "I see..."
She looked over the five selected prisoners again, this time with noticeable interest. "The same kind as us, huh?"
Cassandra gave Damian a sideways glance. "Your eyes really are something."
Damian proudly placed one hand against his chest. "Thank you for the praise."
Cassandra rolled her eyes.
Damian immediately turned back toward the prisoners and rubbed his hands together. "Alright."
His shameless excitement returned almost instantly. "Now that my excellent taste has officially been confirmed, let’s get back to business."
Cassandra stared at him for a second. "Fucking narcissist."
Damian pretended not to hear Cassandra and turned toward the remaining prisoners.
He casually waved one hand. "Alright. The rest of you can leave. You’re free."
Every prisoner who heard him froze.
For several seconds, nobody moved.
One woman finally blinked rapidly and looked up at him. "W-Wait... what?"
Another prisoner glanced around in disbelief, clearly wondering whether she had heard him correctly. "You’re actually letting us go?"
Damian sighed and rubbed the side of his mask. "Yes. I’m actually letting you go."
He pointed toward the forest. "No tricks, no hidden bullshit, no suddenly stabbing you in the back once you start running. You’re free to leave."
The prisoners exchanged uncertain looks.
Several women still refused to move, apparently convinced this had to be some kind of cruel test.
Damian stared at them for a moment before turning toward Cynthia. "Poison Dragon, release them."
Cynthia calmly nodded.
Damian immediately added, "And don’t kill anyone this time."
Cynthia paused for half a second before replying in the exact same calm tone. "Understood."
Helena gave Damian a flat look but stepped aside as well.
One by one, the restraints binding the prisoners were removed.
Even then, the women hesitated.
The first prisoner slowly rose to her feet and took a cautious step backward, but nothing had happened.
She took another step, and Damian simply watched her. The moment she realized he truly wasn’t going to stop her, she spun around and rushed toward the forest.
That was all the others needed before they began moving as well.
Within seconds, women from both the Blue Mist Sect and Nether Blood Moon Sect were scrambling away through the trees as fast as their exhausted bodies could carry them.
Some nearly tripped over each other in their desperation to escape, but none of them dared to look back.
Damian watched until the last figure disappeared into the forest. "Damn. You’d think we were monsters or something."
Helena glanced toward him. "You kidnapped them."
"Captured," Damian corrected immediately.
Cynthia calmly added, "Several of their companions also died."
Damian paused. "Okay... maybe we looked a little suspicious."
Cassandra let out a quiet laugh behind him.
Damian conveniently ignored her and slowly turned toward the five women he had deliberately kept behind.
He rubbed his hands together as his expression changed immediately. "Hehe... now, as for you five..."
The five selected women visibly stiffened.
