Chapter 838 Immersive And Impressive

Villain Ch 838. Immersive And Impressive

Allen’s words made Vivian’s face turn serious. She leaned in slightly, her playful demeanor replaced with focused curiosity. “You mean your party? The conference?”

Allen nodded, confirming her suspicion. This caught the attention of the others, who began to gather around him, curiosity evident on their faces.

Alice frowned, puzzled by the notion. “Are you going to come to the conference in a costume?” She moved closer to Allen, lowering her voice to ensure their conversation remained private. “In the Devil Emperor costume?” she whispered, her eyes wide with surprise.

Allen quickly shook his head, a look of mild horror on his face. “No, no way. There’s no way I’m using that for the conference.”

Bella tilted her head, confusion etched on her features. “Then what for?”

Allen glanced around, making sure no one else could overhear them. He then drew even closer to the group, ensuring their conversation was kept secret. “I’ve decided to make the conference theme match the game. The staff will be wearing costumes, so we’ll need a large number of them. Most of them will mimic some NPCs in the game. The guests, however, will remain dressed as usual.

So, it has nothing to do with me or the Devil Emperor costume.”

An orchestra of “Ahh!” arose from the group, signifying their understanding.

Jane nodded, a look of realization crossing her face. “I get it. So you want to make the guests feel like they’re entering the game, experiencing the game itself in the real world.”

Allen smiled, appreciating Jane’s quick grasp of his idea. “Yes, that’s the idea. I want the guests to feel immersed in the game world. It’s not just about discussing business or showcasing new features. It’s about creating an experience they won’t forget.”

Vivian’s serious expression softened, a smile spreading across her lips. “That sounds amazing, Allen. But it’s a huge undertaking. You’re going to need a lot of help to pull it off.”

Allen nodded. “I know. That’s why I wanted to ask if you could help me find out where Urban Enigma got their costumes. I need a reliable source to get high-quality outfits for the staff.”

Vivian’s serious expression softened as she nodded thoughtfully. “I can help introduce you to them, Allen. But… they specialize in making costumes for photo shoots. They might not be able to produce in large quantities.”

Zoe, who had been listening to the conversation, joined the group and offered another perspective. “Maybe we could buy ready-made costumes or something?”

Larissa frowned, her mind racing with possibilities. “But it’s rare for anyone to sell NPC costumes from games. Most people want to be the main character, not some background figure.”

Jane nodded in agreement, adding her two cents. “True. You might have some trouble if you have to start from scratch. Unless they have enough time to make the costumes.”

Allen sighed, feeling the weight of their observations. They were right. The more he thought about it, the more he realized the logistical nightmare of creating so many costumes in a short amount of time. He began to consider changing the design into something more achievable, perhaps a futuristic theme that would be easier to manage.

Shea suddenly spoke up. “Maybe I can help you.”

Allen turned to her, his interest piqued. “How so?”

Shea gave a small smile, clearly pleased to have a potential solution. “The costumes should have a similar base to our clothing. You plan to make the costumes match the game as closely as possible, right? I know a special store that can make clothes. Similar to a factory. If the costumes are simple enough, they should be able to handle it.”

Jane chimed in, a hint of skepticism in her voice. “But each costume will be different. Don’t factories usually produce the same type of item in bulk?”

Shea frowned, shaking her head. “No, it’s not that kind of factory. This place specializes in costume clothing. It’s more like a niche clothing factory that caters to people with specific tastes and needs.”

Allen’s eyes widened with renewed hope. “Really? That sounds perfect. How did you find this place?”

Shea shrugged, her smile widening. “I have some friends who are into historical reenactments. They told me about this place. It’s a bit under the radar, but their work is top-notch. They can handle unique and custom orders, even in relatively large quantities.”

Vivian’s face lit up. “That sounds like exactly what we need! If they can produce quality costumes that fit our needs, it could save us a lot of trouble.”

Allen nodded, feeling the tension in his shoulders ease slightly. “Shea, can you set up a meeting with them? I’d love to see what they can do and discuss the specifics.”

Shea nodded confidently. “Absolutely. I’ll call them right away and see if we can arrange something for tomorrow.”

Zoe, who had been listening intently, added, “This could be a game-changer. If we can get the costumes right, it’ll make the event even more immersive and impressive.”

Bella grinned, her excitement palpable. “I can already imagine it. The guests walk through the venue, interacting with NPCs and feeling like they’ve stepped into the game itself.”

But then, Allen frowned, a flicker of doubt crossing his face. “Wait, a store? Are you sure they can handle this project?”

Shea nodded confidently. “I’m pretty sure. They have fifty staff, and more than half of them are tailors. If you need around fifty or a hundred costumes, they should be able to handle it. As long as the design isn’t too complicated. But since you’re aiming for NPC costumes, the designs shouldn’t be too difficult.”

Allen fell silent, considering her words. One hundred costumes should be enough, he thought. Moreover, not all staff would wear the costumes. Security personnel and bodyguards, for example, would still wear their standard uniforms since they had more important duties than just being eye candy for the guests or serving them.

After a moment, he nodded. “I guess it could work.” Explore more at My Virtual Library Empire

Zoe, sensing the shift in Allen’s mood, leaned in with a curious look. “Which game are you thinking about for the NPC outfits? We can help.”
