Chapter 81 81. FIGHT
Two days ago, the night of the first day…
“I’m sure you all have seen how easy this stage has been for our participants, I’m sure most of you aren’t finding it too Interesting. So I have a proposal, why don’t we crank things up a bit, just when this stage is about to end.”
The VIP’s seemed to like the idea since they cheered. Although some weren’t okay with it, they kept quiet for now.
“How are you going to do that?,” A man shouted, while the others nodded at the question.
“I’m going to introduce, Luvatinous’s minions to the stage,” Elder Malachi nodded, while the others gasped.
“No!. I disagree!,” The voice of Isabella’s father rang out, as he stood. His expression that of anger, while whiffs of his aura seeped out of his figure.
“Please calm down sir Thomas,” Elder Malachi said. “I’ll only ask him to send a few of them, and they’ll only be at the peak of tier 2,” He said trying to reassure the man.
“No. We all know that, that tier 4 existence is to dangerous, that’s why he was locked up to begin with. Why do you want to utilize his abilities now. It’s too dangerous,” Sir Thomas replied, his expression still that of anger.
“How about limiting the amount they can fight to only one, and at their respective levels of power,” Elder Malachi suggested. Seeing that sir Thomas shook his head in disagreement, he continued.
“How about I also tell him to remove he’s most dangerous abilities, and leave the more milder ones, maybe two or three,” He said in a calm tone. 𝙚𝙤𝙫𝙚𝒍.𝒐𝙧𝙜
Seeing that the man still disagreed, he shook his head, “How about we cast a vote, those who want me to go ahead with this plan, please raise your hand!.”
Over ninety percent of the VIP’s, raised their hands apart from sir Thomas, his wife and two others. “Majority has spoken. I shall go ahead with the plan,” Elder Malachi announced.
But immediately he did. Sir Thomas’s aura burst out, radiating killing intent, his aura spreading across the entire collusem, and even stretching out beyond it.
Some of the spectators, either directly passed out, or some straight up died from the aura’s pressure!.
“Sir Thomas there is no need for that,” Elder Malachi said, his voice and expression still calm.
Seeing that the man didn’t listen, even going ahead to wield his weapon, his voice rang out.
“Sir Thomas, you do know that fighting me for no good reason, is punishable by our law. The royal family as given me the authority to do such things. I only asked for your opinions out of respect.” Elder Malachi said, his expression getting colder every second, while his aura seeped out of his figure.
The other existence’s in the VIP area deployed their defense technique’s at that point. A fight between those existence would definitely cause big damages, and they would just watch it unfold.
Seeing no reaction from sir Thomas, his aura even beginning to radiate battle intent. Sir Malachi sighed while bringing out his sword, then his aura exploded outward, cancelling Sir Thomas’s’ out.
Sir Thomas began at that point. The air in the whole collusem seemed to get immensely heavy, as curved blades the size of small buildings, made of condensed air that had gained a white color, formed and converged on Sir Malachi, who simply snorted, while blue flames incredibly hot in temperature, flickered into existence, and shot out destroying the blades of air, with precision.
Massive explosions resounded in the environment, as multiple running spectators died instantly.
Sir Thomas moved at that point. The world seemed to understand his Intent to move, for dust rose up in arcs around Sir Thomas’s body, just before he shot forward.
BOOOOOM!.
That area immediately began to crumble, as Sir Thomas reached Elder Malachi in an instant. Raising his sword at the stationed body of Elder Malachi.
Massive wind currents gathered above the collusem, as the shape of a massive slash fell on Elder Malachi.
An incredible explosion resounded, as the whole Collusem fell into chaos. Intense shock waves ravaged the whole place, as it seemed like a calamity had befallen Crilion.
Inside the eye of the explosion, sir Thomas’s sword could be seen in the grasp of Elder Malachi, his body releasing blue flames that burnt the air before it could touch him.
“Is this all you have to throw at me,” the cold voice of Elder Malachi snorted.
Sir Thomas seemed to get angry at that taunt, as the whole storm of air vanished instantly. A second of silence befalling the whole collusem, then a massive green magical circle expanded very high above the Collusem even spreading far beyond it.
The whole world seemed to hold it’s breath, as an incredible spell was about to be casted.
Elder Malachi seemed to sense danger at that point, since he formed a fist, then threw a punch at Sir Thomas, who blocked it with his sword, but was sent flying in the process.
“Do you want to destroy the whole city!,” Elder Malachi shouted, shooting upwards, a streak of blue flames forming behind him.
A blue magic circle expanded below Elder Malachi, while he was underneath the green magic circle.
Sir Thomas’s spell started at that point. A massive wind current flowed out of the magic circle, multiple tens of building being torn from their foundation, as a massive sword the size of small towns, descended down the magic circle.
But Elder Malachi was ready for it. A massive shield made of blue flames, the size of the collusem itself rose from the magic circle beneath Elder Malachi.
Time seemed to stop, when those spells met in the air.
BOOOOOOOOOOOM!
An explosion that sent even Elder Malachi shooting towards the ground resounded, as the sword of wind tried to pierce the shield of blue flames.
Multiple explosion of incredible scales, continued to resounded, as the two immense spells ate each other up. It took about three minutes before both spells vanished.
The world returned to normal at that point, but the city wasn’t. Multiple buildings were missing as they had either been thrown away, outside the city, or crashed into another building killing hundreds to even thousands of people in the process.
Elder Malachi stared at this scene with a dark expression. Searching for sir Thomas with his eyes, he shot towards the man when he found him floating in the sky.
Punching Sir Thomas when he arrived at his position, Elder Malachi sent him towards the ground. His body dug the ground for few tens of meters before coming to a stop.
“What the heck were you thinking?,” Elder Malachi shouted. “Give me one good reason not to kill you right now!,” he continued, as his body released blue flames, a sort of armor forming on his body, while his sword also caught blue flames.
Sir Thomas said nothing, his face having a solemn expression on it. Elder Malachi raised his sword at that point, the air itself beginning to heat up.
“Please don’t kill him!,” the voice of Sir Thomas’s wife resounded, as she floated down to the spot, of the still buried body of Sir Thomas.
Kneeling beside the hole, she bowed, “Please don’t kill him. He was only worried about our daughter,” She said.
“We’ll accept whatever punishment the court gives him, but please don’t kill him now. If you do he won’t be able to get punished for the deaths he caused,” She explained without rasing her head.
“I’m sorry. I got blinded by my anger,” Sir Thomas, bowed after he was out of the hole his body dug.
Elder Malachi calmed down at that point, his armour of blue flames dispersing, then he stored his sword.
Without removing his gaze from the couple, he issued a call with his communication amulet, requesting for backup.
It took about twenty minutes before the group of twenty-one soldiers arrived, all in tier 3, and their leader in tier 4.
“FWEET~” The tier 4 soldier whistled when he saw the destruction caused by the short fight. “You are going to court for a while,” the man said, cuffing Sir Thomas and taking him away.
“The plan will continue as before, all this was but a waste,” Elder Malachi said coldly at the leaving figure of Sir Thomas.
Glancing back at the almost completely destroyed Collusem, he performed a series of hand signs, then a series of intricately webbed blues lines the size of a football field appeared around him and fell on the Collusem.
Immediately that happened the Collusem surprisingly began to fix itself though only at a relatively fast pace.
With that done, Elder Malachi issued a call to someone who then directed him to the person or rather existence he wanted to get in contact with, Luvatinous.
