Transmigrated Villianess: I am the mistress to three Beasts Lords
Chapter 68: THE DRAGON IN A WHEELCHAIR.
VIVIAN
"I didn’t mean to!"
Vivian covered both cheeks with her palms.
They were burning red.
"I’m sorry."
She glanced at Vega, who was still lying on the floor.
Then she frowned.
Why is this man trying to seduce a good female like me?
Her face became even hotter.
What if I can’t control myself and actually pounce on him?
A loud mechanical voice suddenly exploded behind her.
"EMERGENCY! EMERGENCY!"
Vivian jumped.
"Shut up!"
The robot immediately fell silent.
Beep.
Vivian slowly turned. The toaster was smoking.
The bread inside had turned completely black.
She stared at it. Then at the toaster. "Why don’t they have good toasters on this ship?"
The robot scanned it. "According to my research, this toaster has no abnormalities."
Vivian frowned. The robot continued. "The only possible problem is that the chef does not know how to bake bread."
Vivian’s face darkened. "Are you insulting me?"
"I am stating the results of my analysis."
"..."
The robot continued. "Should I show you a video on how to bake bread?"
"No!"
Vivian marched back toward Vega.
She crouched beside him and gently touched his cheek with one finger.
"He’s still sleeping..."
She stared at him. "What is wrong with this man? Is he drunk?" she sniffs him. "He doesn’t smell of alcohol."
Blue spiritual energy was still leaking from his body. It drifted around the room like glowing threads.
Then...."Master!"
The Lotus’s voice rang through her consciousness. "Touch him properly! Please! Please!"
Vivian rolled her eyes. "You’re becoming shameless."
Still, she placed her palm against Vega’s chest.
Her cheeks immediately turned red again.
So hard.
She quickly tried to ignore the strange feeling.
Then something unexpected happened.
The spiritual energy floating around the room suddenly moved.
One strand after another formed a straight line.
All of it rushed toward Vivian’s hand.
Then....The spiritual energy flowed back into Vega’s body.
Vivian’s eyes widened. "Oh."
She watched in fascination as the blue energy disappeared into him.
"So that’s what was happening..."
Vega remained unconscious. Vivian smiled. "At least you’re not wasting your energy anymore."
She grabbed his arm. "Come on. Get up."
She pulled. Nothing. She pulled harder. His legs couldn’t stand on their own.
Vega finally moved. Vivian’s eyes widened. "Why are you so heavy?!"
She managed to get him halfway upright.
Then he collapsed again like a flat bread. Vivian stared at him. "I came here for a mission, not to become a nanny for some male! Vmcent!! one day I will make you pay with your life!!!""
She grabbed his hand and began dragging him across the floor.
His body was unbelievably heavy.
"Come on!"
She pulled harder.
Eventually, she reached the couch.
With one final tug, she tried to throw him onto it.
As Vega landed on the couch. Vivian lost her balance. "Ah!"
She fell forward. Both of her hands landed directly on his chest.
She froze. Then she noticed one of his uniform buttons had broken during the dragging.
His bare chest was exposed.
Vivian immediately turned her back and covered her eyes. "Why is this man so shameless?! Wear your uniform properly!! I am a female with dignity.!! Nothing you do will make me do something against my principles."
She peeked over her shoulder.
Vega was still unconscious. She slowly turned around.
She rested her chin on her palm. "Why is this man so alluring?"
She studied his face. "He’s a little like Nerion..."
She immediately shook her head.
"No. No."
She crossed her arms. "Nerion is prettier. While he is hotter!!"
After a moment, curiosity won. Vivian reached out and touched Vega’s chest with one finger.
The robot stared at her.
Vivian immediately turned toward it.
"Shhh."
The robot’s eyes flashed. It said nothing.
Vivian returned to the kitchen.
It looked like a battlefield.
Burnt bread. Tomatoes everywhere.
Broken utensils. Smoke lingering in the air.
Vivian stared at the disaster.
Then sighed. "I need a better environment to be able to cook properly."
She grabbed everything and threw it away. "Let’s just forget about bread and toast today."
She looked toward the nutritional solutions."Nutritional solution is enough for him."
She pulled out five bottles. She poured them into a cup.
Then walked toward Vega. "Time to eat, Sentinel Vega."
She pulled him upright. Vega’s eyes slowly opened.
He looked at her. Then frowned. His lips pouted. "I don’t like this."
Vivian blinked. "What?"
He stared at her with sleepy eyes. "I’m not him. I don’t eat this."
Vivian froze.
What is he talking about?
Then she stared at his face. His usually cold expression had disappeared.
He looked strangely harmless. Cute, even.
Vivian’s eyes narrowed.
Why is this cold, aloof man suddenly so cute?
She smiled.
I want to bully him.
"You’re going to drink this."
Vega shook his head. "No."
"Yes."
"No."
Vivian sighed. "You want to challenge a modern woman like me?"
Vega stared at her. Apparently, he didn’t understand what that meant.
Vivian simply brought the cup to his mouth.
He refused to open it.
She narrowed her eyes.
"Open."
"No."
Vivian forced the nutritional solution into his mouth.
Then she placed her palm over his mouth so he couldn’t spit it out.
Vega’s eyes widened. He swallowed. Vivian smiled proudly patting his hair.
"Good Dragon.."
Vega coughed. Vivian immediately wiped his mouth. "There. All done."
She lowered her gaze. Then noticed something. How she tried to stand him.up but couldn’t. His legs were like it had no bone.
His leg. She crouched down and touched it.
Vega didn’t react.
Vivian frowned. She carefully pulled his trouser leg upward.
Then her eyes widened. His bone structure was badly damaged.
"Wait..."
Her expression changed.
"Are you..."
She examined his leg again. Vivian looked horrified.
Was this because I pushed him earlier?
She immediately shook her head.
No. This looks much older.
Her eyes became watery.
"Seems he is paralyzed. How did you even walk to that place? How did you save us with this leg?"
She remembered seeing him transform into a dragon.
She remembered him tearing the giant Zerg spider apart.
He had fought despite this condition. Vivian gently touched his long hair.
"Don’t worry."
She smiled sadly. "Since I’m here, I’ll properly take care of you. You are a good male to save us when you have such a condition. I will do my best to take care of you."
Suddenly, an announcement echoed throughout the ship.
"Attention, students. We will be arriving at Ignora in approximately five minutes. Please return to your assigned seats and secure your safety restraints. Prepare for landing."
Vivian looked around. "Safety restraints?"
She turned toward the robot. "Where is the seat belt?"
The robot pointed toward the door. Vivian walked over pulling Vega along.
She pressed the button beside the door.
A restraint system immediately extended and secured them against the wall.
Vivian heaved a sigh of relief.
A few minutes later...
BOOM! The entire ship shook violently.
Vivian grabbed Vegas hand.. The ship rocked for nearly two minutes before finally becoming still.
The restraints released.
Vivian stretched. "Finally."
She looked at Vega. Then sighed. "Now comes the difficult part."
She hugged him pulling him from the waist.. "Don’t worry. I’ve got you."
She carried him toward the couch.
"Robot, carry his things."
"Yes, Master."
The robot grabbed Vega’s bag and several health boxes.
Then it rolled out of the room. A moment later, it returned with a wheelchair.
Vivian stared at it.
She suddenly felt sad. "So he really can’t walk..."
She carefully placed Vega into the wheelchair. She picked his face mask and wore him with his cap. It was placed on the table. She sighed. "He doesn’t want people seeing him like this."
Then she grabbed the handles. "Let’s go."
She pushed him out of the ship.
The moment they emerged, soldiers standing outside immediately straightened.
Salute!
"Sentinel Vega!"
Vivian blinked. Every soldier was saluting him. She knew he was a good soldier to them. Such a soldier fighting for Haxia’s safety should not be abandoned
She pushed the wheelchair forward. As they came out other soldiers outside saluted.
Then another soldier approached. Vivian only saw his boots. She lifted her head.
Her eyes widened.
Commander Caelan Drayke.
He was standing among the soldiers.
His face was cold. His expression was sour.
But his eyes....They were fixed directly on Vivian.
Vivian froze. Caelan was saluting Vega.
But he wasn’t looking at Vega. He was looking at her.
Vivian’s grip tightened around the wheelchair.
Then...."Vivian!"
A familiar voice came from behind.
She turned. Serial was rushing toward her.
Herbert was beside him. And Arin was right behind them.
Vivian’s eyes widened. She looked at Serial. Then Herbert. Then Arin.
Her hands were still firmly wrapped around the handles of Vega’s wheelchair.
And Caelan’s gaze never left her. She felt a blazing fire from him.
