The Wizard's Pursuit of Truth
Chapter 315 - 195: Building the Dream Territory, Experimental Variables, The Four Reunite
A dark glow scattered continuously within the energy spot injection instrument, gradually forming an expanding flame. To be precise, the moment this dark glow appeared, combustible materials and gases were already being consumed, and the flame was undergoing continuous transformation.
Wang Ya, dressed in a white lab coat, watched the reaction inside the energy spot injection instrument through his Goggles, a slight smile touching his lips.
A flame is, in essence, the light emitted when air molecules around an exothermic reaction are heated and begin moving at high speeds.
The Special Particle Energy he was researching wasn’t just some offshoot of Fire Element Particle Energy.
’Energy Flame is too simplistic a term.’
He just had to master all the high- and low-temperature variables of a plasma state, and his Particle Energy would gain power over the molecular and atomic levels.
Concentrating high temperature at a single point, imbuing it with absolute kinetic energy, destroying molecular and atomic structures... The power released in that instant would be utterly devastating, and the radiation levels would be off the charts.
And in the Wizard World, where Extraordinary Power existed, the potential impact would be even more staggering.
On Blue Star, from his previous life, raising the temperature and energy to two thousand degrees Celsius, keeping it stable, and conducting further research would have been beyond the capabilities of any ordinary private laboratory.
The temperature created by a Thermobaric Bomb explosion is only around two thousand degrees, yet it can instantly burn up and deplete all the oxygen within a two-kilometer radius.
This creates a partial vacuum, meaning that even if someone survived the initial blast and intense heat, they would still suffocate to death.
The Dark Light shifted, taking shape under the control of Wang Ya’s Extraordinary Spiritual Power and prompting more collisions and transformations among the Fire Elemental Particles.
It was divided into three layers. In the innermost layer, the core of the Energy Flame, the collisions of Fire Element Particle Energy were at their slowest. Yet, this was the core responsible for releasing thermal energy and producing luminous feedback, consuming the combustible materials.
Next was the middle layer, the inner flame, where the Fire Elemental Particles moved and collided at a moderate speed. The resulting light spectrum was concentrated in the visible range, possessing the highest luminosity. The heat was further released and focused, making the temperature extremely high. The flickering of the Dark Light originated from this layer’s Energy Flame as it continuously consumed the remaining combustible particles.
In the outermost layer, the outer flame, the heat release reached its peak. The Energy here was the highest, and it was the most dangerous layer in terms of energy radiation. The gas cloud formed from the consumed materials would interact with external combustibles, causing secondary ignition.
Once, when Wang Ya had unleashed his modified Fear-Burning Fire—an intangible and formless Energy Flame—it had merely latched onto a small part of the Blood-sucking King Vine before rapidly spreading across its entire body, burning every vine in the city to a crisp.
"Attention, Wizard. A high-energy reaction has formed, and energy levels are continuously rising. Reaching the critical point will result in instrument damage. The current critical value is at Level 3."
The Tower Spirit’s voice reached Wang Ya’s ears, but his expression was perfectly calm. ’This is nowhere near the limit.’
’Level 1 is the actual limit the energy spot injection instrument can withstand.’
’An energy spot hasn’t even formed yet. It’s still a long way off!’
A fervent light burned in Wang Ya’s eyes, fueled by his desire to comprehend the unknown and explore new frontiers.
’First, I’ll use the Wizard Instruments to create this Special Particle Energy. Then, I’ll apply it to myself, using its Particle Energy Property Changes to increase my own Power.’
’Any Wizard from this world would be a top-tier scientist in my past life.’
’Conversely, if great minds like Einstein or Newton came to this world and walked the path of a Wizard, they’d almost certainly achieve incredible things.’
For a Wizard, these experimental procedures and data were top-secret information of the highest order.
If another Wizard were to obtain them, not only would the secrets of his Special Particle Energy be at risk of being leaked, but he would also become an easy target.
The situation was comparable to the security measures taken to protect major scientific breakthroughs in his previous life.
The White Bone Particle Energy mastered by Wizard Yi Si and the Xugus Wizard was patented technology licensed to them by the White Bone Wizard.
Wang Ya was currently conducting his experiments on Particle Energy Property Changes within the Virtual Laboratory.
Once he succeeded in the Virtual Laboratory, he could attempt the experiment in reality.
[Notification: Research on Particle Energy Property Changes, Second Variable, Completed.]
The inky blackness in his pupils gradually faded, returning them to their original clear darkness. The dark glow also dimmed and weakened, casting flickering light across Wang Ya’s pale face.
Five minutes later, the energy fluctuations completely ceased, and he shut down the energy spot injection instrument.
There were many variable experiments to conduct, all related to the direction Wang Ya had chosen for his research into Particle Energy Property Changes. ’If I’m going to do this, I have to do it perfectly. Kinetic energy, thermal energy, combustion, acceleration... I must gain control over all of these aspects.’
After all, in Wang Ya’s grand design, there were also the complementary Witchcrafts to consider.
An image surfaced in his mind: a mushroom cloud parting the heavens, dust and smoke filling the sky, a shockwave spreading in all directions... If he didn’t perfect this foundation, if he made even one mistake, the consequences would be more than he could bear.
The Virtual Laboratory slowly faded, and Wang Ya returned to reality, a weary look on his face.
’The third variable experiment will have to wait until tomorrow.’
It would involve a different direction, one distinct from flame and combustion.
It focused on generating thermal and kinetic energy through collective vibration and rotation to create immense destructive power. Fire Element Particle Energy could be extended to achieve this—an inspiration Wang Ya had drawn from his research into the Ten Thousand Tribulations Particle Energy.
