The Villainess Is My Cute Daughter
Chapter 456: Liquid Mana
The glowing giant in front of him spoke with a booming, echoing voice.
"You can call me Gorgon." The Apostle glared down at him. "You know too much, and you are out of our control."
Yuusha just chuckled. "Well, that is exactly what I wanted."
"The Heavens do not want that," Gorgon rumbled.
Yuusha smirked. "Well then. Can you actually stop me?"
"That is exactly what I am here for," Gorgon stated.
Yuusha didn’t even bother replying. He just dashed forward before he directly leaped into the air, aiming straight for Gorgon’s head.
Gorgon couldn’t even react to his speed.
Yuusha just pierced his fingers directly into Gorgon’s glowing eyes. He grabbed the inside of the eye sockets, hooked his fingers, and violently pulled apart, breaking the skull bone with a sickening crack.
Gorgon blindly punched out in panic, aggressively punching at his own face to get Yuusha off. Yuusha cleanly dropped down, easily evading the massive punch, only to watch in amusement as Gorgon accidentally punched his own face exactly where the skull had already cracked.
Gorgon screamed. It sounded almost exactly like a huge, wounded beast groaning in agony.
Using this perfect chance while Gorgon suffered, Yuusha jumped back up. He punched his fist straight deep into the bloody hole he had just opened in the Apostle’s skull, grabbing the gray brain matter inside.
"Killing you guys doesn’t actually let me accumulate bad karma because you are not naturally a creature of this world," Yuusha whispered into the Apostle’s ear. "But this specific Apostle body is made from the physical bodies and the native souls of the tribal beings from this world. And you Angels just happily merged it all for me."
He ripped his hand out.
"And on top of that, you personally delivered raw Faith energy directly to me. Or well, should I officially say ’Divine Energy’, which is basically the heavily refined form of Faith energy? You just happily delivered it right to my doorstep. So thank you."
He shoved the glowing brain matter directly into his own mouth and swallowed it.
Gorgon just stood there, completely unmoving. He was already dead, and Yuusha knew it.
Yuusha looked up at the sky with a wide, blood-soaked, crazy grin on his face with a bit of brain matter sliding down from the corner of his lips.
"You really fucked up. Because I am going to take the Divine Throne. And no matter who comes in my way, I will fuck them up. No one can stop me. Because I am going to become the True God."
A few kilometers away, Adrian walked out of the mud hut.
He looked around the tribal camp and saw his people happily talking and trading with the others in the tribe. He looked around to find a nice, open spot to set up camp, and there was quite a lot of open space nearby.
He just picked a flat spot right beside the Chief’s mud hut, and mentally connected to his Dungeon Link.
’System, create a decently sized wooden house for me and send it out.’
[Forging the wooden house.]
A moment later, another blue screen popped up.
[Warning. Bringing out a massive item will trigger the local Dungeon’s consciousness. The native Dungeon Core will be able to perfectly pinpoint your exact location, and you will be considered a danger.]
Adrian, looking at this message, frowned a little.
’Danger, huh? Okay, what is the exact physical limit? Can you check the limits on what I can do without triggering it?’
[Affirmative. Trying multiple sizes.]
After a few seconds, another screen popped up.
[The maximum overall size that can be brought out is unconfirmed. The size is not the primary perimeter that the local Dungeon takes into consideration. It is strictly the weight. The maximum weight that you can safely bring out at one single time is twenty kilograms.]
Adrian nodded. ’Okay, so twenty kilograms at a time.’
He sighed. ’So I definitely can’t really bring people into this place from my Dungeon.’
[Affirmative. You cannot bring people out of the Dungeon without triggering the dungeon core.]
Adrian sighed again. ’Okay, so only things that are below twenty kilograms. Okay then. Build me a massive stack of interlocking wooden planks. Make it like a set of puzzle pieces that I can just seamlessly push into place to manually set up a hut myself.’
[Affirmative. Would you like to use refined bamboo? Since bamboo is lighter in overall weight and has much better use cases and flexibility.]
’Sure, do that.’
[Affirmative.]
Right below that message, another message popped up.
[Tip for the Host: You can effectively use the leaves nearby to make the roof more waterproof.]
Adrian nodded. ’Sure. Just quickly give me all of the bamboo pieces that I need to set things up.’
Soon, Adrian systematically pulled the bamboo walls out of his dungeon piece by piece. Each and every connected wall section was calculated to be less than twenty kilograms. He just placed them firmly side by side and tied them to the sturdy corner poles that the system also made for him.
It barely took him around twenty minutes to set the whole thing up. It also had its own functional windows, a door, and a solid floor. It wasn’t exactly as structurally strong when compared to the stone huts or the mud huts, but it was phenomenally much better than the small leaf tents that the tribesmen had set up.
Adrian looked up at the sky, which was now rapidly turning dark. He watched the tribal people bringing firewood to a single communal fire pit in the center of the camp.
He turned to look at the Demon Chief, who was sitting lazily right outside his mud hut by the door.
Adrian walked over to him. "I wanted to ask you something."
The Chief looked up at him. "Yeah, I was waiting for that. You want to know about the liquid mana, right?"
Adrian nodded. "Yeah, I do."
