Chapter 416: I Wanna Dual Cultivate Too!

Adrian chuckled softly. "Oh, you mean that? I mean, yeah. She has mana veins, and it is much easier to circulate mana that way. Sexual energy is basically just mana but in a different form. While it does require a specific technique to use this method, it is ultimately much more efficient for you to use compared to regular breathing methods, since the energy you get while doing the activity is a lot more concentrated."

Before he could finish explaining, Claire raised her hand sharply. ℯℯ𝘭.𝘤ℴ𝘮

"That is exactly what I am saying! You can do it with her. Can’t you see what it will do in the future? You can just tell me that you want to ’train’, and you will just end up spending time with her in bed, and I will get nothing! That is unfair. You can spend time with her even while training, and I cannot."

Hearing this, Adrian gave her a wry smile.

"Well, let me see if I can find anything for knights."

He let out a sigh and sat down on the edge of his bed. He snapped his fingers, and a wooden chair appeared out of thin air. He pointed at the desk chair across the room, and then at the one he just conjured.

"Grab a chair and sit down," he said.

Claire nodded and grabbed the chair from the study table, while Serena took the conjured one.

While the two sat down, Adrian pulled up his system screen.

’System, can you craft me a technique that is similar to the dual cultivation one that we already have for mages? I want this one for knights only. Make it as efficient as you can, and if possible, even upgrade the one that we originally had for mages.’

[Affirmative. Running simulations.]

Adrian closed his eyes and waited. Almost one full minute later, he looked back at the system screen.

[Process complete. Training manuals for the Dual Cultivation of Knights and Mages have been recorded. Would you like me to produce a physical copy?]

’No. Before you do that, tell me what it is. Give me a summary.’

[Affirmative.]

Another screen popped up, describing both of the skills.

[Dual Cultivation of Knights]

[A method of dual cultivation where the users engage in sexual intercourse. Just as the users are about to reach climax, they must push their internal mana from their systems into their genitals. This concentrates all of the mana into the area, where it merges and mixes between both parties before being rapidly absorbed back into the body.]

Adrian looked at it. Even though it was just a summary, he frowned.

’Wait. Since the mana needs to mix and stuff, does it mean that we need to cum at the exact same time?’

[Affirmative. It is mandatory to reach climax simultaneously.]

Adrian read through the next one, which was the Dual Cultivation of Mages. It had the exact same process and they were both extremely similar, but one used mana veins to transfer the ambient mana while the other basically just used the blood flow to carry mana which was what knights ususlly did.

Adrian looked at it and nodded.

’Okay. Give me the physical copies.’

[Affirmative.]

Almost a second later, two heavy leather-bound books appeared in his hands. He looked at the golden titles printed on the covers.

He handed one to each of the girls sitting in front of him.

The knight book went to Claire, and the mage book went to Serena.

He looked at them seriously. "The dual cultivation for mages was specifically a method to help Serena’s situation. It is actually much more efficient compared to the circulation method we usually use. We didn’t exactly use it too much before since I was so busy, but we can do this if you want."

He paused, resting his hands on his knees.

"But are you guys really sure? Don’t you think that it is going to blur the lines between training and intimacy? We wouldn’t really be able to pinpoint whether we want to just be intimate with each other for love, or whether we just want to train."

Claire shook her head instantly.

"Does it matter? I like training, and I want to have sex with you. So I do not see a reason why this is bad for me."

Seeing her say this with so much confidence and bluntness, Adrian was genuinely taken aback. At the start of this conversation, she was having trouble just saying the word ’sex’ and ended up using ’intercourse’ instead, and now she was just being so blunt about it.

On the other side, Serena wasn’t fluctuating like Claire was. Her face had just gone from a slight shade of pink to a blindingly bright shade of red.

Adrian nodded slowly. "Well, as long as you do not mind it, then sure."

Claire looked at Serena, and then turned back to Adrian.

"And why don’t we train together?"

Adrian raised his eyebrows. "Together?"

Claire nodded. "Yeah. I mean, we are basically lovers already. And if you do keep your promise of marrying us, then I do not see a reason why we need to hold out much longer. We have a lot of things to do, so a formal marriage isn’t really possible right now. But there is nothing stopping us from doing the things we want."

Adrian nodded slowly.

’This girl is so straightforward and bossy,’ he thought, ’but she is also weirdly shy at the strangest times. I really do not understand this one.’

He looked over at Serena, who was just sitting there quietly and nodding along to whatever Claire said.

’Yeah, Serena is much more predictable. She doesn’t give me as many shocks.’

He let out a soft sigh.

"Okay then. Yeah sure, we can train," he said slowly, an intentional smirk forming on his lips.

Seeing that smirk, Claire finally faltered. All of that bluntness and straightforwardness vanished completely, and she instantly became a blushing mess. She just nodded stiffly and looked away toward the wall.

"Well, the door is locked," Adrian noted.
