Chapter 2490: Lynn Kingsley: Go Contact the Hidden Family for Me!

Nathalie Quinlan didn’t intend to involve the Pharmaceutical Association, so naturally she wouldn’t tell him why she came, diverting the topic with finesse: “Do you have the NA9527?”

Caleb Dax revealed a look of surprise: “You mean the medicine from the laboratory?”

“Yes.”

What she wanted was a special drug still under development, not yet officially announced nor named.

Just as a convention in pharmaceutical experiments, it was temporarily given a professional placeholder name.

The reason Nathalie Quinlan knew about the Pharmaceutical Association having this drug was because she participated in its development.

However, she had little time and limited energy, only contributing to the first half of the drug’s development, while the latter part was completed by Caleb Dax and his team.

Nonetheless, in drug development, if the initial stages succeed, the success rate is eighty percent; the remainder usually only accounts for twenty percent.

“I do have it.”

Caleb Dax said: “You’re lucky, this drug was officially made last week, and I just completed the biological clinical trials, the results are quite promising.”

Nathalie Quinlan didn’t beat around the bush and said directly: “I need this drug! Come pick it up in an hour.”

Caleb Dax was still puzzled: “What are you doing with this drug? This is for treating depression and insomnia, haven’t your insomnia symptoms improved recently? Or are you having a relapse?!”

“I’ll tell you later.”

Nathalie Quinlan hung up the phone.

As Caleb Dax heard the busy signal from the phone, his eyes showed a trace of worry, but he still returned to the laboratory to arrange for someone to find the drug for Nathalie Quinlan.

The Pharmaceutical Association has several drugs under research and development.

Generally, drugs like these that haven’t been publicly announced are not circulated.

But Nathalie Quinlan has an unusual relationship with Caleb Dax and the Pharmaceutical Association.

When she asked for NA9527, Caleb Dax completely disregarded the Association’s rules, breaking this prohibition specifically for her.

After hanging up with Caleb Dax, Nathalie Quinlan put on a duckbill cap and took her phone, heading out lightly.

She hailed a car and went directly to the Pharmaceutical Association.

She needed this drug because she checked Khendy Lordon’s location as being with the Kingdom of Medirian, and searched online for information on the Kingdom of Medirian.

She obtained a useful piece of information.

A respected elder of the Kingdom of Medirian’s Royal Family has long been troubled by symptoms of depression and insomnia, seeking a doctor or medicine on the black market that could cure her.

Nathalie Quinlan’s best way to enter the Kingdom of Medirian to find someone was to use this opportunity, and then talk about finding Khendy Lordon.

… This is why she called Caleb Dax as soon as she got off the airplane.

Not long after Nathalie Quinlan got on the car, she received a WhatsApp message back from Valencia Jett.

[Can tomorrow work?]

The girl saw the new message on her phone, bowed her head to edit a reply: [It works.]

…

Meanwhile, in Inderia.

Lynn Kingsley and Regina Isadora received a message simultaneously.

Kingsleys Family.

Upon hearing James Lawrence say that Nathalie Quinlan flew to the Kingdom of Medirian, Lynn Kingsley’s face darkened, slamming a fist on the desk, and for the first time in an extreme loss of composure, stood up fiercely.

“You said where did she go?”

James Lawrence was also startled by his reaction, muttering: “Miss went to the Kingdom of Medirian. She flew there this morning on arms dealer David’s private airplane, she should be there by now.”

Lynn Kingsley’s face turned ice-cold, eyes shining with a sharp light, as he walked to the window thinking, then turned around and instructed James Lawrence: “Go help me contact the Hidden Family.”
