Chapter 2386: Vincent Moore Personally Picks Someone Up

Mrs. Davidson paused, lowered her eyelids, and her downward-turned mouth looked harsh: "The airplane of Caleb Dax from the Pharmaceutical Association. Who do you think was urgently summoned to Inderia because of illness?"

Mr. and Mrs. Davidson exchanged glances, neither able to discern the hidden intricacies.

Mrs. Davidson herself didn’t know who had orchestrated this grand gesture; she suspected Nicholas Fuller might be ill, but she had no evidence.

Mrs. Davidson gathered the shawl beside her, exhaled a breath of turbid air, and turned to instruct Mr. Davidson: "Go find Kenzie and see if he knows what this is about."

"Mom, you want me to find Kenzie Nabours? You know we’ve had a recent fallout with his family, and I go to him..." Mr. Davidson was reluctant.

Mrs. Davidson cut him off sharply with a dagger-like glance: "If you could figure out what’s going on, I wouldn’t need you to find someone else! Stop complaining, just go and inquire as I said!"

Seeing the old lady getting angry, Mr. Davidson dared not refuse any longer and left resentfully to find Kenzie.

Left alone with Mrs. Davidson, Mrs. Davidson approached hesitantly and began awkwardly: "Mom."
