Chapter 127: 127 Simultaneous Battlesclang!

Simultaneous Battles

clang!

The two were thrown in opposite directions. Khoran slid across the ground, while Valeria landed gracefully. Her blonde hair fell over her shoulders.

She smiled sweetly.

"You’re faster than you look."

Khoran gritted his teeth.

"I don’t need to be faster than you."

He raised his sword.

"I only need to hit you once, and you’ll realize that messing with me isn’t that easy."

Valeria narrowed her eyes.

"Then try."

The two disappeared.

In another area, Zarek was surrounded by a mass of undead. His heavy armor was covered in blood and dust, while Eryon stood before him with his staff in his hands.

"Surrender obediently and serve my master."

Zarek let out a scornful laugh.

"Serve a corpse? I’d rather die than bow my head to a pile of bones."

Eryon did not respond to the provocation. He simply raised his staff, and the undead advanced.

Zarek roared, and his profound spiritual energy exploded from his body.

BOOM!

He destroyed several skeletons at once, but the bones reassembled, forming the skeletons’ bodies again. Zarek’s eyes widened as Eryon moved his staff.

"Keep going."

The skeletons advanced again. Zarek gritted his teeth and raised his weapon once more.

The battle would continue.

At the same time, the eight undead generals began pursuing the other Profound Nascence cultivators. Kareth crossed an enemy formation at extreme speed, and his sword cut down a cultivator who tried to escape.

Nyra spun her spear, forcing two enemies to retreat. Drazek advanced with his heavy weapon in his hands, while Velka climbed onto a rocky formation and drew her bow.

The arrow crossed the battlefield over a considerable distance, striking several enemies along its path.

Seryn disappeared into the shadows. When he reappeared, his claws were already in front of another cultivator, splitting him in half. Two bloody chunks of flesh fell to the ground.

Draven shattered a defensive formation with his spear, while Veyra charged directly through the enemies.

And Maeron...

Maeron was fighting those who had once been his own companions.

The soldiers began to panic as they were killed by someone who had once led them.

"They’re using our dead generals to kill us! How cruel!"

"Retreat!"

"We can’t fight them!"

"Where do we go?"

A soldier looked up at the sky. Ariselle’s barrier covered the entire mountain range, and there was no way out.

The man turned pale.

"We’re trapped."

Several hundred meters away, the five Fire Elementals who were still alive finally began to act.

Saro watched the battle with a rigid expression, his eyes fixed on the place where Rakan had disappeared.

There was no longer an intact body. The statue had shattered into thousands of pieces.

Rakan was dead, and none of the other Elementals had forgotten how it had happened.

Saro slowly clenched his fists.

"We can’t stay here. Someone at the True Profound Realm is far beyond anything we can handle."

One of the other Elementals looked at him.

"Where do we go?"

Saro raised his eyes. Above them, the barrier covered the entire sky. His expression grew even more serious.

"We’re trapped in this damn territory. We need to find a way out as quickly as possible."

A voice came from behind him.

"None of you will leave this place, whether alive or dead."

Saro turned around and saw a girl standing behind him. Nefrava stood a few meters away, her black bandages moving slowly around her body.

Saro’s eyes widened.

"You..."

Nefrava tilted her head slightly, her beautiful body barely covered by a few bandages.

"What is it? I’m not letting any of you escape."

Saro released his spiritual energy. The flames surrounding his body exploded.

BOOM!

Nefrava was engulfed in fire, but her body transformed into sand. The flames passed straight through her form.

Saro attacked again. Nefrava appeared at his side, and her bandages shot toward him, but Saro burned the strips before they could reach him.

Nefrava retreated several meters. Their eyes met, and then both disappeared.

BOOM!

An explosion of fire illuminated that part of the mountain range.

In another area, one of the remaining Elementals was attacked by Morcant. The creature attempted to unleash an enormous amount of fire, but Morcant simply walked through the flames.

The fissure in his chest opened, and the Elemental felt his soul tremble.

"What..."

Morcant appeared before him.

"Do not fight what you cannot comprehend. I claim your soul."

The Soul Devourer’s hand touched his chest. The Elemental screamed, and his spiritual energy exploded violently, but Morcant remained motionless.

The battle had not yet ended.

Elsewhere, Andarna dived toward another Elemental. Blue fire met red fire.

BOOOOOOM!

The two flames collided.

The entire mountain trembled.

Andarna roared, and the Elemental was thrown backward. The creature tried to stand, but Andarna dived again.

"I’m stronger!"

BOOM!

Her claws struck the ground. The Elemental narrowly escaped, but Andarna had already turned her body.

Another torrent of blue fire erupted.

The blue flames covered the area. Rocks began to melt as the Elemental tried to resist using his own flames.

For several seconds, the two energies remained locked in conflict.

Then the blue fire began to advance.

The Elemental’s eyes widened.

"No..."

Andarna’s flames engulfed him.

"AAAAAAAH!"

The scream echoed between the mountains. The blue fire slowly disappeared.

There was no movement left in that area.

Andarna hovered over the battlefield for a few seconds before resuming her search for another target.

Meanwhile, another Elemental was surrounded by Nefrava’s undead and Kareth’s soldiers. He tried to break through the encirclement, but Kareth appeared before him, his sword blocking the way.

The Elemental dodged.

Nyra appeared from the other side, her spear striking his shoulder.

The Elemental roared. An explosion of fire sent both of them flying backward, but before he could escape, a red shadow passed behind him.

Valeria.

Her blood blade pierced his defense.

The Elemental fell to his knees.

The undead advanced, but the Elemental was still alive. His flames exploded again, forcing Kareth, Nyra, and Valeria to retreat.

He managed to move several meters away, breathing heavily. Kareth’s eyes followed his movements.

The battle continued.

In the center of the battlefield, Kael and Gorvak continued destroying everything around them. Gorvak was holding his hammer again, blood running down his face.

Kael had several wounds on his body, but he remained standing.

Gorvak breathed heavily.

"Why..."

He tightened his grip on the hammer.

"...are you still standing?"

Kael slowly wiped the blood from his face.

"Because I’m undead."

Gorvak roared and charged forward.

Kael did the same.

The two collided in the middle of the battlefield.

BOOOOOOM!

The impact created a wave of spiritual energy so powerful that nearby soldiers were knocked to the ground. Gorvak raised his hammer, but Kael dodged, and the weapon struck the ground.

BOOM!

An enormous crater appeared, and Kael charged through the opening. His fist struck Gorvak’s ribs with tremendous force.

CRACK!

The Beastman lost his breath. Kael grabbed his arm, twisted his body, and hurled Gorvak into a rocky formation.
