The Primordial Record

Chapter 2032 Come Join Me

Chapter 2032  Come Join Me

Nyxara had been at the right place at the right time, and she had benefited from her brother’s demise. Knowing that no Primordial in his right mind would give up their powers even if they knew it would lead to their ultimate victory, if they were going to die, then they would not want any other person to benefit from their death, not unless they hated someone well enough to forget their innate selfishness.

All of the Ancient Primordials were planning ways to betray their siblings when the time was right, and for them, that time would come when all of their enemies were dead, and ultimate power was in their grasp.

However, they had made a fatal error, and that was that they had underestimated how much power Nyxara could gain from the simple fusion between Soul and Light.

Nyxara craved more of that power, and she would go to any length to acquire it, even if it meant betraying her entire family.

The truth was that even without reaching the Primordial level, Eos had become so strong that he would be able to match any of them in battle, and Nyxara was aware of this.

Unlike them who needed the Primordial Record to grow stronger after they discovered that Death was a much harder piece of meat to swallow, Eos could grow seemingly without any limits, and so much of his strength was kept in hiding, and it was a great possibility that he was now stronger than the Ancient Primordials, and the only reason he was not attacking them was because he feared being ambushed from behind by his other enemies.

Eos was one of the foremost authority in perfectly using multiple Origin Forces inside his body and he could discern that Nyxara was hiding the majority of her new powers from her siblings, because if they knew how strong she was and how strong she was getting, then they would try to kill her before she grew too powerful, or even in death, they would never give up their powers to her.

How was she going to kill her brethren without them blaming her so she could harvest their powers, and the answer was simple… use their greatest enemy.

Nyxara had come to Eos, but she did not explicitly state her intentions because she knew that he was wise enough to discern her intent without stating it.

The true question now would be, why would Eos even think of strengthening his enemy? There were multiple reasons for this.

The first reason was that there was a chance that the soul Origin of his family still remained with Nyxara, and if this was the case, then he would take the chance to rescue them, even if it was a trap. What was the use of all his powers if he could not keep those around him safe?

There was a great chance he may not see his family, but this was one reason that he was here, and the next reason was that, although Nyxara would be getting incredibly strong as a result of this betrayal, it would also strengthen Eos in ways that she had not yet realized.

Eos had decided to follow the path of the Ancient Primordial, vowing that this Primordial line would end with him. With the incredible opportunity gained by unlocking the Primordial Record, he was able to acquire all 10,008 Ancient Origin Forces.

If he were to master all of these Origin Forces to their limits, then he would become something that was far more powerful than Hundun, the first Reality, and what Eos was now realizing was the last personification of Origin itself, before Enoch destroyed him.

Eos plan was to become a Primordial in all those paths at the same time and fuse them together. He would become something that stood on equal ground with Origin and End, a new force unlike any other, and Existence would be rewritten according to his Will.

Obviously, there were many challenges to this incredible vision, and one of the most obvious ones was that Eos was not the only Ancient Primordial in existence; there were once seven, and now there were six.

The was an one great rule that bind the powers of Primordials, and that was there could be two individual with the same Origin, but only one of them would be able to explore the deeper layer of that Origin and the other Primordial would be a base level Primordial for the rest of eternity, and the only way they would be able to grow was if they killed the Primordial ahead of them.

The Ancient Primordials had done Eos a great service by killing all other Ancient Primordials in Existence, leaving the road free for him to travel, and except for the last seven of them, Eos was on his way to achieve his vision.

When Nyxara killed Primordial Light, she did not become the Primordial of Soul and Light; she became something else, and the Origin Force of Light was up for grabs, and Eos had already taken that mantle.

If Nyxara wanted his help to kill her brethren, he would take it because, as more Primordials fell, the steps to his objective grew closer, until there would be only one barrier in front of him, and that would be Nyxara.

So, the question needed to be asked: why did Nyxara believe that Eos would help her to kill her brethren, even though he knew that this act would strengthen her?

For one, she was counting on his ignorance and arrogance. All of which were careful attempts by Eos to establish that sort of mindset in her mind. Eos had observed the Primordials and made his plans to reflect the image he wanted them to see. He had been abusive and dismissive, and Nyxara had observed that he no longer feared them.

Even though Eos had many reasons to be prideful, he was not foolish, and he would rather have killed his enemies even before they knew he existed. He did not know that this attitude of his might have been one of the reasons Nyxara had chosen him, but he was glad that it had played a part.

He had pretended to be arrogant to lure the Primordials to anger, and if that emotion had given him the slightest edge in battle, it would have been enough, but unknowingly, it may have affected Nyxara more deeply than he thought.

The second reason was ignorance. Nyxara believed that she had hidden the majority of her strength away from everyone, but Eos had mastered the fifth layer of Space, and he was able to discern more truths than Nyxara believed.

She most likely believed that Eos would go along with her plans because it gave him the opportunity to rid himself of most of the Primordials, and with the arrogance that he had in his powers and potential, she believed that Eos would not fear whatever powers she had gathered.

Plus, it was always possible that his family was alive, and she would use them as a bargaining chip for him to help her.

All of these thoughts went through his mind almost instantaneously, and finally Eos decided to follow this line of thinking and holding the key, he made a signal, and he was drawn to a dark temple where Nyxara lay on the ground… naked.

“Come join me,” she said.
