Chapter 3512: Glad You’re Having Fun
Chapter 3512: Glad You’re Having Fun
Back on the Kiriket Continent, Lord Maruthi and his fellow leaders of the Harmonist Faction fought with everything they had against the converged beasts of the War Coalition. Holding back the converged beasts of the War Coalition from joining the battle with the Dragon Emperor when they were outnumbered two-to-one was one of the most difficult parts of the job. Lord Maruthi didn’t even expect to hold them forever, he just hoped to hold them off long enough for the Dawnbringer to defeat the Dragon Emperor.
And yet, with them outnumbered three to one, even a mere delay was extremely difficult, if not outright impossible, even in theory.
BOOOOOOOOOM!!!
With a single swing of his club, Lord Maruthi unleashed a destructively intense shockwave, pushing back Lord Fenrir, Lord Horus, and Lord Phlyla. His eyes sharpened with grave severity while he panted heavily.
The brown fur of the giant primate was stained with blood, while wounds covered his entire body. He had managed to hold off three converged beasts at once, but it wasn’t something that he could manage to do forever. The wolf, the hawk, and the giant mosquito sensed his weakness, charging at him with great speed and power, seeking to end him right then and there.
They weren’t able to.
Or rather, they weren’t allowed to.
Amare surged before them at speeds that they could barely fathom, unleashing a powerful blow with tremendous force, sending ripples across the very fabric of space.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
The sheer force of the gravitational wave blasted them back, leaving them grimacing under the wounds that they had sustained.
“How dare a mere female inflict pain on my divine body?!” Lord Fenrir roared at her with feral rage, before launching himself into a powerful gallop, all but ready to consume her alive.
Amare charged forward with great momentum as she poured every ounce of her power into accelerating her fist at extraordinary speeds. Every part of her body rotated with the sole intention of adding more velocity to her surging fist as it thrust forth at extraordinary speeds.
Speeds that were extremely close to the speed of light.
A strange effect occurred as her fist grew more and more heavy, gaining more and more mass and thus ever more momentum. It became an attack of unparalleled destruction.
An attack that made use of the principles of the Special Theory of Relativity.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
With a single blow to the wolf’s abdomen, she destroyed his ribcage, pressing further until she struck his spine.
Her attack destroyed that as well.
Her fist pierced through the fur of the wolf, emerging from his backside as it pierced through his body like it was made of paper.
Lord Fenrir died then and there.
THUD
She slammed his body to the ground as the other two converged beasts around stared at her with shock and fear.
She killed a converged beast, the strongest rank in the Beast Path, with a single blow. Lord Fenrir, that too, was one of the stronger converged beasts in Kiriket, making it an extraordinary feat to fell him with a single attack.
The battleground paused as both sides disengaged for just a moment to gaze at her with stunned expressions. They didn’t understand where she got such extraordinary power from. They couldn’t smell any biotechnology within her body; they certainly couldn’t smell any cyborg technology within her. They couldn’t detect the telltale signs of cold fusion, fission, or antimatter within her either.
She seemed to be spontaneously generating tremendous amounts of energy out of nowhere.
The most shocking part to all of them was the fact that she was a female. On a rational level, they were aware that the female half of other species were quite strong, and were even stronger in the case of the elves. But that didn’t stop them from feeling shocked that a single woman was capable of producing such extraordinary power.
And yet, she was just getting started.
Her amber eyes, normally filled with warmth and delight, grew fierce and ferocious as she charged towards the other converged beasts with an aggressive assault. She had been itching to try out all the high principles that she had inherited from Rui in battle for a long time. Now that she finally had some good, soft, and fluffy punching bags, she would not hold back in unleashing her power.
Her Martial Embodiment bloomed in all its glory as it spread across the entire battlefield. They saw her life and her lives, the many lives she had lived as Esil and the many times that she had relived those lives. She was older than all of them, possessing more memories than all of them combined. Her memories were almost real, almost crossing the boundary between imaginary and reality, as was characteristic of a Transcendent Candidate.
Each and every single one of those memories became a source of strength.
BOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!!
BOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!!
BOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!!
She went berserk, unleashing a maelstrom of destruction and domination against her opponents while she leveraged all the high principles that she had learned from Rui, becoming so strong that not even ten converged beasts were able to hold her back when fighting her simultaneously.
Lord Narsimha and Lord Vakratunda, who fought separate from the rest of their leaders gazed at her in a stunned silence. Lord Vakratunda knew that she had to be extraordinary, given how well she fought against the Dragon Emperor, even if he had been holding back, but this had exceeded even his high expectations.
“You… found a good asset.” Lord Narsimha growled, turning back to the elephant. “But that does not mean you will win. As long as I kill you right here and right now, I can return to the Dragon Emperor and help him kill the Dawnbringer.”
“You would need to defeat me for that, I’m afraid,” Lord Vakratunda calmly replied.
“Then defeat you, I will!” Lord Narsimha charged at the giant war elephant.
RUMBLE!!!!!
The majestic lion froze as he felt a surge of power unlike almost anything he had ever felt in his life. Even Lord Vakratunda’s composure crumbled as deep wisdom allowed him to sense that something extraordinary was unfolding.
Each and every single converged beast froze as their instincts roared to them about the danger of what was happening. Only Amare smiled as she gazed in the direction of the Great Void Ocean with a knowing expression.
“I’m glad you’re having fun, Rui.”
RUMBLE!!!!!!!
The world shook violently as a tsunami of Water greater than any other emerged from the depths of the Great Void Ocean, flooding the entire battlefield in the blink of an eye.
