Chapter 3511: This Battle Is Just Beginning

Chapter 3511: This Battle Is Just Beginning

RUMBLE!!!!!

The Dragon’s every attack deepened the destruction to the crust of the planet, creating more and more fissures that went deeper and deeper, spreading across a wider and wider area of the ocean floor.

He wasn’t even trying to anymore; the sheer energy output that he unleashed was enough to continue the ongoing destruction. Entire chasms began forming at the ocean bed as the Dragon Emperor continued his streak of destruction across the Great Void Ocean. Multiple tectonic plates converged at the ocean, making for a maelstrom of chaotic tectonic activity as the two beings of unimaginable power went all out in their battle against each other.

RUMBLE!!!!!

The oceans shook and quivered, unleashing tsunamis across the world continuously the entire time, while irradiated water began spreading further and further across the entire world.

The many nations and polities in the world went into a full disaster control mode, evacuating citizens from the coasts and deeper inland as they implemented their high technology to ensure that titanic tsunamis the size of mountain ranges didn’t utterly wipe out all civilization across the coasts and even in the land of each of the continents.

The beasts and monsters of the ocean, both of the Great Nam Ocean and those of the true world, acted in volatile and erratic manners, horrified by the output of the two beings fighting within the depths of the void.

The oceanic and seismic radiation that shook the ocean floor and the waters it held were violent and aggressive, threatening to destroy everything, and had left them in a state of deep dread and fear. The gamma radiation was nothing short of an apocalypse for all life within the oceans, and it was only a matter of time before the irradiated water escaped the Great Void Ocean and began poisoning all life within the depths of the ocean.

A single battle had thrown the entire world into chaos.

And yet, neither combatant cared.

The Dragon Emperor’s focus remained on Rui. His yellow, reptilian eyes were trained on his prey, eager to consume him alive as he unleashed a flood of physical and gamma radiation attacks, weaving them together in perfection.

His hunger and gluttony for Rui grew as he could almost taste his sweet blood and the sweet Authority of Alpha that Rui had within him. Even as he approached his physical limits, his longing only grew stronger and stronger as he yearned for a single mistake.

And then, he lucked out.

Rui, drowned in pain with a broken body and gamma radiation poisoning, made a single mistake.

A single misstep.

That was enough.

The Dragon Emperor’s claws flashed forward with great speed and power.

SPLAT!!!

Rui’s eyes widened as he felt a thin, sharp pain in his left arm.

Or where his arm was supposed to be.

His eyes shifted to his left arm, widening with shock as he watched it fall off, severed by the Dragon Emperor.

He had taken one wrong step.

Just a single degree off in his angle of evasion.

That was enough.

That was more than enough for the Dragon Emperor to reach victory in a battle that had been stuck in a deadlock.

It’s over now.

The Dragon Emperor’s chilling voice reached him as his expression grew grim with grave severity. The darkness at the deepest depths of the Great Void Ocean seemed to come alive while the atmosphere grew electric with peril.

For a moment, there was silence.

THUD

Rui’s arm lightly fell to the ground as blood spewed from the severed limb.

And then, all hell broke loose.

RUMBLE!!!!!

The Dragon Emperor lunged like a frenzied monster while his pupils sharpened, growing more feral with each passing moment. With a single flap of his wings, he charged forth, as his jaws opened wide, threatening to snap Rui up in a single bite.

WHOOSH!!!!!

Rui gritted his teeth, leaping away as he stopped the bleeding of his arm, trying to prevent the situation from deteriorating any further. He needed to last as long as possible to ensure that the Dragon Emperor reached his limit before he did.

And yet, his body was broken.

Poisoned with radiation.

And now, he had lost a limb.

His strategic outlook crumbled with each passing moment as he struggled to even defend himself.

WHOOSH!

Rui barely managed to evade getting crushed, even as the powerful blast of water that the Dragon Emperor unleashed, a tsunami of gamma radiation, against Rui, threatening to kill him right then and there with a lethal dose of gamma radiation poisoning.

RUMBLE!!!!!

Rui barely managed to defend himself with a half-baked hydro-lens, permitting too much radiation to pass through as it flooded his body.

“Rgh…!” He vomited blood as he began bleeding from every orifice in his body, including the gaping wound of his arm. His eyes widened as the Dragon Emperor’s foot came crushing down on him from above.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMM!!!!

RUMBLE!!!

The world shook as the calamitic fissures at the very bottom of the oceans opened up even further as lava began emerging from within them, illuminating the dark depths of the ocean with the apocalyptic glow of molten lava. Bubbles began emerging in streams from the ocean floor as the heat of the lava and magma began boiling the waters of the Great Void Ocean.

The Dragon Emperor’s attention remained fixed on his objective as he pushed his body to the very limit in an attempt to consume his prey alive. He felt euphoric triumph and a profound ecstasy and delight as he watched Rui faltering, growing weaker and weaker by the second as a profound amount of blood began draining from his body.

His movements grew slower.

His body grew weaker.

His water breathing grew more labored and desperate.

And then, he stopped struggling, taking a final step at the bottom of the ocean.

His eyes remained closed.

A faint sense of finality came over him.

Finally resigned yourself to your fate, have you?!” The Dragon Emperor roared with triumph as he charged towards Rui, his jagged mouth widening to consume him in a single bite.

And then, time slowed down.

Time slowed down in Lord Shenlong’s eyes as Rui opened his.

Within the depths of his eyes were two blood-red Suns of blinding brightness.

They illuminated the entire ocean.

Nothing was beyond their reach.

Chills crawled across the Dragon Emperor’s scales as he felt fear for the first time in a thousand years.

A single whisper escaped Rui.

“This battle is just beginning.”

RUMBLE!!!!!

The world shook as the might of Gigabrain spread across the depths of the Great Void Ocean and beyond.
