The Martial Unity

Chapter 3288: The Consequences

Chapter 3288: The Consequences

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!

RUMBLE!!!!!

From the very moment the target was teleported, the Mothers of Nature manipulated the vast forest, using it to unleash an extraordinarily destructive onslaught of calamitous power fueled by antimatter and nuclear fission.

The sheer energy unleashed was enough to vaporize multiple tectonic plates into thin air. And yet, the fireball didn’t expand more than a hundred meters before it was rapidly absorbed by energy-absorbing trees that sucked in light, radiation, and heat using their leaves.

Their bark absorbed sound while their roots absorbed seismic radiation.

On top of that, the Mothers of Nature knew that the demon used heaven-bending via breathing techniques, so they had installed air pressure generators and manipulators, gaining absolute dominion over the heavens to prevent the target from using those techniques to protect himself.

All the destructive energy that emerged from the blasts that had grown in excess had been absorbed by the powerful, enhanced, and evolved forest before being poured back into one astronomically destructive and powerful explosion of boundless might.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM!!!!!!!

RUMBLE!!!!!!

Words couldn’t even begin to describe just how much power was output by the massive, titanic forest in a short amount of time, concentrated into a single point.

The demon.

RUMBLE!!!!!!

The sheer fabric of space and time would have collapsed and become a singularity if not for Mother Martha’s space-time manipulation to prevent that from unfolding. The very fabric of reality would have been torn to shreds without her vigilance and care.

RUMBLE!!!!!!

The immense power that the final, supreme explosion unleashed and concentrated upon a single point was beyond extraordinary. The Mothers of Nature had carefully designed an extraordinary destruction chamber at the point where he was supposed to be teleported.

RUMBLE!!!!!!

They calculated that the sheer temperatures reached would be so high that even the laws of physics would behave differently, with the four fundamental forces themselves merging into one singular force at extraordinarily high temperatures.

The force of causality itself.

RUMBLE!!!!!!

Matter spontaneously turned into energy itself in the blink of an eye, and an entire section of the forest around the target simply melted into pure energy. The sheer amount of light that was released into the atmosphere and into outer space rivalled that of a supernova.

RUMBLE!!!!!!

No one could have possibly survived being ambushed when caught off-guard, and subjected to such unfathomable destruction that even Damian couldn’t help but grin from unreality.

RUMBLE…

Operation Demonslayer, complete.’ Mother Mara’s cold declaration spread through the flora network to her fellow sisters.

It was over in the blink of an eye.

With the pure power of nature, the demon had been exorcised.

Or so they thought.

RUMBLE!!!!!

The world shook.

It shook perilously.

Violently.

Intensely.

The very fabric of space and time quaked with terror.

Heaven and earth itself shook in fear.

Gaia herself bore witness to what unfolded with bated breath.

RUMBLE!!!!!!!

The world shook as a tsunami of water of unfathomable proportions emerged from the smoke, swallowing the entire world. A boundless ocean of water spawned out of the targeted area, subsuming the entirety of the forest.

’T-This…!’ Mother Mara was frozen in shock.

’He’s… He’s alive!’

’Impossible!’

RUMBLE!!!!!!!

The world of water engulfed Mother Mara and all the flora in the region in the blink of an eye. An unfathomable amount of power erupted from the dark silhouette emerging from the smoke.

It gave chills to every Mother of Nature who beheld it.

He was stronger than they expected.

His deathly presence was even more perilous than they could have ever expected. It was entirely different once one actually beheld his presence in person rather than through the Greater Genoran Flora Network.

His Martial Embodiment was also far more intense than they had estimated. The forest had been armed with cutting-edge anti-surveillance biotechnology that was designed to protect the rest of East Genora from his powerful Martial Embodiment, but even the forest could barely contain the unfathomable wave of water that had emerged from him.

The sheer intensity of the information flux was so high that it could easily cause brain death, turning anybody that the Martial Embodiment touched into a vegetable.

If the light elves previously residing in the forest hadn’t been evacuated, then they would have all been dead by now.

A horrifying realization dawned on Mother Mara.

’He had been holding back then.’

They had only witnessed a diluted, curtailed version of his power.

The smoke dispelled as Rui came into full view.

His bare body was unharmed, much to the shock of every Mother of Nature who watched the battle from afar. There wasn’t so much as a single scratch on him despite all the power that they had poured into the ultimate destructive attack.

Every inch of his body crackled with power.

And yet, his pitch-black eyes lit up with excitement.

On his face was a wide, wild smile of great enthusiasm.

“That was close.”

His tone was sincere.

“You made me use up all my primordial seed reserves.”

They didn’t know what that meant.

“It was a good attempt.”

His words were earnest.

“And now…” his voice took on a perilous edge. “…Now you must face the consequences of failing to kill me.”

The atmosphere grew electric as the darkness of the night sky seemed to come to life.

The air boiled with tension.

Those words broke Mother Mara out of her frozen shock as a cold determination emerged within her.

’We have not failed, demon of death. Today will be the day you die.’

RUMBLE!!!!!

The world shook as the forest roared with power, unleashing a blast of wood that converged upon Rui, trying to capture him.

Rui’s eyes sharpened as he coiled his fist, throwing a powerful blow at the incoming wood.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!!

A destructive collision that would have utterly annihilated the wood failed to do so only thanks to the invintium-integrated bark that protected the wood.

CRACK CRACK CRACK!

Rui’s eyes widened as he watched his fist disintegrate under his own power in a collision with the invintium, only for several more blasts of wood to converge on him where he was.

RUMBLE!!!!!
