The Mad King's Heir
Chapter 145: Playing those games
Yu Wen wrapped his other hand around Li Jun’s abdomen and interlocked his fingers, embracing the man fully. He buried his nose at the crook of Li Jun’s neck, breathing in the comforting scent he yearned for countless nights.
"I will never do that to you. I am only loyal to you... I will help you take that position," he said with certainty in his muffled voice. He would do anything for Li Jun, even if it meant sacrificing everything. He would give his life for him.
Li Jun, however, hadn’t yet grasped the depth of Yu Wen’s loyalty towards him. He just thought the man was infatuated and had a debt of gratitude. He severely underestimated Yu Wen’s feelings.
"Really?... What if I turn out to be like my father?" he asked with a slight chuckle.
Yu Wen didn’t like him comparing himself to his father. He looked up with a jolt and emphasized, "You are not him. You will never be him."
Seeing the seriousness on his face, Li Jun’s smile disappeared. He ruffled Yu Wen’s hair and said, "What are you thinking? I was messing with you."
Yu Wen swallowed the words of reprimand at the tip of his tongue. The tension in his shoulders relaxed, and he said, "Don’t make jokes like that. It’s not funny."
Li Jun gently pushed him away and said, "Your food is getting cold. Finish eating quickly." Yu Wen was reluctant to part. He couldn’t care less about eating. Well, unless Li Jun fed him.
He glanced at Li Jun, whose cheeks were already puffed up like a hamster. He wanted to ask him, but he was afraid the man would reject him. Wouldn’t that be more embarrassing?
He thought that, but when he remembered what his mother taught him, he bit his lip slightly before saying, "Ah, my wrist hurts a little." He swapped his chopsticks to his other left hand and tried to pick up the scallion pancake on his plate, but it kept slipping away. Once, twice, the third time, Li Jun noticed.
His mother told him that he needs to act weak sometimes. If Li Jun cared for him, he would help him out. Li Jun definitely cared for him. His expression turned worried. "If you hurt yourself, why didn’t you say something? Did you even get it checked?"
As he said this, he took the chopsticks from him and set them aside before massaging his wrist. Yu Wen suppressed the smile creeping up his lips. When he saw his mother again, he was going to buy her anything she wanted. Her dating advice was exceptional.
Yu Wen watched as Li Jun’s thumbs rubbed his wrist gently. His heart melted in a puddle watching this man care for him with such tender affection. His brain instantly turned to mush looking at Li Jun’s lowered head.
Li Jun was speaking, but Yu Wen heard none of it. It took Li Jun pinching his nose for him to come down from the fluffy clouds. "Are you even listening?"
Yu Wen didn’t deny it. He said, "I am sorry, I got distracted just now."
Having confessed his wrongdoing honestly, Li Jun didn’t make it difficult for him. He just said, "By what?"
"You," Yu Wen said it directly with zero shame. Li Jun, who rarely blushed, felt his cheeks burn hot. People had tried to flirt with him before, but he always took it as noise.
But when Yu Wen talked to him like this, he felt an unexpected rush of electricity under his skin. His stomach flipped, his chest tightened, and warmth flooded to his face as if every nerve in his body had been lit up at once.
He didn’t say anything about it. He continued asking, "Where does it hurt?"
Yu Wen was hoping he would say something, but right now he could only take what he could get. "It’s not that serious. It just hurts a little," he replied, his expression eliciting sympathy. It was as though he was saying that not to be a bother or pretending to act strong.
Li Jun sighed and said, "Don’t use that hand for now until we get it looked at." He pulled Yu Wen’s plate towards him while saying, "I will feed you for now. You can take it as me paying you back for breakfast."
Yu Wen didn’t want to appear too happy. He suppressed his smile as he moved even closer. Their thighs were plastered against each other, their shoulders brushing. "Do you want some sauce?" Li Jun asked, and Yu Wen nodded.
Li Jun brought the scallion pancake to his lips after dipping it in the sauce, but he found the angle troublesome. "Yu Wen, if you are sitting this close, how am I supposed to feed you?"
He was right. The angle was awkward, but Yu Wen wasn’t willing to be any further than this, so he grabbed Li Jun’s leg and put it over his. "There, is that better?" Li Jun wasn’t expecting him to do that, but he liked it very much.
He fed Yu Wen mouthful after mouthful. He would occasionally ask him if he wanted any of the sides, and Yu Wen would never refuse. Li Jun fed him until most of the food on the table was gone.
Even when he was full, Yu Wen didn’t say anything. That’s because he didn’t want this to end. He was fed until his belly was protruding slightly. The entire time, he had his hand rubbing Li Jun’s inner thigh, his fingers dangerously close to his crotch.
Li Jun placed the chopsticks down and said, "If you keep letting me feed you, your stomach might burst. What are you? A fish that can’t stop eating?"
"You can feed me to death, and I won’t complain," he whispered, his fingers digging and pressing down on Li Jun’s thigh. Li Jun could feel his hardness. He had felt it a long time ago, but he didn’t say anything. This man in broad daylight was trying to provoke him.
Li Jun was willing to play those games as long as they were quiet. He leaned in close and whispered, "How about I help you take care of that?" He moved his leg, rubbing hard against the man’s crotch. How could Yu Wen refuse such an offer?
