The Last Paragon in the Apocalypse

Chapter 998: Asha's Insect Legion

Chapter 998: Asha’s Insect Legion

“AAaaaaaHHH”

Nadia moaned hard, her hips shaking vigorously.

She was seated on Klaus’s lap, his hands holding her waist firmly as he offloaded deep into her nether cave.

Lying beside him was Asha, who had a blissful look in her eyes.

She had already gotten her fair share of the star juice, and while she wasn’t required to sit and cultivate, considering her strength was strong enough to automatically handle the absorption, she was darn tired from the many rounds they had.

After reaching the Void stage, not only had Klaus become a monster on the battlefield, but he was even more monstrous in bed, and now, Asha and Nadia, who were at the receiving end of his pleasure, could only stare at him with dreamy and lustful eyes.

Klaus came inside Nadia, lasting three good minutes before he pulled out his dick, which was coated in white liquid.

Asha quickly did justice to it, making sure it was cleaned perfectly. Once she was done, she chose to stop there and not pass out if she were to go again.

After the meeting, Klaus made her and Nadia stay, for he planned to assess their strength before entering the dungeon in the morning. He planned on bringing all his ladies and friends for the first exploration.

After letting them rest for a few minutes, Klaus carried them to the bathroom and bathed them. When all that was done, he prepared a fruit salad from the various plants growing inside his soul sea.

Naturally, the ladies were puzzled when they saw this romantic side of Klaus. They wonder where that came from but choose not to complain, considering the focused look in Klaus’s eyes as he pampered them.

If only they knew, in his 7th incarnation, thanks to being hated by everyone, his mother taught him how to care for a woman in the hope that one day he would find a wife.

Now remembering all that, Klaus, who felt like he hadn’t spent enough time with his wives because they died during the awakening, planned on making sure every second was spent making them ultra happy this time around.

It was one of the many things he had planned to do before the awakening.

After they ate and recovered their strength, Unity took them into the Insect domain, where his Ant army was.

“So, in case you are not aware, I have added two more queens to my insect army. One is a Golden Crystal Ant, and the last is a Blade-wing Butterfly.”

“Are they any stronger than the four you already have?” Klaus asked, walking beside Asha and Nadia.

“They are, especially the Blade-wing Butterfly. She is fast and deadly. Aside from her, the Golden Crystal Ant is also incredibly powerful. Though the Obsidian Dark Ants are deadly on the battlefield, the Golden Crystal Ants are both deadly and evil.

The Queen was at the Ascension stage when I found her. It took us 7 hours to subdue her, and since then, she has become a great addition to my Insect X Hive Family.

But the other four have also become much deadlier. I can beat my chest and say that when it comes to combat knowledge and experience, none of the legions can compete with mine.”

Klaus and Nadia raised their brows, hearing her bold words.

“Maybe being bold before seeing our secret legions isn’t ideal. Don’t you think?” Klaus laughed, but Asha just shrugged.

“Wait until you see my legion.”

With that confidence oozing like poison, they quickly made their way to the clearing where Asha’s Ant army was waiting for them.

After a few seconds of walking, they arrived at the clearing, and that was when Klaus and Nadia saw the power that Asha commanded.

“I take back my words, but what in the hell?” Klaus was in shock, and so was Nadia.

Standing before him were thousands of insect beasts. They were all in their human form, where their true strength was limited. However, even so, the aura coming from them was something Klaus couldn’t place his finger on.

“Just where did you get this many Insect Beasts?” Nadia asked, unsure if her eyes were deceiving her or if she was seeing the real thing.

“Like I said, when it comes to combat power and experience, I have the biggest army,” Asha said with a slight tease.

“One good thing about insects, or more importantly, the insect queens, is that the moment they reach the Ascension stage and awaken their innate spirit bodies, making insect soldiers become easy and faster, unlike when they were merely at the Transcendent and Ascendent stage.

All six queens under my command are at the Nether stage, and while most of the people out there only reached the Nether stage a few days ago, my insect queens reached it a month ago, with the weakest sitting at level 5 Nether stage and the strongest at the peak.

This means, aside from their combat strength, they also now have the means to make more than enough soldiers.”

Asha turned to Klaus and smirked. “Thanks to your gluttony, swallowing all the beasts after the battle against the beast race, I only managed to harvest materials from the savage zombies, Lunar Beasts, forbidden zones, and the Badlands.

But even so, every last insect queen has 5,000 soldiers under them. If I had more resources, they would have made more.”

Klaus smiled and scratched the back of his neck. “Sorry about that.”

“No need to apologise. After all, it was all thanks to your blood that I managed to raise this many soldiers.

However, until there is a unit out there that has a legion of 30,000 insects with 20,000 Peak Chaos stage and 10,000 Ascension stage warriors, then I believe my legion is the best in the world.”

Asha raised her head and laughed, causing Klaus to shake his head weakly, knowing he had lost the bet.

All six insect queens were at the Nether stage. Linx and Jinx were also at the Nether stage, making eight Nether stage powerhouses under her command.

“I am not done yet,” Asha gestured for Klaus and Nadia to follow her. The queens and the insect soldiers were just smiling when they saw Klaus and Nadia move with shocked expressions on their faces.

After moving a few km, Asha stopped in front of a large field where twelve cocoons, each radiating a powerful aura, stood.

Instinctively, Nadia moved behind Klaus when they appeared before this clearing.

“What is this?” Klaus asked, his expression complex and uncertain.

Asha smiled weakly before answering, “They are my trump card.”

“Your trump cards?” Klaus was puzzled, unsure if she even needed any more trump cards. The legion behind them was more than enough to clear many a battlefield, so what then again did she need?

“Believe it or not, but I dreamt of me creating a powerful breed of insect soldiers called the Death Agents. I honestly don’t know how powerful they will become, but I know for a fact that they will become the strongest warriors on the battlefield in the upcoming battle.”

[Brat, this might be the best time for you to keep an eye on her, for the legend of the Insect X Hive Queen was one that you would love to learn about.]

The senior said, and Klaus nodded. ‘I believe she holds the key to surviving the awakening.’ Klaus looked at the twelve cocoons and sighed.

‘I just hope all this will be worth it in the end.’
