The Last Paragon in the Apocalypse

Chapter 993: Combat Androids

Chapter 993: Combat Androids

Anaki and her brother, Inaki, weren’t expecting Klaus to pay them a visit a day before the big meeting.

The invitation was extended to them as well, given their status as two of the best scientists the Moon Borns have, and thus, they were required to come.

However, with Klaus’s visit, they were more than happy.

“Master, it has been a while since we last talked,” Anaki said with a happy smile, seeing Klaus.

Klaus also smiled, “It has been a while indeed. Hope you two are doing well.”

Anaki and Inaki nodded. “We have been well. We have a lot to show you since we last met. We have been working very hard, and after receiving your blood, we have become much more intelligent.”

The look on Anaki and Inaki’s faces was one Klaus could tell was filled with both happiness and pride. This made Klaus begin to wonder what they had to show him.

“Why don’t we get down to the showing part? I can’t wait to see what you two came up with.”

Anaki giggled and tapped a button on her arm. The underground elevator activated, and soon, they were falling deep into the ground.

Klaus didn’t seem shocked, considering the two mad scientists standing beside him had already created shrinking tech. Creating an underground lab isn’t far-fetched.

After falling 10km, they came to a stop inside a very large underground lab.

“Wow. Are those…” The moment Klaus’s eyes landed on three humanoid robots, his brow furrowed.

Inaki and his sister laughed, “Yes. They are the prototype of a combat-type Android we have been working on for years now.

Initially, they were only meant to be robots, but we later gained the knowledge to make them much smarter and more powerful using Nanotechnology, so they, in a way, became Androids.

However, now, I know you can sense they are more than ordinary Androids.” Anaki giggled again, feeling so much pride in showing their work to Klaus.

“The reason you are feeling the danger from them is that we have added something called Hyper Mind to them. We had help from the scientists from the Bast Race and Oracle.

This Hyper Mind is akin to a Quantum chip, housing the most complex combat styles in the world, as well as fictional ones.

Oracle was used to train many models, and thanks to the data from them, we were able to further enhance their combat style.

And regarding the danger, it was because Oracle allowed us to use the data collected during your time with them.

They have further improved on that, using video games and combat AI they had built into Oracle meant for a much more complex and realistic combat fluidity over the past year.

With access to Vibranium, our initial estimate of creating Tier 10 or Tier 11 combat Androids has changed.

The ones standing before you now are comparable to Peak Chaos stage warriors, and the best part is, with your fusion core rune formation, they wouldn’t get tired unless, of course, they were destroyed.

However, with a body made from Vibranium and Nanotech, I don’t see them getting destroyed anytime soon.

So what do you think, Master?”

Anaki and Inaki stared at Klaus, waiting to hear his take on the Androids they had created.

Klaus looked at the three robots, and for a couple of minutes, he just stared at them. In fact, he spent over 10 minutes studying them.

When he was done and turned to his two disciples, they straightened up. They knew this was the moment their work would be recognized by the strongest on Earth, who also happened to be their master.

“If I were to get you a large quantity of Vibranium, how many of these can you produce within 55 days?” The mad scientists were stunned hearing Klaus’s question.

They hadn’t anticipated such a reaction when they revealed the nature of the Androids to Klaus.

“We don’t have a large manufacturing plant ready for mass production. However, after our last meeting with the Bast Scientist, they made us aware that if we decide to mass-produce, they can easily assist us.

That said, even without their help, we can make over 300 of these in the duration you stated. However, if we are to make Void stage ones, we have the means to make 500 of those and over a thousand Ascendant stage versions too.”

“Then contact the Bast Scientist. I have a much larger, higher-quality version of Vibranium. I will give you some to make as many Chaos stage and Void stage combat Androids as you can.”

“We won’t disappoint, Master.”

Klaus nodded and walked closer to the Androids. He examined them for a few minutes before requesting the schematics of the Androids.

At first, Klaus didn’t see anything recognizable. However, as time went by, he started seeing some connections, which quickly turned into recognizable patterns.

Then, before he knew it, he was fully immersed in the schematics.

Patterns filled his mind, allowing him to see deeper into the creation process of the Android.

’Fascinating. They really went wild this time.’

After a couple of minutes deep into the schematics, Klaus started seeing improvements and features that could be added. He saw things that, when done differently, would improve the strength level of the Android.

After about an hour, he put aside the schematic.

“You two really went all out this time. However, I have some modifications if you don’t mind.” Inaki and Anaki were more than happy to hear their master had some modifications.

“First of all, the fusion core needs some more retrofitting. I counted 13 layers of formation inside the fusion core.

However, by increasing the layers, not only would the Androids become much stronger, but they would also be able to bridge the gap between the Chaos stage and the Ascension stage.

This would allow them to fight Ascension stage opponents on equal footing. Aside from that, I have some defense and offense combat formations in mind that could potentially overwhelm the Ascension stage to some extent.

Then there is the part about the fusion explosion. I believe we can make some modifications; it should be able to overwhelm even Nether stage opponents.

The aim here is to create a devastating result on the battlefield. So instead of merely aiming for a minor explosion, I want it to be able to clear much larger chunks of the battlefield.

Lastly, I have a formation that 10,000 Ascendant stage Androids would be required to execute. However, for now, work on the Void and Chaos stage Androids. It will take days for me to work on that formation.”

Anaki and her brother nodded like good students who had gained enlightenment. They held happy smiles on their faces as they listened to all Klaus had to say.

“The aim here is to have enough explosive power, so aside from these Androids, I have another mission for you. However, I will reveal that during the meeting tomorrow.

That said, how about we get to work now? We first have to improve the fusion core and then work on making it even more deadly.”

Soon, with Klaus working on the runes, Anaki and her brother began implementing them.

In no time, they started making great progress.
