THE GOD EATER

As he pressed a big chunk of world essence onto the outpost core, he thought inwardly, ’I’m going to reverse time soon anyway. It is not like I can take all of this lifespan with me, so I’d better use it now to secure my advancement to rank 7.’

Then he grinned as he thought, ’Besides, I can still eat the world seed. So I’ll just consider this as me feeding an animal I am rearing. Let it fatten up nicely for me.’

While he was doing this, the will of Oceania was wailing in anguish. It cried out, saying, "My children. My poor children. You killed them all."

As it cried, the storm raging in the first dimension became worse. The speed of the wind picked up, and the storm clouds began discharging lightning. It looked like the will of Oceania wanted to destroy everything.

Loki didn’t care about any of these. Instead, his gaze remained fixed on the outpost core.

But the cries of the world did get him thinking. It got him thinking about how the Four Directions Sect had established itself in the Blessed Heaven World.

As he was thinking, he asked himself, ’Did the Four Directions Sect establish itself in the Blessed Heaven World with an outpost core? If they did, does that mean that the domains were stolen and carved away from the will of the world? I wonder if the will of the world also cried during the process.’

While he was wondering, Money Body went to the core of the world. When he saw it, he immediately stopped thinking about less important things and focused on what Money Body was doing.

He even said to Money Body, "I hope you don’t plan to harm the heart of the world. That is not a part of our mission."

In response, Money Body growled back at him, saying, "Don’t tell me what to do, boy. I know what I’m doing, so mind your business."

His voice was full of intimidation, but Loki refused to back down.

Loki’s eyes became cold, and his voice was stern as he said, "The condition of the heart of the world is a factor that will affect the success of the outpost mission, so it is a part of my business."

"If you destroy the heart of the world, you will destroy Oceania. If Oceania is destroyed, the outpost mission will end. So I hope you will think this through before you do anything that will harm the mission."

What he said and how he said it made Money Body pause and turn to look at him before saying, "Or what?"

Loki didn’t hesitate to say, "Or I will be forced to stop you."

Money Body stared him for a while. Then he turned away from Loki and continued towards the heart of the world.

When Loki saw this, his heart sank, and he thought to himself, ’What the hell is he up to? Forget sabotaging the mission by insulting the dragon king and making it kill everyone. If he destroys the heart of the world like this, it would be considered treason and a betrayal of the sect.’

The fact that the dragon king killed everyone back then couldn’t be blamed on him. After all, he wasn’t strong enough to stop the dragon king. But if he deliberately goes out of his way to destroy Oceania, the sect won’t allow him to get away with it.’

The core of the world had become exposed after all the world kings died. The will of Oceania didn’t have the material and resources to create a new world king, not that another world king would be of any help in this situation, so there was nothing the will of Oceania could do to stop Money Body.

But unlike what Loki and the will of Oceania expected him to do, Money Body said, "I can help you."

What he said was only for the will of Oceania to hear. Loki couldn’t hear what he said because it was private communication. All Loki saw was that Money Body had stopped in front of the heart of the world.

Money Body stood before a mountain of multicolored rock and stood there in silence. Loki didn’t know what Money Body was up to, so he was stewing in a pot of anxiety.

Even the will of Oceania, who heard what Money Body said, didn’t know what he was up to. In fact, it didn’t understand what Money Body said and thought that it had misheard.
