Chapter 521: Life Spark.

The complaining mortals didn’t know that they should be thankful that he was buying Branch Metacs and not trying to get law fragments from them. This made him smile.

He found their complaints amusing and used them to entertain himself. He did this together with watching worlds get captured and subdued. This was the third thing that he did during the three months there.

He witnessed the medium world get defeated again. This time, he was able to see even more about what was happening.

He saw the world king clearly through the cracks of the crystal shield. The world was the earth god that he didn’t meet when he participated in the Heavenly Battlefield of the world.

This earth god was a powerful gorilla with a body that seemed to be made of diamond. What Loki found most interesting was that the divine being that fought the earth god was likely a rank 7 divine being.

This divine being was a giant warrior of the Martial Body Sect with a golden lion body. Shw fought the mountain-sized earth god to a standstill. Then she beat down the earth god.

Loki could tell that the divine being was at rank 7 because the giant possessed two Life Fires. On the surface, the divine being had only one holy flame burning on her head.

But when Loki looked at her and focused on the golden flame, he seemed to see two stars, which represented two divine positions. This made him sure that the divine being was extraordinary.

For someone to possess two divine positions, it was either that they were very close to rank 7 or that they were already at rank 7. So he suspected that the divine being was a rank 7 divine being.

When he used the Power Identification Ability, it confirmed his suspicions. This confirmation made him feel melancholy when he realized that such a powerful being was being made to work for free for the sects.

When he thought about why the rank 7 divine being had come to subdue this world, he said to himself, ’I’m sure that she will earn divine merit points for her efforts, but that is still a load of bull. You can’t even use divine points to buy lifespan from the sect, so how valuable can it be?’

Actually, divine merit points are very valuable to divine beings. Not only are they a must for raising cultivation, but they are also required to exchange some favors from the sect, such as the recipes for Divine Metacs or for using the abilities of certain Divine Abilities.

Loki recognized the round ring as the crown that he fought for together with the other metals from the five sects. But right now, the round ring wasn’t some golden crown with extraordinary durability. It was actually a Divine Metac.

The circular metal plate was also a Divine Metac. As he watched, he saw the rank 7 humanoid lion create a golden flame in her hands and use it to burn the two objects.

The two objects were shining with golden light before they were burned. But after the divine being burned them with the golden flame, the two objects became dim.

While the two objects dimmed, two balls of light separated them. So it looked like the rank 7 divine had extracted two balls of golden light from the two symbols of authority, which is why they dimmed.

The divine being held these two orbs of light in her hand while she tossed one object down. The object she tossed down was the golden ring.

Loki didn’t care about the golden ring anymore. His eyes were glued to the two orbs of light, and he used the Power Identification Ability on them.
