Chapter 1331: Black And White Devourer.

His mind was full of bitterness as he thought, ’They are not even going to pretend that I have a chance and give me a son that will kill me. They are skipping all of that and going straight to the end.’

’It seems that brat White Chain was right. Even if I became a Domain King, they would still force me into a Gemini. The only difference would be that I have memories of the past.’

Then he gritted his teeth, ’This is well played. They have all of the initiative, but if they expect me to lie down and let this happen, they have another thing coming.’

’I won’t be anyone’s slave. At most, I will destroy the 4-D prototype, activate the Rewind Metac, and escape with the spark of power into the River of Time.’

He only knew that he was turning into a Gemini. He didn’t know if this transformation would kill him or enslave him. But he wasn’t willing to take any chances, so he decided to destroy the 4-D prototype and escape as soon as the opportunity presented itself.

Of course, he didn’t dare to do anything suspicious right now, since he was in front of the guardian. He still remembered how the guardian nearly wiped him out both in the present and in the past, the last time he played with time in front of them.

That guardian had failed to eradicate him because their power fell short. But this guardian looked different and more capable than the one he was used to.

Aside from the eye, the first difference he noticed was that they spoke and behaved differently. The previous guardian was mischievous and carefree. This one was confident and imperious.

If the previous guardian was confident that he would do something because he didn’t want to die, this guardian’s confidence that he would do whatever they wanted was based on the fact that there was no alternative.

The previous guardian would threaten him with violence whenever they wanted him to have a son. And during the process of birthing his son, they would warn him not to do anything foolish, like trying to destroy the egg.

But this guardian didn’t ask for his opinion at all. They froze him and had their way with him, making the experience both painless and worse than before.

The second difference was that the two of them seemed to vary in strength. At least, he had never seen the previous guardian freeze a Dao Lord and everything around them. If the previous guardian could do it, he felt they should have done it the last time he had a run-in with them, and they nearly killed him.

Even the way they said words was different. The previous guardian always took time to talk, but this guardian spoke instantly, dumping all they had to say at once.

Because they were always in a rush to speak, their words always overlapped and came out as a jumbled mess. Their sentences had no beginning or end, so he couldn’t rely on his hearing to understand what they were saying.

The only way to understand them was to parse the information in their sentences, not the order of their words. The spark of power was very good at parsing information so that he could understand them.

All in all, he was sure that he hated both methods and both guardians, as what they did to him was akin to rape. The only difference was that one rapist always coerced him with a spear to his throat while raping him, but the other one knocked him out before raping him.

Even though both were bad, he still liked the illusion of freedom that the first guardian offered because he could at least choose to die. But right now, he couldn’t even kill him.

He could only watch as his golden godheads split into two. He had ten godheads before, but now he had twenty. The godheads split into two layers, formed at the top of the Divine Spark and at the bottom.

So the Divine Spark stood between the two groups of ten godheads. The two groups continued to revolve around the Divine Spark, with one godhead from each group being closer to the Divine Spark than the other nine.

In the first group, the godhead closest to the Divine Spark contained the Devouring Supreme Metac. It was also the only activated godhead.

In the second group of godheads, the one closest to the Divine Spark was also activated. But it contained the Creation Supreme Metac.

Meanwhile, inside the golden cocoon, his body had split into two. He had been cut cleanly in half and held together by the golden liquid.

After a while, the golden liquid and ruins began forming the missing half of his body. They solidified into flesh and filled in the space.

But the golden liquid wasn’t the only one changing. Even the original halves of his body were changing too. All of the changes made him look like a fetus gestating inside a golden egg.

When the changes ended, the golden egg produced two fully formed bodies. Both looked like humanoid wolves, but one was white from head to toe, while the other was pitch black.

Upon seeing this, the guardian nodded in satisfaction and said, "It is done."

As they spoke, they released their hold on the Sea of Worlds. The world came alive, regaining its vibrant color and moving once more.

From Loki’s perspective, he had just been considering ignoring his environment to inspect the Divine Mountain for any changes when he suddenly grew another mind, gained another Cosmic Dao, and ten more godheads.

"What is going on?" the mind within Fenrir asked, confused and shocked.

"What have you done to me?" the mind within the Creation Supreme Metac asked, surprised and afraid.

"My work here is done," the eye on his forehead said before it disintegrated.

Meanwhile, this guardian was saying, "Congratulations, you’re a Gemini now. You’re one of us."
