Chapter 1396 Sudden Closing!
Chapter 1396: Sudden Closing!
The sudden absence of the store had interrupted the lives of many. They had gotten accustomed to their daily affairs inside the store over the past several years.
At the same time, they worried about their progress in Panagea. Panagea had become more than just a way of adventure since it could influence their cultivation and bring the resources they couldn’t afford to them in reality.
But the ones who were most worried about the store were the duo of Alfred and Asher. The two had placed their hopes of the Vurrons on the store, so it was more than shocking for them to understand.
When the store was open, the duo would come from time to time since they were busy expanding the city to take as much advantage as possible from the store. But now that the store hadn’t opened its doors for several days, the duo would come daily and stay there until sunset.
After another day of disappointment, Alfred and Asher returned to Alfred’s residence. The two leaders of Vurron groups were discussing the store.
“Do you think something bad has happened to the store owner?” Alfred couldn’t help but ask. It was not the first time he had asked such a question, and as usual, he only got silence in response to his question.
‘What must have caused the store owner to close the store for so many days?’
lightsΝοvel The two thought in their hearts since none could explain the cause behind the sudden closing of the store.
The store had only closed for seventeen days. For the immortal beings of the Sacred Dimension, that number of days was nothing but a blink of an eye. But the store had made such an impression on them that despite it only being a few decades since the store’s presence in the dimension, the customers had gotten accustomed to it to the extent that they believed the store had been in their lives for a long time.
The thought of the store owner being in cultivation didn’t even come to the minds of many since none believed that Aakesh’s actual cultivation was what he showed in reality. The things in the store were more than enough to propel it to an undefeatable powerhouse. In addition to that, the respect with which the strong beings from top races treated Aakesh further helped the customers disregard his cultivation.
It included even those customers who have been regular to the store since they were in the Primal Dimension.
Time flew by, and the customer’s wait seemed to have no end. It had been three months since the store last opened its doors.
Despite the passing of months, the crowd outside the store didn’t grow shorter but only longer over the past several days.
The worry inside Alfred and Asher’s hearts had reached new peaks, and in addition to that, the sudden invitation from the capital further propelled their fears.
They had signed a contract with the Kingdom, so for ten thousand years, they were safe from any attack. But if the store never opened, it would be a death knell for them. The signing of the contract showed clearly that the Vurrons wanted to control a free territory of their own.
The store allowed them to live in peace despite having traitorous thoughts, but if that support were to disappear, the Vurrons would either become extinct or slaves to the nobles of the Kingdom.

Lily and Khaval had been sitting at the same spot for the past few months, waiting for Aakesh to open his eyes.
Since the sudden movement and the surge in his cultivation, neither Aakesh nor the system has shown any movement. The two couldn’t enter Panagea or the training area since the rooms were no longer open and were locked like they were when they opened in the Sacred Dimension.
No matter how many times they tried to perform the summons, the door would not appear, so they couldn’t take unconscious Aakesh to lie down on his cozy bed.
Lily had made up her mind to ask Aakesh to force the system to give up its control over the room or the system space assigned to Aakesh.
While Lily and Khaval were waiting for Aakesh, Aakesh was in the depths of the ocean, looking horrifiedly at the scene in front of him.
Even though three months had passed outside, it had only been a short time since Aakesh touched the new memory.
The repulsive force threw him into the ocean, and he was powerless to stop himself. It was as if he was nothing but an ordinary person.
Aakesh had sensed danger from the ocean when he suddenly appeared on the island, and when he found himself inside it, he finally understood the source of that feeling.
Aakesh’s sight was clear, so despite being in complete darkness, he could make sense of things around him.
In front of him, there was a creature with no end in sight. Its eyes alone were far greater than anything Aakesh had ever seen.
From that eye, Aakesh sensed utter destruction, but at the same time, a familiar feeling also originated from the being.
Aakesh tried to capture the complete image of the creature, but for the first time in his life, since he had opened his eyes, he found his unlimited intelligence failing him.
At the same time, a feeling Aakesh had never felt washed over him. Immediately, a word rang in his mind, utterly shocking him. The sensation washing over him was exhaustion, a feeling never felt by him due to his unlimited stamina.
In no time, Aakesh had grown both mentally and physically tired. His eyelids began to turn heavy as the feeling of sleepiness hit him.
The reward of the second store upgrade quest brought many firsts for him. Aakesh had slept before, but that was only to enjoy. The situation in the ocean was different.
When Aakesh lost self-control, his eyelids closed, and he fell asleep. Just before he was about to go to sleep, Aakesh found a change in the creature’s eyes. That endless eye gave him a feeling of longing.
The next moment, Aakesh opened his eyes and found himself back in the store.
