The First Store System

Chapter 1395 One Question!

Chapter 1395: One Question!

“You have gained enough authority to know one thing about the system,” The figure responded.

Aakesh, who was going to explode in anger after hearing the first word, calmed down immediately.

The system was something Aakesh had been curious about since he heard its emotionless voice in his head for the first time. Whenever he would try to ask about its origin, he would get the answer that he had insufficient authority.

Aakesh wondered whether to ask the question about the origin of the system. He was immensely curious about it since knowing about it was also a step in knowing his past.

Aakesh wasn’t confident in his choice since he didn’t believe that the figure would give such an important answer at the time.

“Can I ask any question about the system…” Aakesh shared his doubts with the figure.

The figure understood what Aakesh was confused about, so they replied, “If I can’t answer the question, you can ask another.”

Aakesh nodded with a smile after hearing the figure. He didn’t want to lose his question over an unobtainable answer at the moment. Since Aakesh no longer had to worry about the failure, he asked, “What is the system’s origin?”

The figure shook his head in response to Aakesh’s question. Aakesh didn’t feel much disappointed since he had expected it.

“Tell me one thing about the system which is the greatest information you can share at the moment?” Aakesh immediately asked since he had readied himself for the next response in case of failure for the first query.

Aakesh didn’t limit his question to a fixed detail about the system so he threw the ball in the figure’s court to tell him the highest level of information they could share.

The figure seemed to be expecting such a response from Aakesh as if they were completely familiar with Aakesh.

They immediately responded, “The highest level of information you can know at the moment about the system is the basic information about its race.”

“The system is a member of the Yantra race and not a member at the same time. Its identity is the first Yantra member in the Multiverse,” The figure added.

Aakesh had imagined the system to have some strange background and not what it told him, but he didn’t expect it to be so grand.

The Yantra race was one of the earlier known races of the Multiverse. The races earlier than their birth could be in only three digits, and yet here he heard that the system acting as his guide for the store was the primogenitor of the Yantra race.

The Yantra race wasn’t created by Devas but was a natural-born race from the accumulation of the energy left after the creation of several races before them.

Aakesh was wondering about the response when he suddenly felt a repulsive force acting on him. The next moment, he was knocked back from the island and fell into the ocean of water.

Lily and Khaval stood up in surprise when they suddenly felt a movement coming from Aakesh.

The next moment, a storm of energy erupted from Aakesh and engulfed the store.

The store’s door acted as a barrier of the store to the outer world, so no one in Thorr City felt anything.

Aakesh’s cultivation seemed to be growing at an outrageous rate as he reached the peak of the Divine Lord and then stepped into the True God level.

It was only the beginning, and in less than a second, his cultivation had jumped to the Supreme God. It still showed no signs of stopping and kept rising.

It reached the peak of the Sacred Creator, and soon his energy level stepped into the Dimensional Throne level, the same power as the eleven Void Beasts, and the surge kept going on.

After a time of surge, it came to a sudden stop as Aakesh’s energy level touched the cultivation energy limit barrier of the Sacred Dimension.

Lily and Khaval looked in astonishment at the scene playing out in front of them. They asked the system about it but got no response from it other than complete silence.

lightsΝοvel The two understood there was something extraordinary going on, so they only focused on Aakesh. That kind of sudden surge of energy would’ve harmed Lily and Khaval, but an invisible barrier had appeared around them, protecting them from facing any sudden harm.

While Lily and Khaval were focused on Aakesh, a storm was playing out outside the store.

It had been a few minutes since the sun rose in Thorr and its nearby cities, but the store had yet to open its door.

, Instead of becoming smaller, the crowd had grown in numbers, but neither of them knew what was happening.

Laney was also waiting for the store’s opening and was bombarded with questions from many in the crowd.

Unfortunately for the crowd, Laney was as surprised as others.

Time flew by, and the sun reached its peak. The crowd around the street had still not grown any smaller since the morning. If not for the administration reorganizing Seventeenth Street and keeping the store in mind, many shop owners would have been unable to open their shops for the day.

Time was like a stream that kept flowing without stopping. Seconds turned into minutes, minutes into hours, and hours into days.

It had been seventeen days since the store opened its door, but every morning, the crowd would return and stay there until sunset.

The sudden cause behind the store’s closing shocked the customers and the ones taking the biggest hit from it were Alfred and Asher.

A/N: The number of days I missed in the past two months was many times more than the total number of absences over the two years since I started writing the book.

Whenever I tried to start writing, I would start feeling ill and then get bed rest for days. After a lot of physical and mental stress over the last several days, I am ready to restart updating. From tomorrow, the two chapters a day will return.

Sorry for the new chapters you missed these days. I know I feel terrible when the author goes on a sudden break.

Thanks for supporting the book!
