Chapter 2568 Void vs fire
Chapter 2568 Void vs fire
Anark and Adam continued their relentless exchange, their fists and kicks flashing through the air at astonishing speed, each movement guided by overwhelming skill and precision.
To an observer, their battle was a blur, but within the chaos was mastery of martial combat as sublime as the rules that forge reality.
Every blow, every kick the duo unleashed carried behind a display of unique cosmic power. Their moves were not just precise; they were manifestations of the laws through their flesh and blood.
The building in which they fought trembled without pause.
Despite being constructed from materials nearly as resilient as a weak Empyrean World, the structure groaned under the strain of their clashes. Shockwaves rippled through its frame, spreading outward and rattling everything in their path as cracks formed along walls and ceilings.
With every exchange, damage accumulated.
Bruises and blood began to appear on the bodies of both Fourth Realm life forms, yet it quickly became clear that one of them held the advantage.
Anark.
Adam's body was exceptionally powerful, refined through
unimaginable cultivation, yet it still fell slightly behind that of Anark.
Curse Eaters might be an Apex Race, but the True Primordial's flesh was not merely physical-it was forged from matter, energy, and spirit particles woven into a unified existence. Each strike he delivered carried layers of force beyond simple physical strength.
Bruises spread across Adam's body, and the cracks in his bones hindered his movements, subtly disrupting the precision of his techniques. And yet, he did not falter.
The golden light in Adam's eyes grew brighter with every passing
moment.
The Flow was adapting.
With each clash, with each exchange of blows, Adam refined his understanding of Anark's movements. The Flow guided him, adjusting, evolving, searching for the perfect path through the chaos of battle.
And eventually-
He found it.
In a sudden shift, Adam broke through Anark's battle stance, stepping into his space with flawless timing. His hand shot forward, his index and middle fingers extended as they pierced toward Anark's throat. It was a perfect attack.
A strike that, according to the Flow, could not be dodged.
Victory lay within reach.
Yet just as it was about to land-
Anark smiled.
A wide, knowing smile.
And in the next instant, his body moved in a way that defied the very principles the Flow dictated.
"ZNNN-"
Adam's attack passed through empty space.
His eyes widened, filled with shock and confusion.
Even the greatest geniuses could not adapt to the Flow so quickly, much less deceive it. For a moment, time itself seemed to freeze as Anark's voice reached him, calm and steady.
"I trained to face the Flow... so I could face a very annoying person back home," Anark said. "I never thought I would need it now."
Before Adam could react, before he could even retract his arm- Anark's counterattack landed.
His fist struck Adam's temple with crushing force, sending his body slamming into the ground. The impact shook the entire building, debris falling from above as the structure groaned under the strain. Adam's vision blurred as his brain rattled within his skull.
But there was no time to recover.
Through the haze, he saw it-
Anark's foot was descending toward his head, ready to crush his skull.
At the final moment, Adam's eyes ignited with red light.
A single wing of plasma erupted from his back, and in the next instant, his entire body burst into flames. An explosion of bright fire erupted outward, forcing Anark to retreat as the heat expanded violently in all directions.
Anark's eyes flared in response.
The Primordial Force of the Void ignited around him, enveloping his
body in violet plasma that clashed directly against the flames. Fire and void collided, filling the space with opposing energies as Adam rose once more from the ground.
Behind him, the single Wing of Order shone brilliantly, channeling the power of the universe itself.
At the same time, the ten Stars of Origin circling Anark's forehead began to glow, harmonizing his body with the World Strength. Harnessing the cosmic might of Earth was incredibly difficult, even for beings of their level, yet even the smallest fraction of that power elevated them further. Their energies surged, their presence intensifying as they prepared to clash once more.
"ARGHHH!"
Both warriors roared as their power exploded outward, their figures
lunging toward each other with unstoppable force.
Just as they were about to collide, Adam raised his right hand, gathering an immense concentration of energy within his palm. The attack was released instantly.
Anark braced himself, ready to tear through an explosion or a wave of
flames-
But what emerged was neither.
It was light.
Blinding, absolute light.
Its brilliance surpassed anything Anark had anticipated, overwhelming his senses and momentarily robbing him of sight. Even for a Fourth Realm being, the intensity of that radiance was disorienting.
It lasted only a heartbeat.
But that was enough.
By the time Anark regained his vision, Adam's palm was already
pressed against his chest.
"BOOOOOOOOM!"
A massive explosion erupted, flames bursting outward and shattering every remaining window in the building. The force of the blast sent Anark hurtling downward, his body crashing into the streets below as he rolled across the ground, leaving a trail of destruction in his wake.
Blood spread across his back as he came to a halt.
Anark clenched his fists, frustration flashing in his eyes as he realized how completely Adam's technique had caught him off guard.
And before he could even rise-
More explosions echoed above.
Looking up, he saw Adam suspended in the air thanks to his
explosions, unleashing blast after blast of fire. Each eruption formed part of a greater structure, shaping itself into a circle above Anark's
position.
In the span of a single breath, the flames converged.
A massive tornado of fire was born.
It descended upon Anark, trapping him within its swirling inferno as it
spun faster and faster, its heat intensifying with every rotation. The flames roared with unimaginable fury, their temperature rising to levels that, outside of Earth, would have incinerated entire
continents.
Inside the inferno, Anark gritted his teeth.
The heat invaded his lungs, burning from within as his body was
pushed to its limits. The flames were so overwhelming that even his reinforced existence began to feel the strain, as if he might ignite at any moment.
But he refused to yield.
The Stars of Origin blazed with power, and the Primordial Force of
the Void surged within him, growing denser and more concentrated. All of that power gathered into his right fist, compressing until it reached its absolute peak.
Anark steadied himself, adopting a firm battle stance.
Then-
He struck the ground.
"BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!"
A colossal pillar of violet energy erupted upward, tearing through the
flaming tornado and dispersing it instantly. The explosion sent Adam flying backward, his body thrown through the air as the structure of
his attack collapsed.
But Anark did not give him time to recover.
In the next instant, he appeared before him.
His movement was instantaneous.
And his strike- Unstoppable.
His fist crashed into Adam's face, sending him hurtling downward
with devastating force, his body smashing into the ground below like a falling star.
