The dragon's harem
Chapter 2284: Star-Spawn
What should she do? Should she help? As Amaterasu thought about that, the answer came to her on its own. She could feel Yog leaning on her lower back. She looked and saw Yog burying her face right between her lower cheeks and taking a deep whiff.
"What’s the plan?" Amaterasu asked, and Yog spoke right where her face was, almost muffled. "Got everything calculated; we can help Gojo safely. But not Arad."
Amaterasu smiled, "Good, can you tell me why we can’t help Arad?"
Yog took two deep breaths, remained silent for a few seconds, and then spoke. "If you try to help Arad, you’ll die. Arad will kill you alongside that Avatar and Vorvadoss. He is going to lose, though..." She then took another deep sniff. "If we don’t help, you’ll only lose an arm."
Hearing that, Amaterasu smiled. "Got it, let’s help Gojo first." She took a step forward, and beneath her feet, a burning golden sun spawned. The blinding flash immediately drew everyone’s attention, and Amaterasu’s voice boomed across the entire battlefield.
"I have grown tired of this battle... foul invaders violating our universe, begone. Everyone, kneel down. Those who don’t shall burn to cinder."
As billions of stars illuminated the endless dark void, everyone knew that Amaterasu wasn’t playing around anymore. The universe’s crust started getting ripped apart and pulled up toward the sun with its gravity, and the sheer heat and light was already evaporating all of the weaker abominations in the blink of an eye.
The moment Amaterasu pushed the sun down with a gentle hop, the sun exploded into several million times its size, growing titanic enough that the black sky that consumed everything was now blindingly white.
The angels all knelt down with the gods in tow. The sun was crashing down, bringing an end to the entire battle. With this, Amaterasu was going to wipe out all of the abominations and the avatars in a single hit.
One of Nyar’s avatars growled. "That bitch... does she want to punch a hole in the crust?"
The moment the sun crashed onto the battlefield and light swallowed everything for a fraction of a second, Lilia giggled. The light cleared, and the two Avatars who were fighting Gojo were both charred on the ground, with everyone else untouched.
The large sun, the attack, the light. It was all a show and a distraction. Amaterasu had no intention of using enough force to damage the universe’s crust, but she knew that Nyar would believe it if she tried such a thing. She was crazy enough to do it.
Yog and Amaterasu floated down toward Gojo and watched as one of the two charred Avatars. Yog sat on Gojo’s shoulders, wrapping her legs around his neck, while Amaterasu floated by his side.
"Wasn’t the sun about to burn everyone down?" Gojo looked at Amaterasu, and she smiled. "I was about to really burn everyone down. I’m pretty sure you and those Avatars can check the true intent behind an attack, especially one that big."
"Then how?" Gojo sighed, almost not wanting to know how, but Yog explained anyway. "So, I was sniffing her butt like I always do. So when she threw that sun down, I bit through her clothes, and my long tongue." Yog opened her mouth, and her tongue extended forward like a whole meter, looking more like a tentacle with a sharp needle than a tongue.
"This went through her back hole, pierced her tailbone, and slithered to her brain through her spinal cord, allowing me to momentarily take full control of her body and change the attack without changing her will, which everyone was monitoring." She pointed at at Amaterasu’s butt.
Gojo could easily see the hole torn there. It wasn’t big, but sizeable enough. He sighed. "You two planned that?"
"No." Amaterasu replied. "If we did, he would’ve figured it out." She smiled, and Yog giggled. "We basically have an agreement that we can do whatever we want to each other, no matter what, how, or when. This agreement also extends to our direct angels and servants."
"So... you acted on your own, and she tolerated her spine being pierced like meat on a skewer?" He pointed the space sword forward, and his body started changing and growing bigger, denser, and stronger. He looked a bit older and denser, and became even bigger as he pulled even more power out of the black and white holes that Amaterasu gave him.
Amaterasu floated by his side as her clothes repaired themselves, and Yog giggled. "One of them is still alive." She pointed, and one of the two Avatars twitched. It seems that one of them shielded the other.
"That was... a sneaky one." The Avatar growled, standing up with a burning body and weakening eldritch magic.
"Sneaky?" Gojo smiled. "This is a war; everything goes." He pointed his sword at the Avatar, and Amaterasu summoned a second burning sun.
"Gojo Orion, or Cain Lisworth... who am I talking with?" The Avatar summoned a massive blade of tentacles, and Gojo smiled. "Guess, probably you’re talking with both."
The Avatar growled, and the burned Avatar revived, and even the one who was leading the army jumped to help them. So it was Gojo, Yog, and Amaterasu against three avatars.
"Now it is fair, three against three." As the three Avatars started pulling more power from Nyar’s true body, their aura quickly dwarfed everyone.
"So, if I kill you here, would that stop all the bullshit?" The avatars all smiled. "You’ve brought yourself to me, and I won’t miss this chance."
Gojo’s smile remained strong, because in the next second, from his dark void, Mary the Metallic Queen walked out, followed by the Chromatic Queen Lola, Tiamat Sofia, Maharaja Selena, Asmodeus Alice, Zaleria the War Hero, Gracie the Mother of all life, Hati, and many more.
"It’s not three against three; you know I never play fair. It’s three copies against everyone." In the next second, Amaterasu threw the sun she was carrying toward the three Avatars, and everyone lunged at them at once.
The next clash didn’t last more than a second, and when it ended, all three Avatars were evaporated, not just destroyed. Their existence itself was sealed within a time bottle thanks to Yog’s knowledge, Amaterasu’s magic, Mary’s time magic, and everyone else’s combined effort to pin those three horrors down.
Gojo fell to his knees, exhausted. Yog jumped down, picked up the tiny glass bottle filled with darkness, looked at it with a grin, and giggled. "You took the bait, Nyar. Now I got your eldritch mark." With this mass of eldritch magic directly linked to Nyar’s true body, Yog can try to predict his next moves or even track his location, which they’ve been seeking for a while.
Yog always hated being reactive; she loved to be active. So when she figured out Nyar’s plan to kill Arad here, she didn’t just think of a way to foil it, but a way to turn Nyar’s plan against him and gain something massive for herself.
She opened her mouth wide, wrapped her long tongue around the glass bottle, and swallowed it whole.
"You ate it?" Gojo asked, and she looked at him with a smile. "I can show you how I can fit such a massive thing down my throat."
He sighed. "No, thank you!"
With this, the only ones remaining were the stray abominations, the Avatar fighting Kayden, and the Avatar fighting Arad with Vorvadoss.
