Deed-193: Taboo

{ March 2024 A.Y. Yokai Realm, Nearby Mahindra Giri Kingdom's Border }

[ Ram continues fighting asuras ]

[ On seeing Ram fighting asuras, Gunaniddhi and Sampath help Ram to fight and finish off the asuras with rage and anger ]

[ After a few minutes of the fight, they defeat all the asuras and go back to Lotus' ashes ]

[ On seeing those ashes, there were no limits to Charu Hashini, Gunaniddhi and Sampath's cries, pain and despair. They knew that their dad would revive her, but seeing their mother's ashes, they all started crying ]

[ Queens Angel, Honey and Sunshine hug Ram and cry on Ram while comforting him with their words ]

[ Ram didn't shed a tear, but started collecting the ashes and bones ]

[ While collecting those remains, Ram gets unconscious and falls down ]

[ Gunaniddhi and Sampath hold their dad and try to bring him back to consciousness. Ram with a half-sleep tone ]

Ram: Mahindra Giri is no more, even Queen Vani got killed!

Ram: There's nothing left in this kingdom anymore!!!

Ram: I am unable to see anything...

Ram: Gunaniddhi! Sampath! Take care of everyone...

[ By saying those words, Ram becomes unconscious and falls down, while his queens and children try to support and wake him up ]

[ After 3 days ]

{ March 2024 A.Y. Yokai Realm, inside Naimisha Kingdom's Palace }

[ Inside Angel's Chamber ]

[ Ram wakes up and asks how long he has been unconscious ]

[ Angel replies that he has been asleep for 3 days ]

[ Ram asks where the others are and whether Vidhur is all fine ]

[ Angel replies that they are all fine and inside the courtroom ]

[ Ram smiles and gets off the bed and tells Angel to go to the courtroom and wait with the others, as he would come to the courtroom after doing Sandhya Vandan and tapas ]

[ Angel smiles and with enthusiasm, goes out to the courtroom and informs others about Lord Ram's words ]

[ On hearing those words, everyone wants to rush to Lord Ram, but as Ram has told them to stay there, they all control themselves and wait for their Lord ]

[ After a few hours, Ram enters the courtroom ]

[ Inside Courtroom ]

[ While Ram is entering, everyone wishes, greets and hails Ram ]

[ Ram smiles and goes and sits on his throne ]

[ Everyone inside the courtroom waits for their Lord's words with curiosity and anxiety ]

[ Ram sighs and in a bit dominating tone ]

Ram: I have promised Sampath that I would fight him in a duel!!!

Ram: To keep up with my promise, I will fight with Sampath today!!!

[ Everyone is confused, as Ram is talking about Sampath instead of Lotus and all others who are missing in the courtroom ]

[ Advisors curiously while pushing their luck ]

Advisors: My Lord, that would be a sight to behold!!!

Advisors: But, my lord! Can we know what things you require to revive the dead ones!?!

[ Ram laughs ]

Ram: What!?! Reviving dead ones!?!

[ Everyone in the courtroom starts getting surprised by Ram's words and reactions, while the children are getting all raged ]

Ram: I don't possess such powers!?!

[ Sampath steps forward ]

Sampath: Dad, I know that you can revive maa Lotus! Please bring her back!!!

[ Ram nods his head in disagreement ]

Ram: I won't!!!

[ Queens shout with rage ]

Queens: What do you mean by that, my Lord!?!

Queens: You won't or you can't!?!

[ Ram smiles ]

Ram: It's a headache to bring the living back to life and moreover, I don't intend to bring back Lotus!!!

[ Advisors, Ministers and Vidhur sit quietly, as they understand where this is all going ]

[ Angel with rage ]

Angel: Ram, are you serious!?!

Angel: Are you really the Ram I know!?!

Angel: Abandoning family members!?!

[ Ram shouts ]

Ram: I haven't abandoned them!

Ram: I am just saying to you all that I won't be bringing back the dead! As it's the biggest taboo!!!

Ram: I am not going to bring back the dead! I won't go against the Devatas!!!

[ On listening to Ram shout like that, Queens understand that Ram isn't going to bring back Lotus, no matter what ]

[ Even Queens know that it is a taboo, but they had a hope that Ram would do it out of love for his Queen, but they all realize that Ram loves Devatas the most and won't do the taboo again ]

[ Queens become silent and lean back on their seats ]

[ Charu Hashini shouts with rage ]

Charu Hashini: Then why did you do the taboo by changing the biology of this continent's yokai!!!

[ Ram smiles and replies in a soothing tone ]

Ram: That was to bring happiness to the continent! Moreover, Lotus and I have paid the price!!!

Ram: I no longer have the strength to pay back the price for something which is only to bring happiness for limited people!!!

Ram: When I was doing that taboo, it brought happiness to everyone in the continent and everyone was happy!

Ram: Do you guarantee that everyone in the continent would become happy if I bring back your maa!?!

[ Gunaniddhi and Sampath shout ]

Gunaniddhi and Sampath: That's enough!!!
