"I can kill you once, and I can kill you a second time!"

Evil Mark roared loudly and charged forward again. Nolan clapped his hands together and delivered a devastating double ear-clap right at that Mark, the immense force directly shattering the teenager’s skull into pieces.

The headless body fell from the air.

Nolan didn’t even spare a glance, instead reminding his son, "Mark, no matter what identities these people have, don’t let them disturb your state of mind. You are who you are. To protect Earth and the people here, there’s no need to hold back!"

Mark was slightly stunned.

After all, Nolan had walked out of mountains of corpses and seas of blood; his experience and decisiveness were far beyond what Mark could compare to.

Mark was far too merciful, so merciful that it bordered on being a bleeding heart.

"I... I understand!"

Nolan continued to hunt down these Marks from parallel Universes. Some Marks still had a shred of conscience left and hadn’t attacked Earthlings, but when they discovered Nolan and his son, they instead swarmed them together.

Mark had no time to think and was forced to fight back.

The father and son fought through a bloody battle, but they simply couldn’t hold back so many Marks. Indeed, among the Evil Marks, there were a few slightly older ones whose combat power had already reached the level of an adult Viltrumite.

Ganging up to beat down Nolan, even Nolan found it a bit difficult to fend them off.

"Father, are you alright!"

Mark punched away his own variant, pulling Nolan out from the ruins. One of Nolan’s arms was injured, and he also had a black eye on his face.

These brats... are simply too audacious!

Nolan’s temper had been beaten out of him.

Under the battle between both sides, the city was reduced to almost utter ruins.

"Flatten this Universe, and we should go take a look at the Viltrum Empire. It seems the Empire in this Universe is quite interesting!" suggested one of the Marks.

"My thoughts exactly!"

The other Marks chimed in one after another.

Just as they were about to launch their next attack—

Boom! Boom! Boom!

In the center of the city, hundreds and thousands of figures soared into the air. Their appearances varied; some were slender, some were robust, some were slightly plump, and others had graying beards. Yet the aura radiating from their bodies gave people the illusion of ferocious beasts.

"How many years has it been since I last threw a punch!"

A sturdy man twisted his neck, making crisp cracking sounds, then cast his gaze toward a Mark.

"You know what, I just got married, bought a new house with a mortgage that takes 360 installments to pay off, and I’ve been working very hard while hiding my identity from my family!"

"Yet just a moment ago, you grabbed a car and smashed my house into a mess!"

"My family almost got hurt! My daughter, she was frightened to tears by you!"

That Viltrumite floated over, speaking in a very calm tone, but judging from the clenched fists, the thoughts within likely weren’t as calm as displayed.

"Wherever there is battle, there is me!" Another figure crashed over. His fist pierced through a Mark’s abdomen, rushed into the crowd with strong winds, and tore that Mark in half right in front of everyone.

"Conquest?"

The other Viltrumites recognized the newcomer, but none of them made a move.

Conquest had already become one of them.

A female Viltrumite stood with her hands behind her back, her long hair fluttering, yet her face was cold to the extreme. "You’ve gotten one thing wrong: this Earth is not for scum like you to conquer! This is the Emperor’s residence, and also our second hometown!"

"All your destruction is a transgression against His Majesty! A provocation to the Empire’s dignity!"

The Viltrumites coldly raised their arms, forming knife-hands, their gazes icy.

"That’s right! Furthermore, the aftermath of your battle harmed our Earth family... Therefore, I want you all to die!"

Hundreds and thousands of Viltrum warriors surged forward overwhelmingly.

How many Evil Marks were there to begin with?

The strongest among them were at most equivalent to the combat power of an adult Viltrum. Setting aside strengths and weaknesses, even if you were Thragg facing hundreds or thousands of Viltrumites at the same time, you’d still be chopped into minced meat.

Not to mention these Viltrumites had stacked up dozens of layers of blood rage.

In just the blink of an eye.

The Evil Marks were like torn paper; good or bad, stinky or fragrant, they were all ripped to pieces on the spot.

Throughout the entire process, Lucas didn’t give a single command.

These Viltrumites spontaneously defended Earth. On this Planet, they had gained the love they had lacked for a long time.

"Hmm, I thought I’d get to watch a good show, but it looks like the Marks are still too fragile!" Lucas stood with his hands behind his back on the estate’s grounds, able to take everything in without needing to be personally present at the scene.

In the original work, when Mark faced his variants, he was in such a sorry state that he was almost beaten to Death by a group.

As a result, right here, the Marks weren’t even considered a side dish.

Viltrum ganging up was simply too overpowered.

...

On the other side.

Cecil looked at the densely packed Supermen on the screen. Even with all his experience, his legs were trembling slightly at this moment.

A single Nolan was enough to make the entire Earth civilization tremble.

Now, a full thousand had come.

"Officer, we’ve found the transmission channel of Nolan’s friend!" Donald said.

"Open it, I’m going to go see him!"

Cecil wiped away his sweat.

Through spatial teleportation technology, he tremblingly crept near the estate where Lucas was located.

"You... just who are you, and what is your relationship with Nolan?" Cecil asked while wiping cold sweat.

Before Lucas could even open his mouth, Cassandra and the other three women arrived in an instant, their knife-hands carrying a sharp whistle that tore through the air barrier, thrusting straight at Cecil’s throat!

"Stop." Lucas lightly barked a command to halt.

The knife-hand stopped one millimeter in front of Cecil’s throat, and the fierce gale blew Cecil’s greased hair into wild disarray. Cecil’s pupils shrank abruptly; the oppressive sense of Death brought by these four women was even stronger than Nolan’s!

Without a doubt, these were also Viltrumites!

Just how many Viltrumites were there on Earth?

Lucas turned around. "Who I am is something you don’t need to know. You being able to find this place is something I permitted. Otherwise, given Earth’s technology, developing for tens of thousands of years more would still be useless."

Cecil forced himself to remain calm. "You... what on Earth do you want?"

Lucas smiled faintly. "Several thousand years ago, I descended upon this Planet. At that time, you humans were still in the era of tribal superstition. I thought you had some potential, which is why I didn’t destroy you."

"You don’t need to concern yourself with what I want. What you should care about is what we can bring to Earth in this final century."

Cecil’s heart shook violently. "Are you planning to secretly conquer and seize Earth?!"

Mira, who was beside them, let out a disdainful scoff. "Secretly seize? If we really wanted to grab this ball of mud, it wouldn’t even take five minutes! Don’t think too highly of yourselves, Earthlings! His Majesty the Emperor setting foot here is the supreme glory of your Planet!"

Lucas waved his hand to interrupt Mira, looked at Cecil, and said,

"Just as my wife said, we will only stay here for a century, after which we will completely withdraw. During this century, you have one and only one chance to use your attitude and sincerity to establish a connection with us."

"Go back and think carefully about what attitude you should use to converse with me."

With a casual wave of Lucas’s hand, Cecil was thrown all the way back into the office of the defense headquarters!

Donald looked blankly at Cecil. "Officer... didn’t you just go out?"

Cecil’s complexion was livid. He straightened his tie and said in a deep voice, "Immediately gather the world’s top ancient civilization archaeologists and related historians for me! I have some questions to ask them!"
