Chapter 228 Two Women Rampage Thanos

The person who suddenly appeared was naturally Lucas.

Since he had cosplayed Nolan, he also had to properly display the ecological niche of a Viltrumite, otherwise any Tom, Dick, and Harry would dare to run wild on Earth.

Before coming, Lucas purposely locked Agatha deep within his consciousness to let her have a good sleep, leaving the clone to take care of the child.

"Lucas!" Tony removed his mask and let out a long sigh of relief. "Now that you’ve popped up, it seems this enemy is no trivial matter!"

Lucas hovered in mid-air, not even glancing at Ebony Maw, and simply raised his index finger, pressing down through the air.

Boom!

The Black Order spaceship high in the sky, along with Ebony Maw on the ground, didn’t even have time to let out half a scream before they were instantly crushed by a gravitational field, turning into the most primitive micro-dust.

"Tony, my wives and I were just out shopping! Can’t you Avengers play some role? New York gets smashed up by outsiders every few days, do we have to live so cowardly?"

Tony had nothing to say.

Stark Industries had quite a few surveillance satellites scattered around Earth’s orbit, yet they hadn’t received any alert about an alien invasion.

Iron Man was in a difficult spot too!

"Let’s go, since we’re already here, let’s go meet the mastermind behind the scenes!" Lucas waved his palm, opening a space portal to pack up several superheroes and descend upon an abandoned planet deep in space.

The surface of this planet was barren, filled with crimson scorched Earth and giant meteorite craters.

In the center of the scorched Earth, a figure clad in heavy armor stood tall; he had a stalwart build, was purple all over, and stood coldly in the ruins.

"This is the power of space, and there is such a powerhouse on Earth too?"

On Thanos’s Infinity Gauntlet, five primal stones were impressively embedded: the Power Stone, Space Stone, Reality, Soul, and the Mind Stone freshly gouged out from Vision.

The MCU Vision was truly trash.

If it were in the What If...? series, Thanos would have been sawed in half the moment he landed.

With five stones added to his body, the coercion emanating from Thanos was like a stellar collapse!

Behind him, the members of the Guardians of the Galaxy and Spider-Man were also teleported over.

However, this bunch of people looked obviously battered.

It was as if they had just been through a fierce battle and lost a beloved team member.

"Thanos, where is Gamora?" Star-Lord demanded first.

Thanos did not answer, instead locking onto the three of Lucas, and finally looking at the Time Stone on Strange’s chest.

"I sense two ancient powers, as well as a physical body as powerful as mine, but none of that matters!" Thanos’s voice sounded like thunder. "Hand over the Time Stone; the World needs balance, this is for the continuation of all things!"

"How do you plan to maintain the balance of life?" Streaming light flickered in Wanda’s eyes.

"Randomly erase half of the population to alleviate resource pressure," Thanos said.

"Random?" Wanda’s gaze turned cold. "In other words, my husband and my child are both in this random sequence!"

Jean’s gaze also turned cold, and behind her, a phantom of a black phoenix slowly spread its wings.

"I have no objections if you take others away, but if you harm a single hair on either of them, I’ll plant you in the garden as fertilizer!"

Lucas crossed his arms.

He didn’t even need to make a move; with just Wanda standing here, the outcome was already secured.

Not to mention there was also Jean.

Besides Jean, there was also Strange.

There was also the upgraded Iron Man, as well as that big idiot Star-Lord.

"Let me handle this." Wanda stepped forward, her scarlet battle robes fluttering without any wind.

"I don’t expect Earthlings to understand my hidden suffering, but the Universe cannot expand disorderly, and expansion will inevitably bring destruction!" Thanos said.

Lucas chimed in, "Are you sure it’s really just for this reason? And not because you want to use a massive Death sacrifice to curry favor with the Goddess of Death, so that she can give you a kiss of a lifetime?"

Thanos’s expression became somewhat unnatural.

"How do you know?"

It really was this reason!

Wanda’s gaze grew even colder. "Oh! So just to please a woman, you can sacrifice my husband, my child, and my friends? Then there’s no need to say more, I just want you dead!"

The battle broke out once more.

Thanos snorted coldly, clenching his left fist. The Power Stone and Space Stone resonated, unleashing an Impact that pierced through the atmosphere, capable of almost tearing the planet apart.

"Freeze!"

Wanda let out a crisp cry, her hands pulling a vast magic net out of the void.

Chaos Magic possessed reality-reconstructing capabilities.

The energy wave sufficient to blast apart a planet, the moment it contacted the magic net, had its physical rules forcibly rewritten, instantly annihilating into countless brilliant fireworks on the spot!

At the same time.

Jean had no intention of abiding by the equal combat agreement either; red light bloomed in her beautiful eyes, and the Dark Phoenix telekinesis erupted.

Rip!

Thanos’s divine artifact-like armor was actually ripped by Jean until it made cracking sounds, and ferocious cracks began to appear.

"Phoenix Force, it really is the Phoenix Force! How is this possible? Mortals can actually digest such ancient divine power?"

Thanos’s expression changed drastically.

Thanos roared like thunder, completely entering a berserk state!

He was the holder of five stones!

Once he gathered the last stone, he would obtain supreme might.

Thus, Thanos drove the Reality and Power Stones to forcibly distort the void within tens of thousands of kilometers, even ripping away half of the asteroids and meteorite belts drifting in the planet’s outer orbit, condensing them into numerous meteorites that smashed toward the surface.

The heavens collapsed and the Earth ruptured!

Countless flaming meteorites crashed down like raindrops; if they all collided, the Impact alone would turn the life on the surface into ashes.

"Everyone help out!"

Tony shouted loudly, his nano-armor erupting with countless high-energy particle cannons to assist Star-Lord, Spider-Man, and the others in resisting the falling rocks. Star-Lord shuttled flexibly in the air relying on his element gun, while Spider-Man used web-shooters to pull collapsing boulders, making the battle intensely chaotic.

Putting in even more effort was Strange.

He teleported most of the large meteorites into a different dimension, and for those he couldn’t teleport, he used the Time Stone to reverse them back.

At the core of the battlefield, the powers of Wanda and Jean climbed once again!

Wanda pressed her palms together, her entire body erupting with monstrous scarlet radiance. With a single slap, she shattered half of the meteorite rain, pressing Thanos firmly into a deep pit on the surface!

The phantom behind Jean spat out Phoenix True Fire, stripping away the defense on Thanos’s body surface bit by bit.

Thanos alone simply couldn’t defend against it.

He had condensed the power of the five stones onto the surface of his physical body to barely resist.

Even so, the bones throughout Thanos’s body began to shatter, and purple blood splattered everywhere.

"Such a tenacious purple sweet potato! Can’t you just obediently go die?"

The flowing light at the corners of Wanda’s eyes reflected two slender tails, and the scarlet magic light almost filled the entire void.

"That’s right, burn to ashes! Aliens used as fertilizer should be able to grow some pretty good vegetables!" The black phoenix phantom behind Jean was already growing almost as huge as the sky.
