Ten Lucky Draws: I Got Ten SSS-Rank Talents!

Chapter 132: Leon Against Kaelen

  • Next Chapter

In the steaming, silent bathing chamber, Leon’s dual-colored eyes snapped open.

The warm, pine-scented water rippled gently against his chest, but the tranquility of the room had been entirely shattered. A foreign, hostile pressure had bled through the ceiling—a heavy, suffocating weight that sought to force everything within its radius to its knees.

To a normal player, the golden-red gravity of the intruder’s domain would have been paralyzing. To Leon, whose biological structure was sustained by his SSS+ role talent, it felt like a fragile insect attempting to land on a mountain.

Leon stood. The hot water cascaded off his musculature. He didn’t reach for a towel. He simply let a fraction of his mana cycle through his pores, instantly vaporizing the moisture from his skin. With a mere thought, his spatial inventory responded. The dark, gold-embroidered fabric of his draconic garb materialized, wrapping seamlessly around his body, followed by the heavy shadow-silk of his mantle.

He didn’t walk to the door. He didn’t draw a weapon.

Upstairs, Kaelen Vance was sneering, his armored hand twisted tightly into the roots of Snow’s white hair. He was demanding information, reveling in the absolute supremacy of his SS-rank talent, entirely convinced that he was the apex predator of the sector.

He never finished his sentence.

The spatial fabric of the room folded. There was no sound of a footstep, no rush of wind, and absolutely no visual warning. One microsecond, Kaelen was looking down at the defiant Snow. The next microsecond, the entire world tilted violently on its axis.

Kaelen couldn’t register the movement. His Level 46 nervous system, bolstered by the finest elite gear in the sector, completely failed to fire the synapses required to process what had just entered the room.

A massive, leather-gloved hand clamped directly over Kaelen’s face. The grip was like a vice forged from dying stars.

Before the Guild Master of the Crimson Dawn could even draw a breath to gasp, Leon drove him downward. The impact was apocalyptic. The reinforced bamboo floorboards of the estate didn’t just break; they atomized. Leon slammed Kaelen through the floor and directly into the hard earth of the foundation beneath the house.

The shockwave blew the sliding doors completely off their hinges and sent the wooden mahogany tables skidding across the room.

Snow gasped, suddenly freed from the agonizing grip on her hair. She collapsed onto her side, looking up through the splintered, gaping hole in her living room floor.

Down in the crater, the dust settled. Leon Wes knelt on one knee, his hand still firmly locked over Kaelen’s face, pinning the tyrant’s head deep into the fractured bedrock. The deep-red plate armor Kaelen wore groaned and warped under the sheer pressure radiating from Leon’s arm.

Despite the catastrophic impact that had just shattered his jaw and rattled his skull, a twisted, blood-stained smirk spread across the visible lower half of Kaelen’s face. He could feel the overwhelming, suffocating density of the man pinning him. He could feel the sheer weight of a player who had shattered the level cap pressing against his soul.

He forced a laugh, a wet, rattling sound that bubbled with arrogance. "Finally," Kaelen wheezed through the fingers crushing his face. "Two gods have met. Now... let us see who is truly the all-powerful!"

Leon did not smile. His dual-colored eyes—one burning gold, the other a glacial, piercing blue—stared down at the man trapped beneath him. His cold, calculating logic was gone. In its place was an absolute, terrifying rage.

Over the past several days, Leon had watched Snow bake pies in this very kitchen. He had felt her tremble in his arms, offering him her complete, unconditional vulnerability. He had sparred with her, laughed with her, and claimed her as his partner. She was his wife in every conceivable sense of the word.

And this arrogant insect had dared to lay hands on her in their home.

"You came into my home," Leon said, his voice a low, vibrating whisper that carried the finality of a collapsing star. "You put your hands on my wife. I see absolutely no reason to spare your life right now."

Leon lifted Kaelen by the face and threw him.

He launched the armored Guild Master like a fired artillery shell. Kaelen tore through the remaining foundation of the house, violently smashing through the exterior wall and crashing out into the clearing near the glowing blue mana-waterfall. He skipped across the damp grass twice before slamming into the trunk of a massive crystalline tree.

The tree shuddered, shedding a rain of diamond-hard leaves.

Kaelen dropped to the grass, coughing up a spatter of blood. His mind was reeling. He had just been physically overpowered inside his own active domain. The golden-red ring of gravity was still pulsing around him, demanding that all living things submit, yet the anonymous player had moved through it as if it didn’t exist.

"You think raw strength makes you a god?" Kaelen snarled, pushing himself to his feet. He reached out, grabbing the haft of his massive crimson halberd that had clattered to the grass beside him. "I dictate reality!"

The golden-red light flared with blinding intensity. Kaelen poured his entire mana core into his SS-rank talent, focusing the absolute, crushing conceptual weight of an empire entirely onto the man slowly stepping out of the ruined estate.

Leon walked through the splintered bamboo wall and stepped onto the grass. The sheer, overwhelming gravitational pressure of the domain crashed down on his shoulders.

It did nothing.

Leon’s innate willpower—a conceptual fortress fortified by his SSS-rank talent, Monarch Will—passively rejected the command. The localized reality that Kaelen was attempting to enforce simply shattered against the Leon’s willpower.

Kaelen swung his halberd, the blade igniting in a roaring inferno of superheated, blood-red plasma. He channeled an execution strike, stepping forward with flawless, lethal intent aimed directly at Leon’s neck.
