Chapter 467: Divine Fulfillment - Omnipotence: Stage One
Chapter 467: Divine Fulfillment – Omnipotence: Stage One
[A/N: Read before Chapter 466!]
“Why do I feel like that Ancestor is stirring some chaos?” Elysia said as she sat on his shoulder.
Unara, perched atop his head, let out a small giggle.
“She’s indeed planning, but I don’t think she knows she’s a clone…” Her words weren’t baseless either, Unara could literally see the intentions of people.
Yet, the only intention she could see from Ancestor Seeker was more about saving Reality Nine.
Which didn’t align whatsoever with what they knew from the short conversation they had with her true self.
Creara, floating on his other shoulder, tilted her head.
“The Witch, though? Her name is a bit odd as well.”
Ash sighed, rubbing the bridge of his nose.
“I need a way to look into those who have affection for me.” He said, as long as he had been receiving these notifications, he had at most only knew their names.
That was of course until he bonded with them, but by then they would already be his.
“If I could know ahead of time… I could perhaps see more of the board itself.”
Elysia tilted her head, her golden eyes sparkling with amusement.
“Well, with us destroying the Organisms and taking out those champions… your progress toward omnipotence has surged,” she said.
With their destruction, Ash had absorbed all knowledge from each one.
It might seem useless now that they were in True Reality, but that wasn’t the case.
Even though the Organisms were seen as mere generators, they were still forms of Realities—created with embedded knowledge of how realities worked and beyond.
Then from each champion, he acquired all their bubbling influence.
“Currently, you’re already at about 40%.” She continued, “At 25% we gained a new feature… I think it’s about time you made use of it.”
Creara nodded eagerly.
“And while you’re at it, it’s time for me to get an upgrade too,” she pouted playfully. “It’s not fair that my Origin is something like Wantlessness.”
Even after many evolutions, she had long since grown beyond Wantlessness, but she still wished to be different.
Though she wasn’t weaker than the other two, they could be considered more unique to Pantheos.
Elysia was, in many ways, like a second Ash—there was nothing he could do that she couldn’t. And Unara was his eyes, leaving Creara as something shaped by concepts from outside.
Ash let out another sigh, though a faint smile tugged at his lips.
“Fine. Since I was planning to keep myself busy, I might as well take care of this too.”
He settled into a cross-legged position in the void, the three spirits gathering around him as he began.
The first thing he turned to was Creara. Summoning the codex and tapping into his Authoring Potential, he began to write.
“And so, Creara, the embodiment of Wantlessness, became something greater. Through a seamless evolution, she would transform into the embodiment of my fulfillment—my Divine Fulfillment.”
Creara floated from his shoulder and took on her full form.
Her long black and red hair drifted as if caught in an invisible current while she was encased in a brief, glowing cocoon of pure Divinity.
In the next moment, the cocoon dissolved.
She emerged looking even more beautiful — her features refined to an almost ethereal perfection, her skin glowing with a soft inner radiance.
The tattoos that once marked her arms and face were gone, replaced by a single, elegant black infinity symbol beneath her left eye.
She smiled, tilting her head playfully as she looked at Ash.
“Well, well… look at that. You finally decided to upgrade your favorite spirit.”
She gave a small, teasing spin in the air before floating back and settling comfortably on his right shoulder once more.
“Truly… Much better,” she purred. “Master, I’ll handle this nonexistence… you focus on the Omnipotence stuff.”
Ash chuckled softly, and as she suggested, he focused on the aspect of what was to come with Omnipotence.
Looking at his status, his optimization percentage indeed had changed.
[Current Optimization/Path to Omnipotence – The Silent Observer – 40.00%]
In this moment, he activated the new feature.
And when he did… his entire outlook on everything changed.
The void around him didn’t move, but something inside him did.
It was like stepping out of a crowded room and suddenly realizing the walls had always been thin paper, and beyond them stretched something vast, indifferent, and endlessly watching.
In this moment, he was not just seeing differently, but he gained inherent knowledge on what omnipotence truly was.
It was not a power or something that gave abilities, not in the normal sense at least. Achieving omnipotence, it also wasn’t something never done before.
In fact, it was something the strongest beings all would achieve at some point or another. This was a state of being, one that slowly allowed one to break the fourth wall.
Ash’s golden eyes softened, then widened slightly as the Silent Observer state settled over him.
In this moment, all around him…. he could faintly see the fourth wall.
It was not as a physical barrier, but as a soft, shimmering boundary — like the edge of a page, the faint outline of a screen, the subtle pause between one sentence and the next.
And currently, he knew it wasn’t something he could touch or break, not yet. But he could sense it now: and he gained the quiet awareness that he was inside a greater narrative.
Like mentioned before, this state of existence didn’t give abilities…. however, Ash like always… he was different.
Within his body he held perhaps two of the most primal essences in all of reality. One, it was the isness that had fully bloomed into his bloodline.
This was also the reason why he could become any race, create any race, and bestow any race he wanted.
And the second was, Origin’s essence, something that entire realities ran on. So, in this moment, though he didn’t gain an ability.
His omnipotence at stage one…. it was far beyond those who could faintly see the fourth wall.
In his hand, The Codex, it had gained a new feature as well.
[Greater Narrative – You can now step into the role of a reader within the story you’re part of: Ten Lucky Draws: I Became OP.
With this feature, you can read the novel from Volume 1 all the way to the latest Chapter. Plus, in the Silent Observer state, you can read events as they happen or even before they unfold.]
Ash let out a slow breath, his voice low and thoughtful.
“…Ten Lucky Draws: I Became OP, huh?”
Perched on his shoulder, Elysia tilted her head, golden eyes shimmering with curiosity.
“So… you were the main character all along…”
Ash stared down at the Codex in his hands. In that moment, he couldn’t even begin to describe how he felt.
Sure, he’d gained a huge advantage, but he’d also just learned that every step of his journey had been planned.
For someone who longed to be limitless, free from every chain, he couldn’t help but wonder if any of this was even real.
“Well… let’s just read for a while,” he muttered, shaking his head.
