Chapter 412: The Twelve New Heirs

Chapter 412: The Twelve New Heirs

After the last dinner Ash had paused everyone’s pregnancies as he wanted them all to happen at the same time.

And for the past 1,400 years inside of the Sacred Dimension, there were more than just Seraphiel, Yonna, and Seris expecting children.

Now not everyone wanted children even still…. with the biggest perhaps being Nia herself.

—-

Currently, Ash and all of his wives were all in the Land of Harmony.

The group sat together on a wide, floating pavilion overlooking the endless fields of white and soft-gold daisies.

Ash sat at the center, relaxed in his usual baggy black clothes, with Seraphiel curled against his left side and Yonna on his right — both heavily pregnant and glowing with quiet anticipation.

The rest of his wives lounged comfortably on cushions and low seats.

Aphrodite and Persephone sat close, Nia reclined with ease beside Vaeloria, and Madison lay sprawled with her head in Katherine’s lap.

The others were clearly close by, including Raven, Summer, Shia, Elara, and Layla, all equally at ease, their pregnancies adding to the cozy, familial mood.

The conversation had been playful and lighthearted, but it naturally began to drift toward the topic of the upcoming births.

Ash looked around at the group with a small, content smile.

“Alright,” he said, voice warm. “Before we start naming them, I’ll tell you the genders. I’ve kept them secret long enough.”

He looked at each of his pregnant wives in turn.

“Seraphiel… we’re having a son.”

Seraphiel nudged Aeloris and winked at Tiamat, her hand resting on her belly, eyes sparkling with joy.

“I told you both… I’d be adding a son to the family.”

The two rolled their eyes as Ash went on. Unlike Aurora… he had left all these births up to fate.

“Yonna… a son.”

Aurelia chuckled as she watched Yonna rub her stomach.

“Having a son between you two? I can see the chaos already starting.”

He went on to reveal the genders of each child. Seris, Vaeloria, Shia, Elara, and Layla were all expecting girls, while Raven and Madison were having boys.

Then there was the outlier—Summer, the Goddess of Isolation—who was expecting triplets.

Two Sons and one daughter.

The moment Ash announced it; the entire pavilion erupted in a wave of excited noise.

Seraphiel’s eyes lit up with delight.

“Triplets? Summer, fufufu~ looks like you won’t be so isolated anymore.”

Aeloris chuckled softly, reaching over to gently pat Summer’s belly.

“This is truly surprising, to say the least.”

Rune tilted her head, her silver eyes faintly aglow.

“The quietest among us… and she’s the one tasked with three at once.”

Summer was equally stunned, rubbing her stomach as she glanced over at Ash.

“Hmm, you didn’t have a hand in this, did you?” she asked, a smile curling onto her lips.

“Not at all, love,” Ash replied with a shake of his head. “Though, I think it’s only going to make things more interesting.”

Aurora broke into bright laughter.

“Well, I know how I’ll be spending the next few millennia.” She winked at Xeros. “Brother, don’t let me become the favorite elder sibling.”

Xeros paused for a moment, then let out a low whistle and shook his head with an amused smile.

“You should be more concerned about Ellyn,” he teased. “Maybe she’ll be the favorite?”

At that, Nia arched a brow. “And how long does that bastard Kaelthyr plan on keeping our daughter away?”

Everyone was well aware of the situation with Ellyn, and especially with Ash. He, in turn, knew exactly what had happened with each of the women he’d sent away—whether it was Kaguya, Eliya, or Eve.

They were all safe, even with the changing cycles.

After all, he couldn’t just let those he’d set his sights on simply die, right?

At that thought, he chuckled and said, “It won’t be too long now. He should be showing up within the next decade.” His smile then widened.

“Let’s get down to names…”

—–

Much like Aurora’s birth, the only catalyst the twelve soon to be heirs needed, was their name.

After a few hours of debating, Ash and the others finally came to an agreement.

The grand pavilion in the Land of Harmony had grown even quieter, the golden light softening as if the realm itself was holding its breath in anticipation.

Seraphiel went first, her hand resting gently on her belly, voice soft but filled with warmth.

“Our son… Quell.”

The moment the name left her lips, a soft cocoon of pure white-and-gold light enveloped her as she rose into the air.

It shimmered with endless divinity, pulsing in perfect rhythm with her heartbeat.

Yonna followed, grinning fiercely as she rubbed her rounded stomach.

“Drake… Our boy will be named Drake.”

And then one after another they spoke the names of their children as they were enveloped inside of cocoons of pure divinity.

“Riona.”

“Emily.”

“Klaus.”

“Kade.”

“Aliya.”

“Evelyn.”

“Clara.”

Finally, Summer placed both hands on her belly, laughing softly.

“Riyan… Rye… and Riya.”

HUMMMMMM!!!!!

The moment all twelve names were spoken, the cocoons pulsed in unison.

With the codex in hand, Ash had already made sure everything would go smoothly, leaving no room for concern.

Soon, across the Sacred Dimension, mystical signs and symbols began appearing in the sky one after another, each glowing brightly to reveal what the child represented.

Among them were visions of endless weapons, thrones crumbling, wild landscapes, and more.

Everything only lasted for a few moments until each woman found their cocoons breaking open as they descended from the skies cradling newborns.

“I’m almost certain my birth had none of this going on.” Xeros said as he scratched the back of his head.

“What? Do you think your younger siblings will be better?” Persephone teased her son as she ruffled his hair.

He smiled wryly, still unable to fully understand, yet as the God of Obsession he allowed bonds to form with each of his siblings.

These weren’t connections he could benefit from—much like with Ellyn, his wives, Aurora, and the rest of his family.

Now, his twelve new siblings had become his obsession.

And not in any twisted sense, but in a way that would make any enemy think twice before daring to harm them.

Ash watched it all with clarity—the bonds forming, Aurora’s thoughts about spoiling her new siblings, and the pride radiating from all his wives.

“Well, when I asked for a grandchild… I didn’t think I’d be getting so many at once,” Sandra said as she appeared at Ash’s side.

“Fufufu, if we hadn’t told him we wanted to experience being grandmothers,” Lysa chimed in from the other side, “I’m sure we’d be right there with them.”

“Don’t worry, you’ll all be next,” Ash chuckled, wrapping his arms around their waists as the others approached.

With just over eight millennia left before existence reset, it was time for Ash to relax and enjoy his family.
