Chapter 404: Over Ten Millennia
Chapter 404: Over Ten Millennia
While the outside world of cultivation was undergoing a reset that would take 10,000 years to complete, Ash’s own realm continued to operate just as expected.
At the moment, all of his wives were in their own universes, awaiting the start of his ’tour’ of pleasure.
Before beginning, however, he chose to spend some time with a few women who had recently been occupied with other matters.
Ash strolled through the bustling streets of the Velora Kingdom with Sandra, Lysa, Shia, and Lirael by his side.
The city pulsed with a mix of quiet reverence and everyday hustle.
With red-and-white spires stretched gracefully into the golden evening sky.
And as they walked, Lirael was the first to break the silence.
Like everyone else there, she had completed her evolution, officially becoming the Constellation of Battle.
Her white hair, streaked with red, swayed gently as she cast a sideways glance at Ash, her expression a blend of fondness and playful annoyance.
“Well, well… look who finally decided to show his face to his grandmother,” she said, voice carrying a teasing lilt.
“I was starting to think you were avoiding me on purpose, brat.”
Ash chuckled, slipping his hands into his pockets as he strolled between them.
“Well, I suppose I was, grandmother. You know… if I make my presence too frequent, women tend to forget about… their attachment to things.”
At the moment, Ash had masked his true beauty just enough to keep it from being overwhelming.
’Tsk, she’s already a goner,’ Creara muttered inwardly.
’Should I alter your grandfather’s memories?’ Unara offered, knowing it wouldn’t be difficult in the slightest.
Ash gave a subtle mental shake of his head before speaking again.
“So… to avoid any potential familial issues, I decided not to linger too long in the past.”
Lirael let out a small huff, though her eyes gleamed with amusement.
“Familial problems? You mean you were afraid I’d scold you for staying hidden from me for so long?”
Sandra smiled wryly, realizing her mother clearly didn’t catch Ash’s implication.
As she walked, her slender frame brushed lightly against Ash’s side.
“Uh, Mother…” she began, hesitantly.
On Ash’s other side, Lysa, with her fuller, more curvaceous figure, let out a soft laugh.
“I’m sure that’s what he meant…” she teased.
Ash, however, froze mid-step, his gaze shifting to his grandmother with slightly widened eyes.
Then he glanced over at Shia, who was already facepalming in exasperation.
’Uh… is this my first oblivious old monster?’ he thought, as a slow smile spread across his face.
Call it corruption or whatever you like, but he had yet to meet another woman in this world who was both ’old’ and completely unaware of her own feelings.
And… that had begun to entice him.

They eventually found themselves at a quiet outdoor restaurant with a view of one of the golden rivers.
The table was laid with simple yet elegant fare—fresh bread, roasted meats, glowing fruits, and something intriguingly called sky jelly.
Under a canopy of blooming flowers, the four of them sat together, the warm light of the golden sky spilling over everything.
Lirael took a sip of her drink, leaning back with a playful glint in her eye.
“So, grandson… what’s the plan for the next 10,000 years? I assume you’re not planning to just sit back and let the reset happen without lifting a finger.”
Ash smiled as he sliced into a piece of meat, casting a quick glance her way.
“Actually, that’s exactly what I intend to do. Most things are already taken care of…” he said, looking over at Lysa, Sandra, and Shia.
“And my time will be spent with all my wives~” Sandra’s smile widened at his words.
“Oh? And what does my lovely son have planned for us?” she asked.
Lysa shook her head with a knowing look. “What else? If I know him at all…”
Shia met his gaze, hesitating before speaking softly.
“I’m not ready yet… I want to feel worthy first.”
In her mind, she still hadn’t done anything to make up for her past mistakes.
But ever since reconciling with Ash, he had proven the truth of what he’d told her long ago.
He wasn’t the one who needed protecting—he was the one others needed protection from.
“Oh, sister…” Ash said with a playful wink. “I won’t force you to do anything, but I can’t promise you’ll be able to hold back.”
Lirael arched an eyebrow, obviously baffled by the exchange.
“What… are you leaving your grandmother out of your plans again?”
Ash chuckled and took a sip of his drink.
“No… definitely not,” he said, then added after another sip, “In fact, I have a special place for both you and Shia.”
He glanced at each of them in turn.
“Other than that, the Reset is nothing more than exactly that—a reset. It holds no real value for us.”
Lirael hummed thoughtfully before giving a small nod.
“Well, as long as you didn’t forget to include your grandmother.” She paused, considering for a moment.
“Hmmm, should I bring… your grandfather and uncle?”
At that, Ash almost spat out his drink, but managed to keep his composure, letting out an awkward chuckle.
“No… please don’t do that,” he said with a strained smile.
’I really wouldn’t want to kill my own family… again,’ he thought grimly.

After they finished eating, Ash spent a few more hours with the women before getting his first message.
It was from Yonna, clearly letting him know she was ready for the tour to start.
Upon receiving it, Ash sent Sandra and Lysa back to their own universes, while the Spirits escorted Shia and Lirael to a special place within the Sacred Dimension.
Now, Ash stood in the void of Yonna’s Universe, inhabited by her legions of troops. Other than that, the place was pretty empty.
He appeared at a palace floating in the void at the center of the universe.
The palace was a vast crimson marvel floating in the void, its tall, blade-like towers aimed at the stars.
Outside its main gates, lines of female guards stood in sleek black armor, infinity symbols glowing on their chests.
The instant Ash appeared, they all sank to one knee in flawless unison, heads bowed in respect.
“The One,” they chorused, voices steady but laced with awe.
Ash gave them a small, casual nod as he walked past.
“Carry on.”
The moment he stepped through the grand doors and disappeared inside, the guards remained frozen for half a second… then several of them collapsed forward, faces flushed, breathing ragged.
“Gods… his presence alone…” one whispered, barely conscious.
Another collapsed on the spot, the soft thud of her armored body echoing as it hit the ground.
Meanwhile, Ash strolled through the quiet halls until he arrived at the throne room.
Yonna was there, waiting.
She sat on her throne — wearing nothing but a thin, loosely tied black robe that had already slipped off one shoulder, revealing the smooth curve of her athletic body.
Her long black-red hair with faint blue specks cascaded down her back, and her eyes burned with something primal… the moment she saw him.
The doors closed behind Ash with a soft click.
Yonna’s lips curled into a slow smile.
“Hm, took you long enough,” she purred, her voice low and rough. “I’ve been waiting.”
Ash’s smile mirrored hers as he strolled forward, hands still in his pockets.
“Well… are you going to continue waiting?”
He stopped directly before the throne.
Yonna rose slowly, the robe slipping further down her body until it barely clung to her frame. She stepped down from the dais, closing the distance until they were inches apart.
“No dummy, I’m done with that.~,” she whispered.
Ash’s hand slid around her waist, pulling her flush against him as he leaned in.
