Chapter 345 - 211: Undead Transformation (Part 2)
Given this, he is currently researching the formula for Construction Potion.
The Construction Potions brought from the Wizard Tower remain over fifty bottles, quite a number, but they will eventually run out.
Planning ahead, it’s necessary to produce new Construction Potions as soon as possible.
It’s certain that the main materials for Construction Potions cannot be fully found on the Starlight Continent; researching substitute materials is equally difficult.
So Sunan simply went in the opposite direction, focusing on researching a weakened version of the Construction Potion.
As long as he succeeds in developing it, no matter how weak the effect is, it can be combined through magic to create a potion no less inferior than the original version.
After chatting a bit more with Rose about the academy, Sunan left the study and headed straight for the construction site of the Wizard Tower in Zone 2.
After more than a year of construction, the foundation and body of the Wizard Tower are nearing completion, and he has already started building the Central Crystal energy transmission system.
Once the Central Crystal energy transmission system is completed, the next step will be the Elemental Pool.
If these two facilities can run smoothly, the foundation of the Wizard Tower will be set, and then spatial planning can begin.
“Before that, it would be best to also get the Tower Spirit out, so as to conveniently monitor the construction speed of the Wizard Tower in real-time.”
Sunan decided to start working on the preparations for the Tower Spirit when he returned.
This is also quite a challenging project.
The difficulty of crafting the Tower Spirit is undoubtedly higher than that of the Secret Puppet.

Starlight Calendar 1288, Month of Slumber (December).
In some records of Wizard’s Scripture, the Month of Slumber symbolizes talent.
Some wizards specializing in Prophetic Series believe that babies born in this month have extraordinary potential.
Potential means dormant power, dormant corresponds to awakening—from slumber begins, to awakening ends—this is the meaning represented by the Month of Slumber.
This month is also the most important month to bid farewell to the old year.
Fleming quite agrees with this statement.
Because he was born in the Month of Slumber.
“What are you looking at, Fleming?”
Donohue’s voice interrupted Fleming’s thoughts.
Without lifting his head, while turning the page, he casually responded.
“A book on astrology, the contents are quite interesting.”
“When did you become interested in this?” Donohue was curious.
In his impression, Fleming rarely seemed to read such books.
“For wizards, knowledge is power; it’s good to delve into other knowledge areas.”
Fleming placed a bookmark in the middle of the page, closed the book, and set it aside.
“I heard from Rose that Sunan has memorized all the books from the academy and Dragon Remains Tower library in his mind.”
Donohue clicked his tongue and said, “You also know that’s Sunan we’re talking about; we take several months to digest just one magic book. To read through all the library books would take forever.”
“Let’s not talk about this. Are you going to the banquet tonight?”
Fleming nodded without even thinking: “Senior Sherman has helped me a lot. Tonight’s banquet celebrates him and Senior Cole’s promotion to Level 3 Wizard Apprentice. Of course, I have to go.”
“I envy you so much for getting an invitation.” A trace of envy flashed in Donohue’s eyes.
The banquet is jointly hosted by wizard apprentices who have a good relationship with Seniors Sherman and Cole, and considering venue limitations, only Level 2 Wizard Apprentices were invited.
Fleming had already advanced to Level 2 Wizard Apprentice in his fifth year at the academy, so naturally, he was invited.
In the eyes of many students, this is a proof of Fleming’s talent being recognized by the seniors, invoking much envy.
Fleming also felt a slight sense of pride, but didn’t show it on his face, instead changing the subject: “I heard Tajana is also going to attend the banquet?”
“Of course, she was personally invited to join the academy by Sunan himself, and all the tutors are quite attentive to her. The hosts of the banquet certainly wouldn’t miss out on her.”
Regarding this, Donohue spoke with a hint of jealousy.
“Don’t say that, Tajana’s talent is indeed exceptional.”
“Her time needed to start the Meditation Method was much longer than yours.”
“That’s because she’s not human. If she were human, her talent would surely surpass mine.”
Fleming’s words were spoken from the heart.
Dark Elves practicing the Star Ring Meditation Method created based on humans surely have to work doubly hard.
Yet, even so, Tajana took only two months to master the Star Ring Meditation Method, her aptitude is truly remarkable.
If there were a Meditation Method and magic books specifically tailored for Dark Elves, her rate of power growth might even surpass Senior Sherman and Senior Cole.
It can only be said that anyone Sunan personally invites to join the academy must possess something extraordinary.
After a little banter with Donohue, Fleming sent him away and started his routine meditation in the dorm.
When the meditation ended, outside was already dark.
Fleming glanced up at the quartz clock on the wall; there was half an hour until the banquet started, so he got up and left the dorm.
The senior students hosting the banquet booked the top floor of the second cafeteria.
When Fleming arrived at the top-floor hall, there were already quite a few people inside.
The dining tables, covered with white cloths, were filled with various delicious dishes and drinks, and the beautiful Water Spirits carried trays between the tables, moving as gracefully as if dancing.
Fleming watched for a while before reluctantly shifting his gaze, searching for Senior Sherman’s position.
Surely, he soon found his target.
It was, in fact, rather conspicuous.
At the center of the dining hall, Senior Sherman and Senior Cole were surrounded by a crowd, like stars around the moon, engaged in conversation.
“Sherman, I heard the academy intends to invite you to become a tutor?”
“There is indeed a notion, Cole also received an invitation.”
“Then what are you planning to do?”
“That’s a no-brainer, of course, I’ll accept; the contribution points tutors can earn and the resources they can exchange are far more plentiful than for students, right, Sherman, Cole.”
“I’m thinking the same,” Sherman said with a smile.
“Same,” Cole replied with his usual brevity and silence.
Fleming listened, somewhat enviously.
He wondered whether he could advance to Level 3 Wizard Apprentice at their age.
After a while, the group of students around the two seniors gradually dispersed, and Fleming finally found an opportunity to step forward.
“Congratulations on your promotion, Senior Sherman and Senior Cole.”
“Long time no see, Fleming junior, thanks for coming to the banquet.” Sherman replied warmly with a smile.
Cole also nodded slightly to Fleming.
He was a typical strength supremacist, typically ignoring those without ability or talent. Fleming, obviously, did not fall into that category.
“Greetings, Senior Attila.” Fleming then turned to Attila.
It had been a while, and Senior Attila was as beautiful as ever, her gentle and graceful aura growing richer with time.
“Long time no see, Fleming junior,” Attila smiled softly, “I recently met Tutor Wand; he praised your talent, saying you’ve already constructed the fifth Star Ring.”
“Tutor Wand was merely flattering,” Fleming said humbly.
The group talked and laughed together, and just when the atmosphere was nice, a commotion suddenly started at the entrance of the hall.
Fleming turned to look and saw a tall and slender figure, with skin the color of black jade and stunning exquisite features, a young girl walked in.
Her expression was indifferent, carrying an aura that deterred strangers.
Even so, her appearance immediately drew many eyes in the hall, becoming the center of attention.
The girl seemed accustomed to such scenarios, as she ignored the surrounding gazes. Her eyes scanned the room, and upon finding Attila, her cold demeanor melted away, revealing a faint smile.
“Tajana has arrived.” Attila smiled and went to greet, intimately taking the Dark Elf girl’s arm.
The two quickly whispered to each other.
Fleming noticed with surprise, “Senior Attila seems to get along well with Tajana?”
Sherman chuckled, “When Tajana first joined the academy, Attila, following the teacher’s instructions, took care of her a lot, so they got along quite well.”
Fleming suddenly understood.
No wonder.
As he knew, back when Tajana first entered the academy, many people were very interested in her identity as a Dark Elf and approached her deliberately, but Tajana showed no interest in them.
Over time, Tajana was labeled as cold and graceful, and the crowd of admirers around her naturally dwindled.
The Dark Elf girl didn’t mind, continuing to immerse herself in cultivation and learning, rarely interacting with others.
If not for attending tonight’s banquet, Fleming wouldn’t have known she had Senior Attila as a close friend.
