"What do you mean?" Erik asked.

"Well, being honest, it’s not exactly a super power. It’s more of a spiritual gift handed down generations in the Wolfe Clan." Penelope took in all her family members expressions. If anyone showed any hint of greed, she would not contract them.

Luckily, everyone just looked shocked. Her Aunt Mary actually had a smile on her face.

"Can you elaborate?" Kai asked. He was starting to get excited. He read about spiritual artifacts in the novels. He was hoping it was something similar. This way Penny had a greater chance at survival.

"Well, our Wolfe clan goes back generations. Our history states to have been part of a greater world. Where spiritual power was the norm, I guess. Anyways, legend goes that my ancestors had a divination where the last heir to the Wolfe bloodline would face a life or death calamity. My ancestors created the magical treasure and passed it down to their decedents. It’s not, a space, per se. It’s more like a spiritual world? It’s hard to describe. To be honest, I’m also having a hard time coming to terms with it. Anyways, it’s like a haven that was handed to us. I would love to show all of you but in order for you to enter, we’d have to form a blood contract." She was dead set on bringing her family in.

"Blood Contract? How do we do that? Will you be hurt?" Erik asked. He wasn’t afraid of being injured but he wasn’t keen on the idea of both Penelope and his mother being injured.

"Dear, will this bring any damaged to you at all?" Aunt Mary asked. She didn’t sound surprised at all.

"Well, I wont be injured. Actually, you all will need to bleed a little. It’s a contract formed between myself and you, which allows you access to enter the space on your own. However, it’s also meant to protect me. Actually, that’s where all the living animals are currently residing."

"So, how do we form this blood contract?" Kai finally asked the golden question.

Penelope requested three contracts from the system. When the contracts appeared on her hands, they looked like golden scrolls. She handed one to each of her family members and told them to read the contract carefully. After a few minutes of reviewing, Erik asked "How do we sign?"

Penelope brought forth a golden pen and a sharp blade with a small cup. "In order to sign...you have to sign in your own blood. You will need to put your date of birth and your full name. This will ensure that the contract is formed with the proper soul. Please slightly cut your finger and let a few drops of blood fall onto this cup. Then using the dip pen, you sign. seems pretty simple, right?" She asked....her tone sounding kind of nervous. She wasn’t sure if they would be willing. She couldn’t force them to do something they didn’t want.

Erik was the first to cut his fourth finger and sign his name. Aunt Mary followed next, and then Kai. Once the contract was signed, Penelope returned it to her system and activated the contract.

"Okay, now you just need to focus and think the word enter" Penelope said, not sure if this was the proper way to enter.

She was the first to demonstrate when all three entered her space and were standing next to her. Aunt Mary let out a gasp when she saw how lavishly green everything was.

Erik was stunned in disbelief and turned to ask Penelope, "So, what now?"

"Well, let me show you around. This is our home for now. It’s a bamboo home. We are able to build more homes in here but we have a lot of treasure hunting to do. Everything here runs on the energy provided by minerals. We are talking diamonds, rubies, jadeite, emeralds, topaz, sapphires, all sorts of crystals." Penelope said as she eyes sparkled.

"Okay, so we need to collect jewelry?" Kai asked. He was grinning as he took off his watch. A diamond encrusted watch. Worth millions. He handed it over to Penelope and said "Here’s my rent" as a joke.

"Oddy, scan and see it’s value" she thought.

’Master, value shows at 1% for the next upgrade’ It said disdainfully.

"Kai, payment received. C’mon, lets go to the vegetable farm" she said and dragged Aunt out.

"Oh my, dear, wait up. I can’t keep up" Aunt Mary said as she stopped Penny from running. Penelope proceeded on showing them all the areas they had available. The only place she restricted them from entering what the golden cave where Alyanna rested.

"So this is the magical spring, is it just like the novels?" Kai asked, rubbing his chin.

"What makes this a magical spring?" Erik asked.

"Well, I don’t really know how magical it is but I do know that once you drink some water, your body will expel any impurities. Brothers, Aunty, I want all of you to drink it. This is important. I drank some yesterday morning and found myself feeling much lighter afterwards. But do keep in mind that you will be in excruciating pain during the process of expelling all impurities." She was worried that Aunty couldn’t handle this pain.

"Don’t worry dear, we will get through this. If drinking this will help us get stronger then we have no problems drinking it." Aunt Mary said as she gently patted Penelope’s hand.

"Penny, how does time work here?" Kai asked. He was quite observant. He wanted to see if it matched what he read.

"Well, hear this, one day here is one minute outside. Isn’t that great? This means we can be inside for a few days and no one would notice. We can train our superpowers here, if we get any." Penelope said excitedly.

"Penny, let’s drink the spring water. You can keep watch over us in the meantime. Mom, Kai, you two start mentally preparing for pain. If time passes like that, we have time to undergo this process before Ben and Aunt Lucy get here." Erik said.

They walked towards the spring and Penelope handed each of them a cup of spring water. "Well, the spring water is very sweet. Auntie, this will be very painful. Don’t fall asleep during this time. It is very important that all of you hold on. That way your mental fortitude will be stronger." Penelope proceeded on hugging all three of them before walking to the side and sitting on the ground. "While you are in the process of expelling all impurities, make sure to sit and meditate."
