Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!
Chapter 1301: Construction
After leaving the family home, Idan and Arabel found themselves on the lawn in front of their own two-story wooden house.
It was their first house together and the first building built in the Kingdom.
Arabel asked, turning to Idan.
"Let’s get together," he suggested. "The function is shared, so most likely, the scanning of the building will be shared."
"Hmm... you’re right," — Arabel agreed.
Both opened the "Construction" function and selected "Scan".
[Ding! The scan has started. The target has been selected.]
[A visual scan of the building’s appearance and proportions is being performed.]
[Please walk around the building for a full scan of its exterior.]
"I’ll go around to the left," Arabel chose the side.
"Then I’m on the right," — Idan chose.
The house was small, so they quickly walked around it and met in the backyard.
[Ding! The visual scan is completed. The building’s frame has been created.]
The function window remained open and followed them the whole time. In it, Idan and Arabel watched as a three-dimensional model of their house was created.
[Please scan the inside of the building]
[Scan progress: 0 percent]
"So the external scan comes first, and then the internal scan?" Idan rubbed his chin thoughtfully.
The scan only started when they crossed the threshold and found themselves inside the building.
The percentage of scans grew rapidly, and the three-dimensional model of the building was filled with green color, reflecting the scanned part. They realized that scanning had its own range of coverage, which greatly simplified the process, saving them from having to look into every room and corner.
"How convenient," Idan thought, and the two split up to cover the entire house.
[Scan progress: 90 percent]
[The required scanning threshold has been reached. Finish or continue?]
"What will a full scan do?" asked Idan.
[Will create a perfect replica of the building, without missing any hidden functions and rooms]
[If 90 percent of the building is scanned, the system will be able to fill in the missing parts on its own. However, there is a risk that some of the hidden functions and facilities will be overlooked]
"Hmm... well, the house is not that big, so it won’t be difficult to achieve a one hundred percent scan," they mused, carefully observing the three—dimensional model. Soon, they discovered the remaining part of the house that was not covered and completed the process 100 percent.
[Ding! Scan completed]
[A blueprint of a two-storey wooden house has been created]
[Ding! Due to the systemic origin of the building, the blueprint has been added to the corresponding list]
[Ding! The "Ban" function has been added to the collection of functions]
[Ding! Received 100 CP for scanning a building and another 100 CP for scanning a new feature]
[Ding! The task "To understand how the "Construction" function works, perform a full scan of one building" is completed. Received 200 CP]
"Only 400 CP. Is that a lot or a little?" asked Arabel.
Idan shrugged his shoulders.
After entering the living room, they settled comfortably on the sofa. Out of habit, Arabel sat on Idan’s lap instead of next to him. After that, they both opened the function window.

Finally, the function made sense. They earned their first 400 CP and unlocked the first blueprint.
It took them a while to explore the possibilities of this feature, and they were very satisfied.
Although the function did not have a ready-made catalog of blueprint s of system buildings, they could contact the system and state their requirements. The system offered them blueprints for purchase. If none of the proposed options suited them, they could make an individual order for a blueprint that cost much more, but it fully corresponded to their wishes.
Of course, 400 CP for advanced blueprints was not enough, let alone individual orders.
"A flying island is possible, but it will cost an astronomical sum," Idan sighed with slight disappointment.
In addition to buying blueprints, there was a Lottery of system buildings, where 1 scroll cost 100 CP. However, Idan was deterred by the fact that winning the blueprint was not guaranteed.
With any blueprint at their disposal, whether it was a system blueprint or a copied blueprint, they could build this building.
Each blueprint contains all the necessary materials.
Idan and Arabel don’t have to collect these materials. They could start construction with only a blueprint and sufficient system points. However, such an approach would be very costly, because materials are purchased at the rate of the "Trade" function.
It was during this study that Idan and Arabel discovered the first connection between the functions of "Construction" and "Crafting".
For some of the materials and components needed for the construction of the building, in addition to the "Buy" option, the "Create" option has appeared.
When this option was selected, a window of the Craft function opened in front of them, which displayed a temporary blueprint of the selected material or component.
"Thus, they can not only be bought, but also created independently, which will further reduce construction costs!" — realized Idan and Arabel.
"Correct me if I’m wrong," Arabel began, trying to summarize everything they had learned about the Construction function.
"We scan buildings to accumulate construction points to unlock blueprints later, collect all available materials, and for those that we can’t find, we pay with system points. Then we hire builders or register our own, who must meet the requirements of the function. And finally, we choose a construction site to begin the process. Am I right?"
Idan kissed her and said:
"You’re so smart, you got it right."
Arabel smiled happily.
After they figured out the new features, they sat in silence for a while.
"I want to see the children," Arabel said, standing up.
"I’ll go deal with the remaining matters," Idan replied.
"Okay," — Arabel nodded, and stopped on her way to the stairs. "Have you tested the Kingdom’s new abilities yet?"
"Not yet," Idan shook his head. "You can do it yourself later."
"Hmm... That’s what I’ll do," Arabel agreed and left.
Idan, using his power over the kingdom, began to look for Crowey. However, to his surprise, he did not find him.
