“Young man, please don’t talk like that. Humans were also the supreme beings like dragons. Your strength is unmatchable, and you are like a dragon among the humans. That’s why I offered you all the big things. Please choose any of my offerings.” The Dragon ancestor Gama said in a polite tone.

“No elder, how can any human be equal to a dragon? You are the supreme being, and you don’t need to do me any favours. I’m just a tiny human before you, so please let go of me. I am not worthy of your offerings.” Kent replied in a serious tone with a righteous face.

The dragon ancestor felt irritated because of Kent’s overly sulking behaviour. But he can’t do anything as Kent only respects him in words.

He really offered all the big things he could. But Kent refused everything without showing any interest. For a second, the old ancestor dragon turned his head towards his two daughters who stood in a distance from him.

The two daughters also stared back at him with confused faces. Finally, with a determined face, the dragon ancestor stopped Kent and said…

“Young man, I am only left with one treasure, which I can offer you. If you reject this also, I am really helpless in this case. Please don’t make this old man suffer.”

The dragon ancestor took a deep breath before proposing his last offer for Kent. The entire arena held their breath to hear what the old man was going to say.

“Marry my daughter, Jata. She is the finest dragon lady and will serve you as an obedient wife.” the old ancestor dragon declared in an emotional tone.

“What?”

“Did I hear right?”

“Wow… a dragon as wife! How marvelous”

The arena erupted with loud cries and murmurs. Lily almost stood up from her seat in shock. The entire royal family was shaken by this proposition.

But the most shocked person was the dragon lady Jata. She was completely in a stunned state like a bird who got hit by lightning.

“Sister, what is father saying?” the younger sister Keta asked with a dumb founder look.

Meanwhile, Kent was really taken aback by what the ancestor said. He expected the old man to give a powerful treasure or dragon race secret technique. But out of nowhere, the old man really offered his daughter.

“Elder, please don’t act on impulse. You are forcing your daughter to do what she doesn’t like. Also, how can a human marry a supreme dragon lady? You must be doing this to play with my emotions.” Kent replied modestly and took a step forward to leave.

But the old ancestor dragon blocked Kent again. “What is the meaning of this? You won’t believe me or you are disrespecting me. If you are not satisfied, I have one more daughter. Marry both. If you still don’t believe me, I’m going to swear on my dragon race and announce it in front of all these crowds.”

The Dragon ancestor said loudly and turned back towards his daughters. Kent tried to stop the old man from doing the unwanted things. But the ancestor dragon completely ignored him as he thought Kent was not believing him.

“Jata, Keta, come here. Bow down your husband.” The old man called out loudly in a commanding tone.

Both the dragon sisters stared at each other with pale faces. Even though they are in a state of confusion and uncertainty, they flew towards their father to respect him.

“Hmm… do it now.” Old ancestor dragon grunted angrily.

Without hesitating, both dragon ladies bowed their heads before Kent.

“Husband, please take care of me.” The twin dragon ladies said simultaneously.

“Wait, wait, wait… you don’t have to do this. When will I agree to be your husband?” Kent cried out in surprise.

The two ladies immediately stood up like they found a lifeline. But the ancestor dragon glared at them fiercely. “Young man, my daughters already greeted you as husband. You can’t deny this now.” The old man announced in a serious tone.

“Elder, don’t spoil the life of your daughter. How about this? I will take the dragon Command crystal which you offered previously. A help from the dragon race is really the one I need. Let’s settle this like this.” Kent proposed in a hurried tone.

All the spectators were really surprised with Kent’s denial.

“Who in the world will reject dragons as wives?”

“Is he mad or what?”

“Head strong fellow.”

Several people made scornful comments on Kent.

“Young man, I sincerely offered all good things to you. Now the mistake is on your side. If you don’t accept my daughters as wives, you will see my wrath.” the old ancestor dragon declared loudly with a fierce look.

Kent did not understand what to do now. As he turned his head, he saw the two dragon sisters, staring at him with the same serious looks.

The two sisters first felt really unwilling to marry Kent. But now they were more angry as Kent refused them like a ugly flowers. A woman may digest anything, but a man’s refusal is not on the list.

Kent scratched his head as he did not understand how to tackle the situation. Entire arena is waiting for his reply. After a long eerie silence, Kent finally got an idea.

“Elder, in a few days, I’m going to the Spirit world. I will return after a long time or I may not return from the spiritual world because of the dangers there.

The old ancestor dragon fell in a thought after hearing Kent’s proposal. The twin dragon sisters also breathed in relief after hearing Kent’s proposal.
