“August. How are you doing?” Nathan shook August’s hand.
“It’s the same. Just doing my best.” August smiled. “People used to think that you were relying on Selena, but it looks like it’s the other way around.”
“Ahahaha. I definitely relied on Selena.”
“You might have far surpassed me right now, but the last laugh will be mine.” August tightened his grip as if to show his determination.
“!!!” Nathan was surprised at first but soon smiled. “I won’t lose.”
August nodded. The gap between them was apparent. However, Nathan could grow at his own pace, as he would do the same. Even if Nathan became that strong quickly, the opponents he would face would also be much stronger.
He might even die in one of his ordeals.
That was why he would continue forward at his own pace. If he could surpass Nathan in one way or another, even if it took him his entire life, he would be the one to have the last laugh.

“Principal.” Nathan politely shook his hand.

“That’s right. How long are you going to leave this time?”

“Nathan… Thank you.” The principal’s expression turned genuine all of a sudden. It shocked Nathan but reminded him of the message he had relayed to him earlier. “I couldn’t say it earlier, but please tell her it’s not her fault.
“I don’t mind whether it’s tea, coffee, or alcohol. Let’s all have a drink together.”
Nathan knew he wasn’t just talking about Evelyn. Bella, or even his teacher and Melissa, might be included. Just like the happy relationship they had during their school days, it would be best to reunite once again.

“I will.” Nathan nodded with a serious expression. “Besides, what do you think of my student, Principal?”
“Hahaha. Now that you are a teacher, you are bragging about your student like your master, you know that? She often bragged about you to me.” The principal laughed out loud. “She will do just fine, like you. Don’t worry. I will watch over her.”
“Thank you.”
“Now go. It’s rare for you to have time with your disciple. Spend it wisely.”
“Right?” Nathan politely lowered his head and put his hand on Iris’ shoulder. “Let’s go!”
Iris was smiling from ear to ear. Although people were jealous of her talent, they couldn’t deny that Iris was actually a very beautiful kid. After all, she was once a noble, giving her an elegant charm.
That smile couldn’t help but put a few people in a trance. Though, Nathan definitely thought, ’Shoo, shoo. Loli, no touch.’
Nathan spent the entire day with Iris. They talked about everything from his lesson to everything that happened at the academy.
Iris wrote down everything Nathan said about the micro control. Of course, he also got that information from Evelyn. Iris needed a lot of things to even make it work, let alone master it.

Nathan had two more important things left to do before his departure.
The first one was to officially create his domain. But because he had to wait for the result from Vivian as well as the cores from Evelyn, he planned to do it within one or two days before the departure.
The second one was to help his girls. Flora was the one who needed his help the most. Because he was going to leave for a long time, Flora used the small favor from both Duke Coline and Duchess Rena to get some cores and materials.
She asked Nathan to evolve the remaining spirits into great spirits. Selena, Sera, and Alavenya would be fine with their path. Selena had Ying Zhen, Amphitrite, and Lilith by her side. Sera had Asmodeus, Raphael, and Janus. Alavenya had learned a lot of things from Nathan.
