Ryan directly took her hand and said firmly, "We agreed yesterday. Don’t make me out to be someone who breaks his word."

That domineering tone, that uncompromising action, plus the magic of the money halo, in this moment, Ryan was handsome beyond this world.

"Mr. Ryan, Miss Linda, you’re here."

Abigail had been waiting at the entrance early. Her professional suit outlined her tall, perfect, devilish figure in an incredibly alluring way.

Especially the pencil skirt that emphasized the roundness of her hips, and a pair of incredibly long legs wrapped in black stockings, that was pure sexy temptation.

In the past, seeing such a beauty wouldn’t have stirred Ryan’s desire, since her sexual orientation was obvious.

But after hearing what she said yesterday, Ryan was getting restless. After all, this was an absolute beauty with her own unique appeal, with a face and body that had no flaws.

"Here to mooch off the air conditioning again. Can you two just get lost and have some self-awareness?"

Kai was nearby, speaking in a snarky, disdainful tone.

"Idiot."

Ryan said casually, then turned to Abigail and asked, "Is the contract ready???"

"Ready with the contract, huh. You talk like it’s real."

Kai continued sarcastically, "A poor loser like you, what bank would be willing to lend you money? That’s just daydreaming."

"The dog barking is really annoying."

Ryan dug at his ear.

Abigail didn’t dare offend him for now and could only say softly, "Come over here."

She found a quiet place and brought over the prepared contract from finance. Cautious, she flipped through it to confirm first.

After confirming it was correct, Kai came over with the finance staff and continued mocking, "Really want to put on a full show, huh. Hehe, fine, then which bank’s loan are you going to use?"

Linda looked pitiful at this moment and said quietly, "Ryan, let’s not buy it. I don’t have the money to pay back any loan."

This was the routine she and Anna had discussed last night. They had to play a retreat-to-advance move.

Colleges were full of girls who got sugar daddies. Many people could see clearly how most of them ended up. You could say almost none of them really did well for themselves.

Those men who played around with women year after year were no fools. No matter how clever or scheming these schoolgirls were, they were no match for them.

They’d say they were buying you a car, but at most it was a basic commuter car, maybe even used.

They’d say they were buying you a house, but it was just a small apartment, and most of the time they’d only pay the down payment and help you with a month or two of mortgage payments.

Real luxury cars and mansions basically only existed in TV dramas. In reality, it was impossible.

They’d say they were giving you ten thousand a month to keep you, and some fools would naively treat that money like a salary or living expenses. In fact, that money was completely unstable.

They might only keep you for a month or two. Once the novelty wore off, they’d throw the money at other girls. By then, those fooled female students would finally realize, but it was already too late.

If you had mortgage and car payments, then your pitiful living expenses wouldn’t even cover a fraction. And to hide the fact that they’d been abandoned, for the sake of their pitiful vanity, many female students chose to sell themselves to maintain their glamorous lifestyle.

"Exactly. And in your case, whether the bank would even approve it depends on luck."

Kai laughed smugly, looking like he was ready to keep enjoying the joke.

Ryan chuckled at Linda and stroked her hand. "Fuck the loan. We’ll pay in full. Swipe the card."

With that, Ryan handed over his bank card. The finance clerk took it with some hesitation. "Sir, do you mean... pay in full???"

Not to mention her being dumbfounded, even Kai, Linda, and Tina, who was watching from not far away, were all stunned.

Abigail’s voice was trembling even more. "Full payment, really??"

In real estate, especially new developments, full payment buyers weren’t nonexistent, just extremely rare.

Forget inflation and currency devaluation. Even ordinary wealthy people rarely could pull out that much money at once when buying a house.

That was true even for regular commercial housing, let alone a luxury villa like this. You could say the finance clerk had never seen a single person not take a loan. It was also her first time seeing someone dare to say they’d pay in full.

Even if someone had the money for full payment, most would choose to keep their cash flow and just pay the down payment.

Ryan frowned and said, "Why would I mess with you for no reason? Full payment. Otherwise all those loan procedures are too much trouble."

The finance girl was a bit afraid Ryan was just running his mouth and quickly said, "Mr. Ryan, I just want to confirm."

"Oh, you’re acting so convincing."

Kai continued in his sarcastic tone. "If you really can pay in full, how about I apply to the company boss for a discount for you?"

"Don’t bother. I don’t care about that little bit of money."

Ryan frowned and said, "Swipe it. Why are you all so slow?"

The finance girl gritted her teeth and, with trembling hands, entered the amount on the POS machine and swiped the card.

Originally, Kai had brought people over to watch a joke, but the machine’s notification sound instantly silenced them all.

"Beep... Our company’s public account has received... 8.07 million..."

The entire sales office fell into dead silence. It was so quiet you could clearly hear everyone breathing.

"You haven’t seen any of the world. Your professional skills aren’t up to par either."

Ryan shook his head, picked up a pen, signed on his own initiative, and put away the receipt.

Never mind them. Even Linda, who had known from the start, was stunned. Her heart was beating so fast she felt like she might faint.

"Sir, I... I’ll continue processing the paperwork for you."

Abigail was so nervous she was stuttering a bit, even though she had approached Ryan in advance.

But lying in bed last night thinking about it, it really did seem absurd. A current college student buying a Eight-million-dollar mansion. String those words together and it was so fake she herself found it ridiculous.

Abigail had gone in with no confidence, but unexpectedly Ryan really bought it, and paid in full so domineeringly.

"Impossible... The machine... it must be malfunctioning."

Kai’s eyes were wide open as he trembled, pointing at Ryan and screaming hysterically, "You bastard, you poor loser, where the hell did you get 8 million to buy a mansion?"

"I know, you must have hacked into our computers through some hacker method, right!!!"

"Or maybe this is an AI-synthesized voice you played from your phone, right..."

But even Tina in the distance clearly saw the POS machine print out the receipt. That proved this card really had been swiped for that amount.

The finance clerk said with a trembling voice, "No, Manager Kai, the money really did arrive."

"I don’t believe it!!"
