Sugar Daddy System: Infinite Money, Endless Harem
Chapter 64: Ryan’s Background Is So Unfathomable
"Oh oh, the sister-in-law’s here, not convenient. I get it!"
"Hello sister-in-law, I’m Ryan’s lackey. If you need anything, just call me anytime."
Hammon, who was usually aloof, started rambling. The reason was actually very simple.
This Brilliant Hotel was indeed his father’s property, but his uncles and aunts also had shares, plus the other siblings, it was a total mess.
Other shareholders were watching too... the pressure was real.
The elders loved testing the younger generation’s abilities. Whoever wanted to inherit had to show their skills. All the kids were assigned different business units in this top-ranked five-star hotel.
Rich second-generation kids shouldn’t start their own businesses randomly. Inheriting the family fortune properly was the real way to go.
Hammon was put in charge of the Sky Garden business. It wasn’t losing money, but it was stagnant, looked impressive but wasn’t very profitable. The result was that it just barely existed.
But when Ryan first topped up one million, the family was shocked. This sudden windfall made Hammon very happy, though he had no idea where this money god came from.
For him, the first time he saw this broke "poor" Ryan at the luxury car club, the most excited person wasn’t Angler, it was him.
But the truth was that the family used these businesses to test the spoiled brats. With this distinguished guest, the Sky Garden business and performance suddenly skyrocketed.
And this time, another one million was topped up, plus a historic five hundred thousand in tips.
Hammon was completely losing his mind. He had worked so hard with no results, but then Ryan showed up and solved everything.
"Sister-in-law, even though I’m a guy, if Ryan wants to... I’m willing."
Hammon said pitifully, clearly joking, but every "sister-in-law" made Linda overjoyed.
The mystery was completely solved. Ryan was the real powerhouse above all these people.
He was just supporting this young master’s business, because many people said he was the true big shot of Brilliant Hotel.
"Stop messing around!"
Ryan stopped at the hotel entrance and said with a mix of laughter and exasperation, "Seriously, the most expensive wine here is less than thirty thousand. When I gave those tips, I was worried the male waiters would think I was coming on to them."
Hammon stood beside him and swore, "Ryan, this is definitely our fault."
"Damn it, at tomorrow’s board meeting, I’m going to curse them out. What the hell kind of five-star hotel is this? How many bottles of Louis XIII do you have? Not enough? If you’re not happy, where does that leave my reputation?"
Then Hammon said, "I do know that next month there’s an auction in the city for a commemorative Hennessy, aged over a decade. The starting bid should be around three hundred sixty thousand."
Ryan stopped walking and suddenly made a strange gesture with his hand.
Actually, at the hotel entrance, Ryan wasn’t drunk, but since Hammon was there, there were a lot of people accompanying them.
Ginny was among them.
Ryan directly took Linda’s membership card and started operating the machine while saying, "Hammon, I don’t want to waste words with you. I treat you like a brother, so I won’t say much. I want all these wines."
"Just do me a favor and buy all the good wines back."
He grabbed the POS machine and swiped. Ding, "One million received!"
This time, not just Linda and Ginny, but even Hammon, who had rushed over, was stunned.
Four million in total, what did that even mean? In terms of projects, equity transactions, stocks, or any debt-to-equity conversions, it was a normal number.
But for a private transfer, it was almost unheard of. And for that much money to not be flagged by risk control, that was simply insane.
Hammon, who had been born into a prestigious family, was completely dumbfounded. Ryan burped and said softly, "What, Hammon, do you have a problem with that?"
Hammon was so excited his voice trembled. "Ryan, I didn’t mean that. It’s just that you swiped a bit too much. I can’t quite get used to it all at once."
The earlier one million he had topped up for Anna had already made him look good at home. Hammon shamelessly claimed it was from a friend showing support.
Now, twice in one day, a total of two million topped up, he couldn’t even imagine how obsequious his father would be toward him.
Ryan swayed a little and said, "Alright, Hammon, I’m going back to sleep. Remember what we said before."
Hammon immediately replied, "Got it, Ryan. You mean you want to pretend to be poor, right? I won’t say a word."
Hammon drove a Mercedes G-Wagon and personally took the two of them back to school.
He originally wanted to pull some strings to drive inside, but since Ryan said drowsily not to, he just said a few caring words and left.
After he was gone, Linda, who had been a little worried earlier, was now stunned.
Ryan had originally seemed drunk, stumbling and swaying as he walked, but in an instant he stood up straight with no problem at all.
He stretched his back stiffly, lit a cigarette, and stood under the streetlight looking deep in thought.
"Ryan, are you okay!"
Linda had already bought a bottle of mineral water and leaned close to Ryan.
At this point, her mind was completely in chaos. Based on how things had gone just now, she had wanted to take Ryan to get a room.
"Sorry, Linda. Today’s events are hard to explain to you."
Ryan drank some water and said casually, "Her blowjob was indeed pleasurable, but giving that much tip isn’t normal either. There are some business matters I can’t discuss, but I brought you along because I knew you’d eventually understand."
That statement was devastating.
It was mysterious and vague, but with that much money involved, it was enough to max out the cool factor.
Linda’s eyes turned red. "Ryan, I’m a very shallow person. I don’t understand it now, but I’ll work hard to learn and keep up with you."
Ryan nodded in satisfaction, glanced at the affection meter on her forehead that had already soared to 90, and thought that today’s progress had hit its limit.
After a brief exchange, they parted ways once they entered the school to avoid being seen.
Though a bit disappointed, Linda was obedient.
When she returned to the dorm and saw Tina, who was all dressed up, she felt no guilt. She only thought that the so-called department beauty was nowhere near good enough for Ryan.
"Linda, did you run into Ryan when you went out?"
Tina hummed a little tune and asked casually.
She had also seen the photo in the group chat, but unlike Link’s hysterics, she just glanced at it and didn’t take it seriously.
After all, her best friend and advisor had been squeezing this simp dry all along, it was already second nature.
"Yeah, he gave me a ride."
Linda changed her train of thought and said with a light laugh, "He kept asking about you the whole way. Looks like Anna isn’t that attractive to him after all. That simp’s heart still belongs only to you."
