Chapter 1127: Worth of Ayuvar

What would happen to the world?

Naturally, that was a topic that had to be discussed. Up to now, Ayuvar had been a bottomless pit. Things had gone in, but nothing had come out. Now, the first people would leave Ayuvar, and more Seekers would ascend later.

A new Primary World would become available. While there were tens of thousands of Primary Worlds, not all of them were useful. Some were Experimental Worlds that created weak and broken Immortals. There were Primary Worlds that never produced Immortals. There were Primary Worlds that gave few Immortals, and those were quite weak. There were several Beast Primary Worlds, which only produced beasts.

Every Primary World that produced useful Immortals was an insanely valuable commodity that was desired by almost every Higher Supreme Organization. In fact, good Primary Worlds were so valuable that none of them were owned by Lower Supreme Organizations.

Aside from having a Demigod, an Organization also needed to own at least one Primary World to count as a true Higher Supreme Organization. There were Lower Supreme Organizations that had a Demigod but didn't own any Primary Worlds. That was how valuable they were.

Ignoring the group from the Supreme World, there were about four Ascendants in Ayuvar that would most likely manage to ascend. Within a million years, probably around five or six Immortals would ascend from Ayuvar.

If one considered the time dilation between the two worlds, that would mean 50 to 60 new Immortals would most likely join one's Organization every million years.

Since longevity was no longer a constraint in the Universe Realm, some Immortals were unimaginably old. When these Immortals talked about their age, they didn't even mention any number below a million. They simply rounded their age up or down.

Every single new Immortal could potentially bring benefits to the Organization for tens or hundreds of millions of years.

If the Array of Stars had to choose, they would most likely sell one of their branches to recruit just one Immortal. Creating new branches was relatively easy. Getting Immortals was hard.

This world produced over fifty per million years!

When it came to owning a Primary World, two things mattered.

First, the owner needed the Overseer's support. The Overseer could completely cripple the world if they were not happy. Their influence over the new Immortals was also significant. These Immortals had been Sages, Spirit Lords, and Ascendants before, and for their entire lives, the Overseer had essentially been their God.

Usually, when someone became an Immortal, they didn't leave their world with hatred. This had been the world that had allowed them to become Immortal, and most of the time, they liked and appreciated the world. The Overseer was the manager of the world, and if the world was good, it meant that the Overseer had done a great job. Then, if the Overseer gave them a recommendation, the Immortals would most likely accept it.

The second part that was important when owning a Primary World was to own the Ascension Pool. If a different Organization conquered this part, all the new Immortals would meet that other Organization first.

Technically, if Kyle wanted to, he could come to an agreement with Swamp Dragon, and all of the new Immortals would join his Organization. Yet, without the power to control the Ascension Pool, things would become troublesome. Sure, one could send a dedicated person to manually ferry people out of the world, but that would also be troublesome.

Naturally, Ayuvar was too hot for Kyle. It would garner too much negative attention.

"What options do we have?" Melanie asked.

Kyle also wasn't entirely sure what options they had.

"There are a couple of options," the man said. "We could not do anything and just let the world be. This world doesn't truly belong to anyone, but several Organizations are still keeping watch. However, as soon as the first Immortal ascends, all of the close Organizations will send people to secure the Ascension Pool. At the same time, everyone will fight for that one Immortal since they are the only being who has information on this world."

"Many Immortals and Lords will die during the battle, and whoever has the biggest fist will conquer it."

"Another option is to send a representative," the man said. "Controlling the Ascension Pool isn't enough. Without the Overseer's help, making use of a Primary World will be very difficult. That representative could ask for different offers and discuss rules. The representative will join the Organization that they believe would treat the world the best."

The man chuckled a bit. "However, the representative will not gain too much. Most likely, they will be recruited as a Direct Disciple and will be adequately supported, but in the eyes of the Organization, the representative's connection to Ayuvar is more important than their power. Growing stronger will not be easy. Additionally, they will be under constant danger. Many other Organizations would want to assassinate them to break communications between the Organization and Ayuvar."

"Another option is to just directly hand Ayuvar to an Organization. They will gain our support, which would keep Ayuvar's new status as a productive Primary World secret. The Organization can slowly fortify Ayuvar, and when Ayuvar's new status becomes public, the Primary World will be almost unassailable."

"These are the three options," the man said. "If you have any more ideas, you may share them with us."

The three options appeared in the middle of the table.

Nothing, Representative, and Handover.

Kyle furrowed his brows as he looked at the options. "Where even is Ayuvar?" he asked. "I think its location is important."

"All Primary Worlds are near the edges of the Supreme World," the man answered. "Ayuvar is close to the Contrast Empire and the Wargod's Peak. The headquarters of the Array of Stars are close enough that they would also be interested. Most of the worlds around Ayuvar belong to the Array of Stars."

"The Sky Reachers won't care since they are not very interested in Primary Worlds. Auspicious Karma might be interested, but they won't be desperate. The Tower of Creation and the Unity of Demihumans are too far away, and they can't interfere too much since they are political powers. Inner World won't be very interested. The Grand Exchange will make a considerable bid. The World Seekers might or might not come, depending on how they feel."

Kyle furrowed his brows. Naturally, he had heard of all of these Organizations before. After all, they were the ten most powerful Organizations in the Cosmos.

"What about your Organization?" Kyle asked.

"We don't openly own worlds," the man answered with a smile. "We don't just recruit anyone. With Swamp Dragon here, we are already technically owning Ayuvar, but we won't interfere."

"So, it's one of the others?" Kyle asked.

"Or we just let nature take its course," the man suggested.

"Does it need to be owned?" Fox asked with furrowed brows. She seemed like she didn't want Ayuvar to be owned by anyone else.

"That's rich, coming from you," Sebastian commented.

Fox glared at Sebastian. She could accept Kyle's comments since she saw him as her equal, but she wouldn't accept such comments from someone who needed to dedicate almost all of his longevity to just barely fulfilling the requirements to become an Immortal.

But then, she threw a quick glance at the man before looking away.

"It doesn't need to be owned, but it will be owned," the man explained. "When a chunk of gold appears between several people, there is no possibility that chunk of gold won't have a new owner very soon. We are not deciding whether or not the world gets an owner. We are deciding who gets it."

"But before we do so, we need to vote on our current options. We can still talk about the future owner afterward."

Everyone looked at the three options.

"Who would be the representative?" Sebastian asked.

"Not me," Kyle answered. "I enjoy my freedom, and I don't want to lose it."

"What about you, Sebastian?" the man asked.

Sebastian looked at Melanie with uncertainty.

"Are you sure you want that?" Melanie asked.

Sebastian frowned before he sighed.

"I also don't want to be the representative."

"Then, all candidates for the position have declined it," the man said. "Will anyone oppose the deletion of the Representative option?"

No one said anything, and after some seconds, the option vanished.

"Then, let's start the vote. Since there are only two options, we will only get one vote."

Everyone voted, and the results were about as expected.

Five to two for Handover. The world had been the only party that had voted for the option Nothing.

"And now, we have to decide who gets Ayuvar."
