Chapter 555 King's Sword (Part 3)
“The time has come to test the power of this sword.” Kaizen said with a determined smile.
Kaizen looked at the King’s Sword in his hands, feeling the divine power of it pulsing through his body. With a concentrated expression, he began to analyze his surroundings for a solution.
Then he positioned his feet well and bent his knees slightly. Next, he raised the sword above his head, feeling its energy flow through him.
An intense glow enveloped the blade, radiating a powerful aura.
Looking closely at the organic walls surrounding him, Kaizen noticed a weak area, a region with a thinner membrane than the rest as it resembled a bubble when the creature breathed. Wielding the King’s Sword firmly, he concentrated his power on the blade, pointed the sword and leapt, delivering a powerful blow.
The sword glowed brightly as it collided with the membrane, slicing through it like a hot knife through butter. A spurt of viscous liquid gushed from the wound as the hole began to open up. The blade sliced through the grotesque flesh with ease, opening a path of escape. The simple act of wielding this sword was like controlling a monster of tremendous ferocity.
As he cut his way out of the monster’s entrails, Kaizen could feel the King’s Sword vibrate in his hands, as if responding to his will. With each blow, he felt its power increase and the entire creature around him shudder in pain.

Finally, Kaizen emerged from the monster’s entrails, blood-soaked and triumphant. He looked back, watching as the monster collapsed with a gaping hole in its belly.
Once outside, Kaizen surveyed his surroundings and saw the sea of murky water covering him all over.
‘I’m still in the grip of that thing…. I have to use my crystal and get out of here as soon as possible.’ Kaizen thought and took the crystal from his pocket, but just as he was about to use it, the sea monster advanced towards him, moving like a colossal eel amidst its own blood.
[You can’t use a Teleportation Crystal because you’re in the middle of a battle].
Kaizen frowned as he realized that his attempt to escape would be thwarted by the sea monster. He knew he could not afford to be defeated here, not when he had the King’s Sword in hand and such an important destiny ahead of him. Therefore, Kaizen prepared to face the monster. He wielded the King’s Sword firmly, feeling its energy flow through him.
With the sea monster advancing towards him, Kaizen felt adrenaline coursing through his veins.
The sea creature then opened its mouth, roaring and mentally saying to Kaizen:
“WORM, YOU ARE STILL ALIVE!? THIS WILL NOT BE FORGIVEN!!!”
Kaizen skillfully dodged the first bite attempt, but the Teleportation Crystal slipped out of his pocket, being swallowed by the monster. Kaizen then deftly spun his sword to block and counterattack when the second attempt came next. Without hesitation, he delivered a devastating blow to the monster’s snout, a blow that combined his physical strength with the divine power of the sword.
The sea monster roared in pain and despair as the wound split open, releasing an explosion of flesh.
The blast of flesh spread through the air as the sea monster temporarily recoiled, stunned by Kaizen’s powerful blow.
The Psyker took a moment to assess the situation and plan his next moves. He had no idea how he was going to get out of this place now that he had no more Teleportation Crystals. Maybe he should try to swim to the surface? No, he was too deep. So, if he defeated the creature, maybe this whole place would disappear? Was it magic of that level? There was no way for Kaizen to know.
With the King’s Sword still glowing in his hands, Kaizen felt his power falter as he became a little indecisive. As such, he gripped its handle tighter and was determined to defeat the monster first and then think of a way to escape.
Without wasting any time, Kaizen advanced towards the monster, stomping his feet as fast as he could.
The monster reacted with fury, lunging towards Kaizen and this time it lunged so fast that Kaizen had no time to dodge. Kaizen had to turn his sword slightly and use it as a shield to protect himself from the impact of the monster’s head. However, when the impact between them happened, looking so close Kaizen realized that there was something different about the monster’s eyes, a strange glow, and then a bad feeling went through the back of her head, like a chill. A few moments later, Kaizen felt a disturbance in the air, as if something was about to happen. Just as his suspicion grew stronger, he stepped behind him and saw a portal appear behind him, a portal like the others, grey and looking more like a puddle of slime, emitting a mesmerizing glow.
Stunned by the portal’s sudden appearance, Kaizen instinctively tried to get out, but the sea monster gave him no room to do anything, not to mention the creature’s overwhelming strength.
This portal was large, larger than any other, and without having anything to do, Kaizen and the creature fell through the portal, as if they were being pulled by an unknown force.
When Kaizen opened his eyes on the spot, he found himself in what appeared to be a courtyard of a majestic temple, set amidst snow-capped mountains.
The air was cold and crisp, with snowflakes floating gently through the air. The surrounding mountains created an aura of grandeur and serenity.
As Kaizen recovered from the impact of the fall, he looked closely at his new surroundings.
