Under the cold moon of Hueco Mundo, Makoto's group advanced toward Las Noches.

Along the way, Psykos spoke up: "I've also heard of Baraggan, the King of Hueco Mundo. They say he has very powerful abilities."

Back when she was wandering Hueco Mundo, she didn't dare go anywhere near Las Noches.

It was said that any Hollow that entered Baraggan's territory had only two options... either become his subordinate or be killed.

"Dare to call himself a king in front of Senpai?"

Yu sneered, his tone filled with undisguised contempt. "He has already chosen the path of death."

Makoto felt a bit speechless.

Ever since following him, Yu had frequently studied Chinese's knowledge and culture, including reading Chinese history, watching domestic dramas, and reading web novels.

He even casually tossed out some cringey memes.

Makoto wondered if this guy had read "Dragon Raja". He had to admit, Yu had some similarities with the male lead, Lu Mingfei. In the original work, they both had a thing for their senpai.

He also wondered, after all this time transmigrating, had that coward with a lion in his eyes finally gotten together with his senpai?

Nel suddenly tugged at Makoto's arm, her voice carrying a cautious plea: "Makoto, I've heard about Harribel. They say she also doesn't like devouring other Hollows and believes in evolving through training."

At this point, Nel paused, her eyes beneath the mask looking seriously at Makoto. "...Could we just eat Baraggan?"

If Baraggan knew this, he would definitely be dumbfounded. What the heck… How selfish of her.

"Hey hey hey, Miss Nel, isn't that request a bit much?"

The Dolphin Devil was the first to speak up. "Just Baraggan alone isn't nearly enough for the four of us to split."

Makoto raised his hand to stop the Dolphin Devil from continuing. He turned to Nel and said, as if coaxing a child, "I'll consider it."

"Makoto, you're so nice!" Nel couldn't help but hug Makoto's arm, pressing her whole body against him.

Feeling the soft sensation on his arm, Makoto figured her measurement had to be at least 100.

The Four Gay Bros didn't dare object either.

After all, while the boss is around, you can't make a scene... if the boss doesn't give it, you can't take it.

They understood these basic workplace etiquettes.

The group continued walking on the white sand.

Finally, the outline of Las Noches appeared on the horizon.

However, compared to the magnificent white palace that would later be built under Aizen's rule, the current Las Noches was pathetically shabby.

Not to mention the artificial day-night system Aizen would later create, there wasn't even basic architectural aesthetics.

It wasn't so much a palace as a few crooked stone pillars sparsely stuck in the sand.

The entire structure looked like it could collapse at any moment under the moonlight.

"This is supposed to be a palace?"

The Teddy Devil couldn't help but laugh.

He really couldn't hold it in.

"The King of Hueco Mundo lives here? My old doghouse was more decent than this."

The moment he finished speaking, several high-level Gillians that had gained intelligence emerged from behind the pillars, blocking the group's path.

The one in front yelled, "This is the territory of Lord Baraggan, the King of Hueco Mundo! The Lord is receiving a distinguished guest. All riffraff, get lost! Take one more step and—"

Yu curled his lip in disdain.

He didn't even draw his gun. He just slightly tilted his head, releasing the Reiatsu of a top-tier Vasto Lorde.

The overwhelming pressure, like a solid mass, crushed down on them, turning the still-yelling Gillians into meat paste before they could even scream.

The mist of blood drifted under the moonlight, quickly absorbed by the dry white sand.

Admittedly, this was more useful than Conqueror's Haki.

Conqueror's Haki could only knock people unconscious, but Reiatsu could directly deal physical damage. In terms of practicality, it was indeed a level higher.

"Hey! I said the Gillians should be collected by me! They're raw materials for making the Hogyoku!"

Psykos shouted in distress, rushing forward to look at the quickly evaporating patches of meat paste on the ground.

Making the Hogyoku was the top priority order Makoto had given her. If she failed, who knew what he would do to her. She didn't want to end up fused into a two-headed rat like those idiots Izuku and Bakugo.

Yu shrugged nonchalantly. "There are plenty of Gillians in Hueco Mundo. Go find more. What's there to be upset about?"

Psykos rolled her eyes, 'With the way you guys kill, Hueco Mundo's Menos Grandes will be hunted to extinction sooner or later.'

The group continued deeper into Las Noches.

Surprisingly, the further they went, the quieter it got. They encountered no more obstacles.

"There are fewer guards than I expected." Nel tilted her head, looking around.

"They've probably all been called to deal with Harribel." Makoto speculated.

Though 'deal with' might be an overstatement... they were probably just there to show off their forces.

After passing through several twisted and winding pillars, the view suddenly opened up... a vast area illuminated by moonlight appeared before them.

This was the central plaza of Las Noches. The full moon overhead shone directly on this area, as if framed by the pillars.

Huge cylindrical pillars lined both sides. In the middle stood a tall stone platform. Though extremely crude, it was considered quite a grand display in this godforsaken place called Las Noches.

On the throne atop the platform sat a skeletal Hollow draped in a black cloak.

The skeleton on the throne rested its chin on one hand, its posture casual yet exuding an unassailable authority.

Two crimson points of light flickered slowly in its empty eye sockets.

It was the King of Hueco Mundo... Baraggan Louisenbairn.

Below the platform, countless Adjuchas were densely gathered.

They came in all shapes and forms... some crouched on the ground, some hovered in the air, some squeezed between the pillars. At a glance, they seemed to stretch on endlessly.

They were all Baraggan's subordinates, a force he had gathered over a thousand years in Hueco Mundo.

And on the steps between the throne and the plaza, the figures of four female Hollows stood out noticeably.

Among the horde of grotesque Adjuchas, they were the only ones with feminine forms.

They were the Vasto Lorde, Tier Harribel and her three companions.

These four female Hollows all had obvious animal characteristics. The three companions had forms resembling a deer, a lion, and a snake respectively.

They were clearly ordinary Adjuchas, with almost no human features. One could barely make out some soft feminine lines from the shapes of their eye sockets and facial contours.

Harribel, who was clearly a Vasto Lorde, displayed a more complete human form:

A figure as voluptuous as Nel's, though her entire body was covered in the white bone armor symbolizing Hollows.

The armor clung to every curve of her body, yet still couldn't hide the explosive proportions that drew attention.

Her mask covered the lower half of her face, but the exposed brown skin, emerald eyes, and short blonde hair on the upper half all proved she was a true beauty as well.

Admittedly, the two female Vasto Lorde in Hueco Mundo complemented each other quite well in appearance.

One's mask covered the lower half of her face, the other's covered the upper half.

Personally, Makoto preferred Nel's type... at least her mouth was exposed, useful for times of sexual frustration...

Cough, don't misunderstand. At most, it was just kissing. He had told Nel that it was simply a way to express closeness between two people.

"A female shark."

Yu studied Harribel's obvious shark-like features, then couldn't help glancing at Beam, his tone full of schadenfreude. "If that woman joins the team, you can pack your bags."
