Reincarnated With A Glitched System: Why Is My MP Not Running Out?

Chapter 1970: Spiritualized Concept of Strength

Chapter 1970: Spiritualized Concept of Strength

—–

After the changes, my Strength appeared like this:

[Strength – Rank F: Level 0/10]: [4] (+78.616)

And when I pressed it, an entirely new window appeared…

“Oh my god, this is awesome!” I exclaimed in pure awe. “Strength has Sub-Stats?! This is insane. So this is how my Strength will keep increasing even further without needing to level?”

“Yes, and it will be completely different from the ’Bonus’ you get from other sources,” Alice explained. “This Strength will become a permanent power that builds not just on you, but within you—making it far greater in the long run.”

“Does she even need more strength though?” Ignatius interrupted. “She’s already like a gorilla with that power of hers.”

“Hey, it’s never enough,” I shot back. “And who are you calling a gorilla?!”

I decided to ignore his jab for now and turned my attention back to the Strength Status. It showed four skills—one active and three still locked. The Sub-Stats also left me intensely curious about what they truly represented.

“Is there an explanation for the Sub-Stats?” I asked.

“Yes, here,” Alice nodded.

—–

[Sub-Stats]:

[Raw Power]: Governs the maximum force output in physical attacks.

[Muscle Density]: Determines muscle durability, reducing fatigue and injury risk.

[Grip Force]: Enhances weapon handling, grappling, and crushing techniques.

[Explosive Force]: Governs sudden bursts of strength, such as sprint starts or heavy strikes.

[Endurance of Might]: Extends how long full Strength can be maintained without exhaustion.

[Bone Reinforcement]: Increases skeletal resilience to withstand immense pressure.

[Weight Capacity]: Defines how much weight can be lifted, carried, or thrown.

[Impact Force]: Amplifies shockwaves and collateral damage from physical blows.

[Resonance]: Synchronizes with Sylphy’s body, amplifying other stats when Strength is exerted.

—–

A panel materialized in front of me, displaying detailed explanations for every Sub-Stat. I stood there, utterly flabbergasted by how complex yet perfectly logical it all was.

Raw Power measured the sheer force behind any muscle-driven attack.

Muscle Density ensured my muscles could withstand and release that power without tearing apart; it also reduced fatigue and injury risk, much like Physique Cultivation.

Grip Force covered how effectively I could wield weapons, manage them in combat, grapple, or crush—everything from sword swings to enemy holds.

Explosive Force governed those sudden, concentrated releases of strength: explosive jumps, devastating single strikes, and more.

Endurance of Might was fascinating—it prolonged how long I could sustain peak Strength without tiring.

Bone Reinforcement simply reinforced my skeleton so it could endure the insane forces I generated, much like Muscle Density but for bones.

Weight Capacity determined pure lifting, carrying, or throwing power—independent of muscle mass or body size. Even though I was small, I could theoretically hoist entire buildings with ease.

Impact Force stood out as especially unique among Strength’s Sub-Stats. It governed the shockwaves and secondary damage my attacks produced—punching one monster hard enough to blast several others nearby.

Resonance was the most mysterious. It apparently synchronized Strength with my entire body and amplified other stats whenever Strength was actively exerted. Or perhaps it boosted Strength’s own Sub-Stats? Among all the explanations, this one left me the most puzzled. I needed to ask Alice.

“Hmm, wow, it all makes sense now,” I said with an excited nod. “They’re simply different aspects of the overall ’Strength’ Stat! But I was wondering about Resonance. It’s kind of confusing. Whose status actually increases?”

“Oh, Resonance is a special Sub-Stat that Strength developed on her own,” Alice explained. “It allows perfect synchronization between your body and Strength. The higher it rises, the stronger the bond becomes—and the more powerful you both get. Strength herself grows stronger too, and as you guessed, she can fight independently when separated.”

“So she really can? Wait—when she’s on her own, does that mean I don’t get any boosts from her?” I asked.

“Of course you still do,” she replied. “But when you synchronize and fuse her back into your body, you receive an extra bonus boost! You also gain access to her Skills.”

“Right, the Skills…” I nodded eagerly. “She has three locked ones. What’s the deal with those? How do I unlock them?”

“When she Ranks Up, they will unlock gradually over time,” Alice explained. “Would you like to see what Flames of Strength does?”

“Okay, let me check,” I said.

I focused on Flames of Strength, and a small window appeared before my eyes.

—–

[Flames of Strength: Lv1]

[Type]: Active/Passive Hybrid

[Skill Proficiency]: 0/10,000

[Description]: The embodiment of Strength’s soul manifests as blazing digital flames that coat the user’s body and weapons. These are not elemental fire but condensed “digital energy” of the System Element, burning with pure raw force.

[Effects]:

Passive Effect (1): Increases Raw Power and Impact Force by +20% while active.

Active Effect (1): For 30 seconds, imbue all physical attacks with Flames of Strength, causing collateral shockwaves that deal splash damage equal to 30% of Raw Power.

Resonance Bonus (1): When synchronized with Sylphy, Flames of Strength amplifies all Sub-Stats by an additional +15%.

[Cooldown]: 120 seconds.

“Oh, this is really good—and it synergizes with the Sub-Stats too!” I said, grinning. “Also, is it just me, or does the Skill layout look different now? It’s much nicer.”

“Yeah, it’s been upgraded to a new version for newly acquired Skills,” Alice explained. “Older ones might keep their original appearance for now. I’ve also considered granting System Seeds directly to Skills themselves… but that will have to wait until you reach the absolute peak of a Skill where it can no longer evolve.”

“Oh,” I nodded thoughtfully. “That sounds amazing—living Skills, huh? I hadn’t even considered that… But you’re right; it’s probably way too far off. For now I should focus on Strength. Her Flames are incredible.”

“Indeed!” Alice said proudly. “Flames of Strength is the first true manifestation of her soul. As she levels up, those flames will grow hotter, more destructive, and more supportive. Eventually she’ll be able to manifest fully as a guardian spirit in battle. Right now her presence is still faint, but she will grow larger and stronger as your Strength improves.”
