Chapter 272: Discharged from the Hospital

Qin Wenhao’s face was grim. "My brother and the others must have looked into it."

She motioned for Qin Wenhao to lie back down.

"And you must come back to the hospital in ten days."

Half an hour later, just as Qin Wenhao and the others were walking out of the hospital, Director Xie arrived.

"I knew you’d be checking out. I just happened to drive over, so come on, I’ll give you a ride back."

Qin Wenhao looked at his wife.

Fu Mingxue caught his glance and immediately said, "You guys go in Director Xie’s car. I’ll ride my bicycle; it’s fast, too."

Since she put it that way, Qin Wenhao had no choice but to agree.

"Alright, be careful on the road then."

He and Zhao Liang got into Director Xie’s car.

’Zhao Liang had actually wanted to offer to ride the bicycle, letting Fu Mingxue and Qin Tuan take the car together.’

She arrived at practically the same time as the car.

When Qin Wenhao was discharged, everyone in the family compound who was home came out to see.

When she saw her son-in-law, she was stunned. "Wenhao, what are you doing out of the hospital?"

"Mom, the doctor said I could be discharged."

Mrs. Fu was left speechless.

"Quick, get inside and lie down for a bit."

Qin Wenhao shook his head. "Mom, I’m fine now. I need to go discuss something with Director Xie first. I’ll be back in a bit."

After saying this, he had Zhao Liang put their things down, and then they both went out, got into Director Xie’s car, and drove off.

Meanwhile, Fu Mingxue pushed her bicycle into the courtyard.

Mrs. Fu asked worriedly, "With him being discharged so soon, is he going to be alright?"

"Don’t worry, Mom. The doctor said he’s recovering very well, and they gave us a lot of medicine."

"Besides, even if we made him stay in the hospital, he wouldn’t have been able to rest."

Mrs. Fu sighed. "That’s true."
