"Are you and your friends free tomorrow? I’ve invited some classmates over for dinner at my house. You all should come too," Little Star said to You Jingyi as she was leaving.

You Jingyi hesitated for a moment; he didn’t typically enjoy such parties. But he didn’t want to refuse her invitation, so he nodded, "Alright."

"Great, come over in the morning tomorrow," Little Star smiled and closed the door.

Seeing her happy expression, much of You Jingyi’s disappointment throughout the day dissipated, and he went out to run some laps, so tired that he couldn’t think about anything else.

This time, You Jingyi wasn’t unkind enough to miss calling Shang Ou; he called him early in the morning to invite him over. Shang Ou heard there would be a feast and came running happily.

When they arrived, there were already two girls in Little Star’s house, their skin color not resembling people from their own country. Seeing them arrive, Little Star quickly introduced them.

You Jingyi noticed the absence of boys, relieved and sighed quietly.

These two girls, one local and one from H Country, both got along well with Little Star. When they heard Little Star was inviting them for Chinese food, they gladly came.

Today, Little Star prepared an especially lavish meal, and she had You Jingyi and Shang Ou help move the table outside for a gathering.

"Miki, your friends here are quite handsome. Hey, are they all pursuing you? You know Hai Rui from our school; he went home. If he returns for school, he’ll definitely still be after you. I think if you don’t like Hai Rui, you should quickly find a boyfriend to block him; Hai Rui isn’t a person to be trifled with," Little Star’s friend from H Country said quietly beside her. "You ate so much today, I bet you’re going to gain some pounds, too. Don’t you also want to get fat like me? Come on, it’s good to exercise a bit," You Jingyi pulled him up to go outside.

Unwillingly, Shang Ou rode his mountain bike, following You Jingyi to the mall. When he saw You Jingyi head straight to the jewelry section, the originally listless Shang Ou suddenly became interested.
