Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! — — — —

Molar continuously shot over ten arrows in rapid succession, using more than half of his Aether Energy in an instant.

William was buried beneath the explosions, a cloud of dust engulfing his entire figure.

"Just an overconfident brat. Did he really think he could kill us?"

Molar said with a sneer, panting heavily.

Jamul also breathed a sigh of relief, as he was sure that even he would be seriously injured by such attacks, much less William, who was only at the Star Warrior Realm.

But just as both of them thought they had succeeded in taking him down—

"Damn, that really hurts..."

A faint voice echoed from inside the dust cloud, and a figure slowly walked out.

William’s entire body was riddled with injuries, with blood flowing from everywhere.

Some deep arrow holes could be seen around his shoulders, chest, sides, and arms, with white bones clearly visible inside them.

Even his chest was sunken, mostly because of Jamul’s earlier attack.

But despite seeing his miserable condition, Jamul and Molar did not show a shred of happiness.

Instead, their faces turned pale, and they both took a step back in horror, looking at him as if they were staring at some kind of terrifying monster.

"Just... what are you?"

Jamul couldn’t help but ask again as he looked at William’s injuries, which were healing at a speed visible to the naked eye.

The blood flowing from his wounds slowly stopped before the holes in his body began to close.

Crack! Crack! — — —

His bones made cracking sounds as his broken ribs repaired themselves and his sunken chest gradually returned to normal.

With the help of Super Regeneration, the Immortal Blood Heart, and Vermilion Flame, William recovered from his injuries in just a short time.

But as his injuries recovered, William also noticed that it consumed a large amount of his physical energy.

Super Regeneration and the Immortal Blood Heart didn’t heal him without consuming anything.

They consumed his own physical energy, making him feel tired and extremely hungry.

’I will need to keep some stamina and energy potions on me in the future if I want to use these immortal-like abilities all the time.’

He thought before showing a kind smile to Molar and Jamul.

"It was my oversight. I didn’t expect that even small-time bandits like you would possess skills..." He said with a look of interest.

"You must have gotten your skills from that Astral Rift in the core area of your hideout, right?"

A look of shock appeared on Molar and Jamul’s faces upon hearing William’s words.

"You... How did you know about our Astral Rift?"

William simply smiled at Jamul’s shocked expression.

"Guess."

Seeing William’s almost completely recovered body, Jamul felt conflicted.

After a moment, he gritted his teeth and spoke.

"You are here for that Astral Rift, right? You can take it, but you will have to let us leave."

William raised an eyebrow at Jamul’s words.

"And why do you think I will listen to your demand? Once I kill you, I can naturally take over that Astral Rift."

"Don’t be ungrateful!" Jamul immediately shouted.

"I admit that you are strong, but if you fight against both of us, it’s not certain who will win."

The small smile on William’s face slowly disappeared, and his expression turned indifferent.

"You lowly bandits, who can only kill and plunder normal people think too highly of yourselves..." As William spoke, golden ripples spread out from his body, and his figure disappeared.

"You are not qualified to negotiate with me."

His voice suddenly echoed from behind them.

Jamul and Molar immediately tried to turn around, but just then, they felt their bodies being bound by something.

A look of shock appeared on both of their faces, and they looked down, only to see chains of blood binding their entire bodies.

It turned out that while they had been talking earlier, William had controlled the surrounding blood and brought it closer to them, binding them immediately after making his move.

Both Molar and Jamul were Star Commanders, so their physical strength was not low.

Using brute strength, they broke the blood chains binding them in just a second.

But that one second was all it took for William to seal their fate.

Both Jamul and Molar tried to turn around immediately after breaking the blood chains, but the curved blade of William’s Odachi moved even faster and flashed past the backs of their necks.

While their heads were halfway through turning, they separated from their bodies and bounced upward in an upside-down position.

Molar and Jamul saw William’s upside-down figure slowly pulling back his bloodstained sword before their vision went completely dark.

Thump! Thump! — — —

Two fountains of blood erupted at the same time as two heads rolled across the ground, making the already blood-soaked area even bloodier.

Seeing the fallen bodies of Molar and Jamul, William let out a sigh of relief, feeling a little tired and hungry because of the energy he had consumed earlier to recover himself.

He looked at the other bandits whom he had hypnotized earlier and saw that only a single bandit remained.

He was seriously injured and stood to the side with a dazed expression, seemingly not knowing what to do.

Because William had given them the suggestion to kill everyone around them, once everyone else had died and only he remained, he simply didn’t know what to do next.

Through Heart Devourer, William sensed the Seed of Darkness that had grown inside the bandit’s heart and, without hesitation, detonated it.

Bang!

The bandit’s heart suddenly exploded, and he coughed out a mouthful of blood before falling to the ground and losing his life.

"Finally done..."

William muttered, and the Blood Moon in his hand disappeared.

But just as he put away the Blood Moon, his shadow rippled, and a figure wearing a black cloak emerged from it.

"Die!" The man said, and before William could react, a dagger pierced through his back, reaching all the way to his heart.

But instead of reveling in the success of his attack, the black-cloaked figure suddenly felt a chill run down his spine because—

"Can’t wait any longer, huh?"

He heard William’s voice, and the next second—

Bang!

William’s body exploded into a group of bats that scattered in different directions.

At the same time—

"Eternal Night!"

His extremely cold voice echoed throughout the silent mountain range and darkness engulfed everything.
