Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 793: Going On Retreat

Chapter 793: Going On Retreat

“Alright. Listen up. In battles, there are winners and losers. Either option is acceptable if it happens under the right conditions.

You all fought bravely, and while the outcome you anticipated wasn’t the one you got, the takeaway here is you won. None of you died or were even injured.

You won in the end, and that should be enough to cheer you up. So, instead of feeling down, lighten up. There are more fights left to be fought, and I want you all to be in perfect shape when the time comes.”

Kent said, his tone commanding when he appeared in the legion tower. They were all in the legion tower when he arrived.

Just as he had expected, the space was filled with dull energy; everyone felt down, as if they had just run a marathon.

He expected them to lighten up after a few hours, but they still held a sour and dull look in their eyes when he arrived.

Kaizo, who was always cheerful and ready for battle, even looked more dull than the rest. The failure stung like a knife to the heart.

“I don’t think you understand, master. This was supposed to be something we did without you. We were supposed to face the Spirit Sovereign instead of you.

So imagine what would have happened if you weren’t there to handle him, and instead, the team we had from the start was the one we used to face him.

What would have happened if I, Veydris, and Irina were handling the Tiger King when the Hellhound appeared?

We already failed when you joined the battle from the start. And this is because, without our flashy skills and overpowered bloodlines, we are basically weak by all standards.” Kaizo made his feelings known.

And looking at the rest of his friends, they all shared his view.

What he said was indeed true.

Had it not been for Kent taking the Tiger King all by himself, the outcome would have come much faster than what had happened.

In a way, they were doomed to fail.

Of course, with Elyndra joining Kaizo, Veydris, and Irina, they would have ultimately managed to kill the Tiger King. But that would have taken them at least an hour to handle him.

This means that during their battle, the Hellhound would have appeared, and a new team would have had to be deployed to handle it. This would have thinned their numbers, requiring them to become even more involved.

Somebody like Aetheris would have activated his true form, rising to 12 meters, if not higher, now that his True Name and bloodline had awakened.

That, of course, would have rendered not only their Plan A obsolete but also the subsequent plans down to D, meaning they would have been forced to use their Gradeless skills and true forms.

In a way, facing those realms above them had proven to be more complex than they expected. Facing a Spirit King and Emperor in a one-on-one battle would be easy, but the moment they came in hordes, they would have to adapt, and that meant abandoning their plans.

Kent realized that, and it brought a smile to his face.

Their determination to grow beyond their current limits and even face hordes of beasts, several realms above them, without having to expend too much of their strength was evident, and he knew what had to be done.

“I think you guys are mistaken about something. This is a medium world, and so far, only a few in this world can measure up to you. Basically, you are invincible in medium worlds.

So, instead of looking defeated, take pride in knowing that you went after a horde of bloodthirsty tigers and came out unscathed.

I mean, how many in the medium worlds can brag about the same thing? You are basically invincible here, so don’t think too much about this minor setback.

However, since you all think you haven’t reached your combat limits, then I will take you to a place where you can see if there is more you can do to raise your limit beyond what it already is.”

Hearing Kent’s words and plan seemed to lift their spirits a bit.

“Master, where are you taking us?” Kaizo asked, his usual smile returning to his face.

“Fedora. It is a high world, and while it isn’t the strongest, it currently has more than enough troubles that, with your presence, can be solved.

You will spend one-month training with the best of their warriors, and when you think you’ve had enough, you can lead operations to destabilize the Orc Alliance further.

In all, for the next three months, you will stay there and train to your limit before getting back to the Dungeon.”

Kent’s plan is simple. Fedora is a high world, so he plans on making them face those many odds and see if they can handle the pressure.

If they manage to transcend their weaknesses, they will be able to better implement their plans in the coming battles inside the Dungeon.

“Prepare. We leave in an hour.”

Kent vanished and appeared inside the mountain garden. He planned on spending a few minutes with the three lolis before going back out there.

However, Kent was greeted with the shock of his life.

“They are asleep.” Kent stood stunned, watching the three lolis hugging each other as they slept, looking relatively peaceful.

“Do they even sleep?” The shock was plain. As far as he knew, the three sisters weren’t capable of falling asleep. If anything, they were always up to doing one annoying thing after another. So this was a shock to him.

However, they were asleep now, and that told him all he needed to know.

“Something that I am not aware of happened to them. The fact that all three of them were sleeping at the same time said it all. Something is wrong.”

He walked closer and felt their temperature; however, they looked and felt fine. This further made Kent think that something had happened to them.

“Was this my fault? The last time something happened to them was when I nearly lost myself, and Dori had to strain herself to save me.

But I didn’t lose my mind this time. Even if I did, it should be only Dori sleeping right now. But for all three of them to… Tower, what happened?”

⟦Nothing I can explain. However, from my scan, they appear to be fine, so the master shouldn’t worry. I will keep a close eye on them, and if anything changes, I will ensure you are informed.⟧

“Okay.” Kent looked at the three lolis again before vanishing back to the harem tower. Now, there were three more people he had to worry about.

When he appeared in the harem tower, the sisters were all in the glasshouse except Alina, who was still in the grid space.

Kent had to handle her, too, so he entered her grid space, as he had admin access. Alina gave him complete access to the grid space, just as all his wives had given him access.

Despite Alina wanting to remain isolated, even temporarily revoking her sisters’ access to her space, the one person she didn’t have the heart to block from entering was Kent.

So Kent entered, and what he saw left his jaw hanging.
