Chapter 2405 - 2413: Counterattack

For a moment, every member of the cyber department was verbally and textually attacking Qin Yu!

"I thought Mr. Qin was really skilled, but it turns out he’s just a player too proud for his own good! Coming up with such naive ideas."

"Ah... If it weren’t for Lin stepping in to expose Mr. Qin’s true nature, I would have been almost fooled!"

"Luckily, the godlike Lin stepped up, otherwise Mr. Mo wouldn’t even know how long he’d be played by this Mr. Qin!"

"Mr. Qin, Mr. Mo has already fired you, why are you still clinging on and not leaving?"

...

Hearing the crowd’s increasingly unpleasant words, Mo Yuqi subconsciously wanted to step forward to speak for Qin Yu, but Qin Yu grabbed her arm and casually looked around.

Although Qin Yu’s gaze was calm, he was after all a master of the Heavenly Human Realm, and that commanding presence suddenly made everyone shut their mouths.

"Being a network consultant is just one of my roles; my other identity is that of a shareholder in the Emperor Group! The ransomware affects my personal interests, what right do you have to throw me out?"

"That’s right! Mr. Qin is a shareholder of the Emperor Group, owning five percent of the shares," Mo Yuqi stood up in support of Qin Yu.

Qin Yu and Mo Yuqi’s words left the crowd speechless. A shareholder! Even if it was just one percent of the shares, Qin Yu wasn’t someone they could afford to mess with, let alone five percent?

For a moment, the entire cyber department became very quiet.

Lin looked deeply at Qin Yu, not expecting him to actually be a shareholder of the Emperor Group! What a misjudgment!

Even so, Lin was not ready to admit defeat. With a smile, Lin said, "Since Mr. Qin has such a simple method, please, Mr. Qin, make a move, find the opponent’s IP, and eradicate the ransomware from its roots!"

Qin Yu smiled slightly, "I’ve already found their IP."

Qin Yu’s words made everyone pause, and soon, the Internet Surveillance Bureau erupted into laughter!

"Hahaha! What is this Mr. Qin saying? I can’t take it anymore! He has found LT’s IP?"

"Hahaha! I just tried it, and LT’s camouflaged IPs are numbering in the N multiples, at least tens of thousands, Mr. Qin is impressive! To be able to find LT’s real IP in tens of thousands!"

Qin Yu said seriously, "No, LT’s camouflaged IPs aren’t just tens of thousands, they are in the millions."

Qin Yu’s statement took the crowd by surprise again, and soon it led to an even bigger burst of laughter!

"Good grief, millions? I’m done! Counting millions of IPs would take decades just to count!"

"I’m also done for, bragging is not hard, right? I’ve already breached the White House, I’ve got the codes for Country M’s nuclear weapons!"

"Mr. Qin, since you’ve already found LT’s IP, why don’t you launch an attack? Why not eliminate the hidden danger to the Emperor Group at its root?"

At that moment, there were all sorts of comments, but Qin Yu’s expression was very calm, and so was Mo Yuqi’s; she believed in Qin Yu, Qin Yu was invincible!

Qin Yu shook his head gently, "I’m not talking nonsense, I truly have found LT’s IP, and I’ve already confirmed his real identity. However, I don’t want to make a move just yet! If we’re going to fight, we have to really make it hurt!

Your attacks, though somewhat blind, have successfully provoked the anger of the opposing hackers. I think soon, a large number of hackers will launch attacks on the cyber department!

Moreover, the scope of the attack will extend to major portal websites, forums, and even certain covert departments will be impacted."

Lin coldly said, "Mr. Qin, don’t scaremonger! Since our great long_7 topped the rankings, no hacker has dared to rampage on a large scale in Huaxia!

At most, they are small scale, low-level attacks like today! Hackers ranked in the world’s top thirty wouldn’t dare to show their faces in Huaxia!"

Qin Yu slightly smiled, never expecting he was so awesome that his deterrent effect on the world’s hackers was this huge! Were these bastards too scared to casually invade Huaxia?

Qin Yu had no intention of arguing with lin, too lazy to bother with him, he continued browsing the web.

Qin Yu’s disregard was interpreted by lin as chickening out. lin ceased mocking Qin Yu and spoke in the Huaxia hacker group, "Brothers, we need to organize a more fierce attack! As long as we force LT to come out and defend, I’ll be able to find him!"

At the same time, a similar scene unfolded in the rival hackers’ group!

"The Huaxia hackers have gone too far! They actually ignored the hacker accord set by the great god long_7 and launched a massive attack on our South Korean portal websites! We South Korean hackers can’t be cowards! We must respond!"

"Great gods sugar, jin, Clown Emperor, LT, would you please say something?"

sugar: "I’ll follow LT’s lead."

jin: "I’m also listening to LT."

Clown Emperor: "As someone who has been defeated, I need to listen to LT even more."

Once the three great gods spoke, all the rival hackers were stunned! My god! They had already overestimated the great god LT, ranking him on par with the three great gods, but they still underestimated him!

For a moment, all the rival hackers fell silent, waiting for LT’s command!

Xin Shixun was very pleased with the scene and typed decisively, "Ever since I broke through the 128-bit system, I’ve been searching for the trace of the great god long_7, wanting to have a showdown with him!

However, for years, he hasn’t come online! It’s as if he’s disappeared! Perhaps, the great god long_7 has passed away. Even if he hasn’t, you all shouldn’t be afraid!

I’ll take care of the great god long_7! You guys attack all of Huaxia’s portal websites and the top three forums and tieba! Let the Huaxia hackers see the strength of our South Korean hackers!"

The rival hackers exploded! What’s going on? Has LT the great god already mastered the 128-bit system? Isn’t that freaking amazing? No wonder great gods like sugar were following LT’s lead so respectfully!

So, does that mean the title of the world’s number one hacker is about to change hands? Will it fall to their heads?

At that moment, the hackers became ecstatic!

"Kill! Let’s show the Huaxia hackers our might!"

"With great god LT leading us, what are we afraid of? Just do it!"

"We’ve been suppressed by the great god long_7 for too long, today we must have a satisfying victory!"

...

At the Internet Surveillance Bureau, lin looked at Qin Yu with dissatisfaction, "Mr. Qin, please step aside and don’t occupy our computer."

Unfortunately for him, Qin Yu couldn’t care less about lin’s annoyance, intently staring at the computer screen as he noticed a large number of IPs behaving strangely on the other side!

"The retaliation from the other side has arrived, be on guard for defense, this assault will be fierce, but I won’t participate in defending." Having said that, Qin Yu’s fingers began to fly swiftly across the keyboard, his movements were far from that of a sluggish turtle!

This spectacle nearly popped lin’s eyes out of their sockets, thankfully, Qin Yu was using the 32-bit computational method!

Even so, lin started to drop his disdain for Qin Yu, at least in terms of typing speed, this Mr. Qin was not inferior to himself!

But soon enough, lin’s confidence was restored. So what if his typing speed was badass? Mr. Qin was using the 32-bit system, and no matter how strong the 32-bit was, it couldn’t beat the 64-bit system!

Just as lin regained his senses, he heard Chen Dong’s roar, "lin, come over quickly and check, our Internet Surveillance Bureau’s official website has been hacked again! Not just our Bureau’s official website, all of Huaxia’s top-ranked forums and tieba have been hacked! We must launch a counter-attack immediately!"
