The two girls spoke in unison, clearly not taking Chen Qingdi’s threat seriously at all.

Chen Qingdi tossed the two daggers far aside and reached out to lift one of the girls’ chins.

To his surprise, both girls scrambled back several steps in terror. “What are you doing? Don’t come near us!”

Chen Qingdi sneered.

“I’m suddenly thinking that threatening to shave your heads won’t be enough. Besides, if I damaged such pretty faces, it would be my responsibility. How about this? I’ve recently been researching an acupuncture technique that can cure all sorts of diseases. Why don’t you two serve as my test subjects?”
