Otaku F*cks Them All

Chapter 109: Aunt

While Kael was making tea he saw the trash can was full he goes out to the hallway again and Kael found Sumire in the hallway still holding the basket of cloths, her expression caught between politeness and something tighter. He closed his apartment door behind him and kept his voice low.

"About what you just saw," he began. "Eida showed up in my bed last night. I didn’t invite her. She said she can’t see me the way she sees everyone else, so she came to check. Nothing happened. I woke up, told her to get dressed, and sent her out. That’s the entire story."

Sumire listened without interrupting. When he finished she gave a small, careful nod.

"I believe you, Naruto-san. Eida... says things the way she does. I know she was being sarcastic earlier."

The words were sincere. The look in her eyes was not entirely free of green. The knowledge that Eida had spent the night in the same bed—naked, pressed against him—sat in Sumire’s chest like a small, unwanted stone. She had only just begun to sort through her own tangled feelings. The idea of someone else simply walking into that space without effort left a quiet, irrational ache.

Kael noticed the shift but chose not to press it. "Thanks for understanding. I’ll handle her from now on."

Sumire managed a thin smile and retreated into the women’s apartment. Kael watched the door slide shut, then stepped back into his own place.

The bed still carried the faint shape of a second body. He stared at it for a moment and waited for the familiar blue window to appear. Nothing. No quest. No notification. Eida had been naked in his arms, soft and available, and the system had remained completely silent. The absence felt deliberate. He pushed the question aside. Some answers, the system had already made clear, would stay locked until he grew stronger.

Tsunade’s unofficial order still stood: keep an eye on the four newcomers. That was the practical reason he had rented the unit next door. Proximity made observation easy. It also made mornings like this one inevitable.

He needed air.

Kael left the building and walked the familiar streets of Konoha without a fixed destination. The summer heat had already settled into the stones. Vendors called out morning prices. Genin hurried toward training grounds. Ordinary life moved around him in the same rhythms it always had, untouched by timelines or two-year countdowns.

He had been walking for nearly twenty minutes when a voice called his name.

"Naruto!"

He turned. The woman approaching him was tall, elegant, with the unmistakable dark eyes and refined features of the Uchiha. Her hair was styled simply, her posture graceful. The high-collared dress she wore did nothing to hide the full, mature curves of a woman who had raised two sons and still carried herself like she was in her prime. An Uchiha crest was visible at her collar.

Kael’s mind scrambled. He had never met her in this timeline, yet she walked toward him with the easy familiarity of someone who had known him for years.

She reached him and took his hand without hesitation, smiling the warm, slightly teasing smile of a long-time aunt.

"Ahh, Naruto, how are you? It’s been too long."

He stared for half a second too long. The resemblance to Sasuke was clear once he looked for it—the shape of the eyes, the quiet intensity beneath the softness. "Are you... Sasuke’s mom?"

Mikoto’s smile faltered into playful offense. "Hey, what happened to you? Why are you calling me like a stranger? It’s Aunt Mikoto."

Kael recovered as best he could. The pieces clicked—Kushina had mentioned the name weeks ago. This was the woman who had told his mother about the night with Hinata.

Mikoto’s expression turned knowingly sheepish. "Come on. Are you still angry with your Aunt Mikoto because I told Kushina about you and Hinata?"

He recalled with the name Hinata he thought he doesn’t see Hinata anymore it’s like she is intentionally avoiding meeting him after that night.

He remembered. The conversation in the apartment, the way Kushina had confronted him afterward. He let a familiar Naruto-style pout settle onto his face.

"Yeah, Auntie. I’m still a little angry. You didn’t have to tell Mom everything."

Mikoto laughed, light and unrepentant. "Come on, forgive me. And honestly, it’s your fault for kissing Hinata right out on the road where anyone could see. Including me."

Kael scratched the back of his head, playing the part. "Okay, okay. I forgive you. But from now on you keep my secrets from Mom. Deal?"

"Promise." She held up one hand in a mock oath, eyes bright. "I’ll be the best secret-keeping aunt in the village."

They stood talking a while longer—small questions about how training was going, whether he was eating properly, the usual gentle probing of a woman who had watched him grow up from a distance. Kael answered in the easy, slightly loud cadence that belonged to the body he wore. All the while his attention kept drifting lower. The way her dress moved when she shifted her weight. The soft sway of her hips when she finally turned to leave.

"I need to get to the market before the good vegetables are gone," Mikoto said. "See you later, Naruto. Don’t be a stranger."

She walked away down the sunlit street. Kael’s eyes followed the deliberate, feminine swing of her ass until she turned the corner.

A proper definition of a hot milf, he thought, and the system answered as if it had been waiting for exactly that assessment.

[Quest 14/100 : Fuck Aunt Mikoto]

Kael’s stomach dropped even as a reluctant interest stirred. The complications stacked themselves in neat, lethal order. Mikoto was the mother of Itachi and Sasuke—two of the most dangerous Uchiha the clan had ever produced. In any version of the story, crossing either of them was a short path to a shallow grave. Her husband, Fugaku, still led the clan in this timeline. If he ever learned that the loud blond knucklehead from the Namikaze house had touched his wife, the entire Uchiha compound would light up with killing intent.

He was glad the system no longer enforced hard deadlines. He could take his time, build the right opening, avoid leaving evidence. Then a second window opened beneath the first.

[If the host completes this quest within 3 days he will receive a new skill: Wind Release Rasenshuriken]

The bonus hung in the air like bait. Wind Style Rasengan. A power-up that would matter when the real threats arrived. Three days. Short enough to force movement, long enough to plan if he was careful.

Kael stood on the quiet street corner and watched the last place Mikoto had disappeared. The two-year clock on Kaguya still ticked in the background. The four women from a ruined future still needed watching. Sumire’s conflicted eyes still lingered in his thoughts. And now the Uchiha matriarch had been dropped into his path with a timer and a reward that was very hard to ignore.

He turned toward the training grounds, already turning over approaches, excuses, and the precise amount of risk he was willing to carry. The village moved around him in its ordinary summer rhythm, unaware that one of its most respected wives had just become the next name on a list only he could see.
