Orgasm Treatment
Chapter 336: Turns Out to Be a Delivery Guy
Several pairs of eyes landed on Yang Xun simultaneously, filled with shock.
“You can’t be serious?”
The woman in the tailored skirt covered her mouth and chuckled. “Xu Yue, your husband used to be a food delivery driver? That’s really… quite down-to-earth.”
Xu Yue was about to speak, but Xiaolin put down her chopsticks and beat her to it. “So what if he delivered food? He didn’t steal or rob. He makes an honest living through his own hard work. Is there a problem with that?”
The woman in the skirt feigned innocence, speaking in a sickeningly sweet voice, “Linlin, don’t be mad! I’m not laughing at Xu Yue. I just think that with her excellent qualifications, settling for a delivery boy is doing herself a huge disservice.”
“Whether it’s a disservice or not, as long as the couple is happy, that’s all that matters,” Xiaolin sneered. “It’s certainly better than some people who married men older than their own fathers, only to have their husbands out drinking and womanizing every single day.”
At her words, the skirt-wearing woman’s expression instantly soured. Her husband was eighteen years older than her and was notoriously promiscuous within their social circle. Everyone knew it, but no one ever pointed it out to her face. Being exposed so bluntly by Xiaolin turned her face livid with rage.
“Weiwei isn’t wrong, though. For a gorgeous woman like Xu Yue to marry a total loser… it’s like sticking a fresh flower in a pile of manure.”
At this moment, Jiang Yian set down his wine glass and smiled genially. “It’s rare for all of us to gather together; let’s not ruin the harmony.” His gaze shifted to Xu Yue, his voice carrying just the right amount of concern. “However, I still have to say it, Yueyue. You deserve better. If you ever change your mind, you can come find me anytime. I heard the Xu Family needs investment lately. If you need anything, please don’t hesitate to ask.”
Hearing this, the people sitting nearby shot Yang Xun looks full of disdain and mockery. They figured that as long as Xu Yue wasn’t blind, she would definitely choose Jiang Yian.
Xu Yue set down her teacup, looked up, and met Jiang Yian’s gaze directly. Her tone was absolute. “Jiang Yian, thank you for your kindness, but you don’t need to worry about my family affairs.
“Yang Xun did indeed deliver food in the past, but it was to pay for his sister’s medical treatment. I don’t find it shameful at all. On the contrary, he is far more responsible than anyone sitting here. He doesn’t deliver food anymore. Now, he occasionally treats patients and helps me handle company matters.
“If it weren’t for Yang Xun silently supporting me behind the scenes, the Xu Clan would have gone bankrupt a long time ago.” Speaking up to this point, she tilted her head slightly and looked at Yang Xun affectionately. “No matter what Yang Xun does, he is my husband. That will never change.”
The smile on Jiang Yian’s face instantly stiffened. He forced a chuckle. “Yueyue is as protective of her own as always. Alright, I was being presumptuous. I’ll punish myself with a drink.”
He tilted his head back and downed the wine in his glass in one gulp. His movements were crisp and suave, but the fingers gripping the glass turned slightly white.
“I still have some things to handle at the company. Take your time and enjoy yourselves, everyone. We’ll be leaving first.” Xu Yue completely ignored Jiang Yian and stood up after speaking.
“Xu Yue, what are you doing? Everyone was just joking around.”
Someone tried to persuade her to stay, but Xu Yue paid them no mind. She grabbed Yang Xun and Xiaolin by the arms and headed for the exit.
At the restaurant’s entrance, Yang Xun said, “Wait here. I’ll go bring the car around.”
“Okay,” Xu Yue nodded.
Yang Xun had barely walked away when Jiang Yian hurriedly chased after them, followed by a few of his lackeys. He rushed over and grabbed Xu Yue’s hand, his tone incredibly anxious. “Yueyue, everything I said just now was from the bottom of my heart! My feelings for you have never changed.
“He’s just a worthless loser. Divorce him! I can give you anything you want. I can invest in the Xu Clan.
“I don’t care that you’ve been married. As long as you truly stay by my side, I can satisfy your every desire.”
Xu Yue forcefully shook off his hand, the temperature in her beautiful eyes dropping a few degrees. “Jiang Yian, I don’t like you, and I don’t want a divorce.”
“You’re lying!” Jiang Yian’s voice pitched higher. “Yueyue, why did you marry him in the first place? You clearly had better options! I’ve been waiting for you this whole time!”
Xu Yue took a few steps back, displeased. “I am a married woman. Please behave yourself.”
The few former classmates who had followed him out exchanged pointed glances and chimed in.
“Xu Yue, what’s so good about that poor brat? How can he possibly compare to Young Master Jiang?”
“Young Master Jiang has been pursuing you for so many years. Just give him a chance.”
Yang Xun was driving the car slowly toward them and just happened to overhear this group spouting nonsense. His face immediately darkened. He got out of the car aggressively and said coldly, “She made herself perfectly clear. Are you all deaf?”
Jiang Yian’s gaze snapped toward him, completely enraged by those words. Pointing at Yang Xun, he roared in exasperation, “What right does a food delivery boy like you have to speak to me?! Do you deserve her? Take a good look in the mirror and see what kind of trash you are!
“I’m telling you, Xu Yue is going to be my woman sooner or later! You’d better not fucking sleep with her! If you knock her up, there’s no way in hell I’m taking over your mess!”
The alcohol was going to Jiang Yian’s head, causing him to speak without any filter.
Yang Xun’s eyes darkened. He raised his leg and kicked Jiang Yian square in the abdomen.
“AH!” Jiang Yian cried out in pain. His body fell backward uncontrollably, and he hit the ground with a heavy THUD, his face contorted in agony.
“Fuck! You dare hit me?” He looked at Yang Xun in absolute disbelief. “Motherfucker! Yang Xun, just you wait! I’ll never let you off the hook!”
Jiang Yian bellowed, waving a hand at the people behind him. “What are you standing around for? Get him! Kill this bastard!”
The few lackeys hesitated for a moment but ultimately surrounded him. One of them pulled out a phone to call for bodyguards and started shouting loudly toward the lobby for backup.
Yang Xun gently pushed Xu Yue and Xiaolin behind him, took off his suit jacket, and casually draped it over a nearby railing before rolling his sleeves up twice.
“Don’t be afraid, honey. I’ll handle this.” He flashed Xu Yue a reassuring smile before charging at the men.
Yang Xun dodged the first man’s punch with a sidestep, his right hand simultaneously grabbing and twisting the attacker’s wrist. The man let out a miserable shriek and crouched down, clutching his arm. Before the second man could even get close, Yang Xun kicked him hard on the side of his knee. With a loud THUMP, the man fell to one knee.
The remaining few were suddenly too terrified to advance, but there was no way Yang Xun was going to let them go. These were the very same people who had just mocked him and urged Xu Yue to divorce him.
Every punch landed true—clean, efficient, and without a single wasted movement. In less than a minute, a whole group of them was groaning on the ground.
“Haven’t you ever heard that it’s better to demolish a temple than to ruin a marriage? You bunch of scum!” Yang Xun cursed as he fought.
Jiang Yian stood a few steps away, his expression as ghastly as if someone had just splashed a basin of ice water right in his face. He watched as Yang Xun patted imaginary dust off his sleeves and walked toward him step by step. Subconsciously, Jiang Yian took a half-step back, his spine colliding with the wall.
“Y-You… stay away!”
Yang Xun didn’t stop. He walked right up to him and grabbed Jiang Yian by the collar.
